Having had Jan Adair for cleaning my teeth for many years, I was concerned how the new person would be. Anna with her friendly disposition and calming attitude, made me feel more at ease. Anna was an excellent hygienist and taught me a few new methods for cleaning and protecting my teeth.

Dr. Rouse did a good job of fixing my tooth. As a person who works in an office, I didn't need my tooth messed up like it was and my tooth was worked on the that first week and it presentable now but still need to go for one more visit.

Dr. Rouse and his team are awesome. I have been a patient for two years now and will continue to be. Anna is my hygienist and is always friendly, and does a spectacular job on my teeth. My teeth and gums are in the best condition they've been in for many years. Mitzi is always so helpful and friendly too. Dr. Rouse is a fine dentist and person. I recommend Dr. Rouse to everyone I know!

I usually panic when it comes time to make a dental appointment. I have recently moved to Dr. Rouse and I don't regret it at all. When it came time to make an appointment this time there was no panic, and I actually enjoyed going to the dentist for the first time. The staff are very nice, caring, and professional people.

I brought my son in to have Dr — Zane M.
I brought my son in to have Dr. Rouse examine whether or not he needed a loose tooth pulled, that was not causing pain, but was not sure if it presented a spacing problem. We were taken to the room and the assistant immediately began to set up for a procedure & asked if I wanted my son to have nitrous. I responded by saying why we were there, which was to determine if the tooth needed to be pulled, as I didn't want to put my child through an unnecessary procedure. Dr. Rouse looked at the tooth and, I felt, pushed for pulling it, although in the course of the conversation finally said that it didn't need to be pulled. Meanwhile, my son is very anxious about all the talk going on around him. So, I opted to not have the tooth pulled, since it wasn't necessary. Was then surprised by the $47 emergency exam charge. Just felt like it was a large fee for the type of visit we had & that the communication about the visit type among staff was unclear.
