Dr. Raghu and staff go above and beyond to make sure their patients have a wonderful experience. Their office hours are accommodating to nearly every schedule. They are prompt, considerate and compassionate. I have recommended this practice to several of my friends and family members and will continue to do so in the future.

Mention the $39.00 extra cost for the computerized eye scan before the exam. Don't wait until the patient is in the chair and almost done - the patient should have the facts before going in.

I think the experience needs no improvement ,the doctor is the best and everyone in the office is very nice.

Like I stated earlier, I think you need more moderately priced frames for those who aren't into the high fashion scene.

I honestly can't think of one thing that I would change! I had the best experience and you have the most friendly, attentive staff! I was more than impressed! The music choices and the thank you card the next day were just two small touches that set you apart from any other visit I've had (any medical or dental visit at that)! Thank you!

No waiting for the appointment to begin. My time is as important at the practice's, why should I have to wait almost 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment, and then wait for help to select frames and arrange payment. You have enough staff, perhaps you should allow more time between appointments (see fewer patients) so patients feel as valued as the services you offer. Customer service should come before chatting with each other or freinds.

Everyone is great. The services provided are very friendly and professional. Excellent selection of frames, good promotions throughout the year and, as you can see, I'm exceptionally pleased. Thanks to the entire staff.

I called prior to setting up the appointment and made sure I could get a new pair of glasses. The receptionist told me I was good to go. so I went through the process of having an exam and picking out and purchasing the glasses. The next day, I was informed I was NOT eligible for a new set of frames till after the new year. So, I have over $300 tied up until after the new year. This left a sour taste in my mouth. Maybe a more in-depth checkout of people's insurance could save some confusion. That $300 would have been nice to have over the holidays... Now it is tied up waiting till after the first of the year to submit my eyeglass order.

I think you should ask the patient if they would like to have the Optomapping done or not before you perform that process. It's a costly procedure, and if it's already been done, and THEN you ask if they want to do the dilating or not, it almost seems like trickery.

The overall experience was fantastic. My only issue was regarding the expensive frames. Having the name brands was great, but also having a section that is less expensive to give customers the option should they not be able to afford the brand name items, especially during this economy.

Give written prescription to patient so you're not feeling pressured into getting frames/lenses at your office. Patient should not have to ask for their prescription.

Get some non brand name frames for people that are looking for pair of glasses for just around the house that are not expensive.

I had to return to have my frames readjusted because the gentlemen who fixed them made them crooked.

Please explain, in advance, the cost of anti-glare lenses, etc. We have insurance, but the final bill was much more than we anticipated.
