My appointment to have a new crown went well. I was told of procedures ahead of time. The dentist & assistant constantly check with me to see if I experienced any discomfort; there was NO discomfort. The experience was fine; it may not have been as pleasurable as going shopping or dining out, yet just fine.

I have been seen by Dr. Lips and the staff for as long as I can remember. They are all awesome! Always very friendly, wait times are minimal if at all and they always make sure I understand all treatment plans. I now have 5 yr old triplets who I have been taking to a pediatric dentist and have never received the kind of care as I do at TLC Dentistry. I will be taking my children to them from now on!

I've never felt as comfortable and relaxed about a dentist visit until I started going to TLC. ELizabeth- my dental hygienist is wonderful always friendly and willing to help with any concerns. I highly recommend this office.

I've a long history of unpleasant experiences in dentistry and I was up front about my reluctance to be seen when I started coming here years ago. The staff are extremely patient and skilled and manage to attend my dental needs with a minimum of discomfort. They are friendly, interactive and attentive. I don't imagine I'll ever get to the point where I enjoy dental visits but TLC makes it so that I do not fear the visits and am able to maintain my dental health.

This was probably the best cleaning I have had from one of your Hygienist. I realize I do need extensive work on my teeth, but financially unble to afford anything at this time with our current budget. Staff always friendly and offer very comfortable atmosphere in the office.

I can honestly say I used to prolong my visits to the dentist, I hated even going in for my scheduled cleanings. That was until I started coming here, I've never had a friendlier dentist staff. I particularly appreciate my dental hygienist, she takes comfort and service to a new level. Manages to make me laugh and enjoy my visit everytime. Thank you Elizabeth.

No problems, I tell all my friends and people I meet I really like my dentist office. The only thing that bothered me was that my husband Bjorn, Had to go to a specialist to have one of his teeth pulled. Isn't there anyone in your office that pulls teeth?

I am still terrified and embarrassed, but I really appreciated the understanding, acceptance, and kindness of everyone I came in contact with. I was pleased that TLC was able to see me on short notice because I am a reluctant dental patient and my discomfort from a tooth ache was bothersome. I am disappointed that the dentist to whom I was referred for the evaluation on my past root canal and possible need for another will not be available until 8/23/10. My tooth ache is unpleasant and another week is not ideal.
