Usually, my visits to Dr. Pilest's office are great. However, the staff member who conducted my coolsculpting was my least favorite member of all Dr. Pilest's staff. After hooking me up she said she would be back in 8 minutes and did not return until I only had about 18 minutes left of my 1 hour treatment. Another staff member checked in on me once, but only because she thought I had pressed the call button. Being a returning patient, I was very disappointed with this particular experience solely based on dealing with this person. Personally, I will try to make sure that this staff member would not be someone I will have much interaction with on future visits.

I constantly get compliments on my skin from complete strangers even and have ended up recommending many patients, some from my work. They have made appointments and the ones I know about were all very satisfied with the treatments.

I always have a good experience in the office. I do think some of the cosmetic procedures are too expensive but you are getting quality people to do the work. Excellent office and I like Dr. Pilest, Laura, and Minoo. They are all superb and kind.

I had a Saturday appt. with Minoo for a SilkPeel with extractions. It was so relaxing and wonderful. She is so gentle and wonderful. Honestly I thought I was there for 2 hours!! I looked at the clock when I left and it really only had been an hour. She is excellent and explaining what she is doing and the products she uses. I love the fact that she did the peel, did extractions THEN did the peel again. Afterwards she used liquid nitrogen to close up my pores even more - I have NEVER had that done, well worth the money and time. THANK YOU!! Can't wait Feburary 11th!

I think Dr Pilest is an expert when it comes to the laser--especially around the eyes. He is the only one I know that does around the eyes--so don't hesitate to take the time and save what you can for this wonderful treatment with this wonderful doctor.
