Very friendly staff and always on time. The best part is they don’t pressure you to do something you don’t want to do. They do an excellent cleaning job. They’re open about pricing and go over what they will do during the visit before actually doing it.

Dr. Grant was patient and knowledgeable, she explained everything she was doing and seeing as she went through my exam. I never felt like she was talking in a code because she explained all the abbreviations. Her assistant was so gentle and kind when she did my X-rays. The hygienist was also very gentle, light handed, and nimble with her instruments. They all made me feel comfortable and at ease.

I have found a new dental home. My prior dentist retired. I am very glad that I found Dr. Grant. She and the entirety of her staff were welcoming, professional and detailed in their work. Dr. Grant and her team always do amazing work and this time did not fall short. My appointment was on time. Lori at the front desk is kind-hearted and so responsive. Tiffany and Cyndi literally make everything pain free and put so much care behind their work. Dr. Grant is as knowledgeable and thorough a dentist that you’ll find in Tampa and her work speaks for itself. I’d 100% recommend this dentist practice for your dental needs.

Dr. Christine Grant and her staff are the most friendly and welcoming personnel! I enjoyed getting to know them, especially in a time where I needed help immediately. I was not from the Tampa area, so I had no idea who to go to in a time of dental need. Dr. Christine Grant and her wonderful staff were able to get me on the schedule on the same day I called and were of great help and support.

I will be changing dentists immediately, as will my husband. Every single time I come into the office, Grant never fails to push additional dental options (invisalign, night guard, sealants, cancer screening, you name it). I have requested for 4 years that I do not want the cancer screening at the end, each time getting push back but never as much as I did this past time. I know the hygienist has documented to not give it to me, yet Grant always claims it’s the law (it’s not) and she could deactivate me if I refuse. I’ll go ahead and deactivate myself. She treated me as if I was a new patient and I’ve never thought she has a gentle touch when dealing with my mouth. I always feel as if she can always find something “wrong” or something to “watch,” yet I have never been told by any other dentist in my life that I had bad teeth. As for the secretary, she makes it sound as if it’s a big deal for her to get accurate insurance pricing rather than assuming what they cover. I shouldn’t have to get a check in the mail or have any form of credit due to the office overcharging for not going through my insurance properly. If I ask for a pre-estimation through insurance, I’d hope that shouldn’t be a hard ask. The office is clearly all about the money over doing what’s right for the patient.

I had a dental emergency, Dr. Grant's office was the only one I could get into with such notice. The office was very clean and had a very comfortable feel to it. Everyone in the staff I spoke with, especially Dr. Grant, was so kind and made sure I knew my dental situation and felt comfortable for the entirety of my visit. I was in so much pain that Dr. Grant even got me an appt. at a Endodontic specialist office THAT day.

No excessive drilling and always vigilant of what wear and tear can bring. Her recommendations are always spot on and her demeanor is full of joy and glee. The entire office staff is lovely. The office is full of kind, welcoming and knowledgeable women who are eager to educate and take very gentle care of you even during a deep cleaning. The office is homey and small - which I prefer as I received tons of one-on-one attention from the assistant, hygienist and Dr. Grant. Treatment, education and atmosphere were all enjoyable and you can tell they have carefully crafted this. I do think they are more directed to a clientele who doesn't see cost as an issue. They handed me an $800 bill after my diagnosis when I came in only for a insurance covered cleaning. I trust the diagnosis and expertise but think it was over-priced. They also dabble in cosmetic dentistry.

I have a long-standing fear of dentists, as many people do. This has kept me out of any dental office for several years. Dr. Grant and her staff made me feel so comfortable in their office and truly treated me like I was their priority. The moment walked through the door on my first visit, they were so warm and welcoming. They provided a professional atmosphere and have many options for people with anxiety (ask for a headset - it changes the entire experience!). Not only did I feel more at ease, I felt informed on the decisions I was making and understood the impact of oral health on my entire body, not just my mouth. I have several phases planned to get my smile back on track, but with a provider like Dr. Grant, I do not look at this as a fearsome endeavor anymore. I cannot thank her office enough!

I asked the receptionist not to have any procedures done that were not covered by insurance. Of course, this was not communicated effectively and I had fluoride applied and was billed $30 out of pocket. I asked that my record show I do not want fluoride every time my teeth are cleaned. Period. Nicole, by the way, is awesome!

There isn't anything that I would change! Dr. Grant, and her staff, has everything covered. In addition, Dr. Grant coordinates with an outstanding group of specialists to which she refers patients for endodontic and periodontal work. I am extremely happy with my crowns and implant. Everything fits and looks natural! Dr. Grant has my highest recommendation!!

I feel as though sometimes services are made to seem more urgent than they are, or necessary, when actually another dentist might suggest delaying treatment.Dr. Grant suggests work that my former dentist, who is very competitent, would not. I know I'm getting the hard sell a lot.

it would be great if I woudl have been asked about treatments that were not covered under my insurance. I am aware that certain procedure are not covered,and since I paid $35 out of pocket, I assume that was for the cancer screening test that was $35.

Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating.
