In an age when the practice of medicine seems on a treadmill VV makes you feel at home. I am always grateful that my questions are answered and that my Dr. even made time to explain my symptoms and even teach me some eye anatomy (!) Trust these folks, I do :)

I really appreciated that the doctor gave her honest opinion that a new RX would make no significant difference to my current one, thus saving me money that I was tempted to spend on impulse, when it most likely would not have satisfied me. Dr. Noor and her team are truly phenomenal. I moved to Dallas in 2020 and had been having a difficult time finding an eye doctor that I felt comfortable with, but that changed as soon as I walked thru the doors of Vision Veritas—it felt as if I was catching up with longtime friends. Not only are they welcoming, each team member that I spoke with was thorough and incredibly knowledgeable. And, they have the best selection of glasses! I typically hate going to dr's appts and avoid them as long as humanly possible. But this experience might actually change my mind. They were incredibly nice, explained everything thoroughly and I was never left waiting for longer than 5 min. They explained what my insurance covered and where it would have the biggest impact so that I didn't have to research and further confuse myself. If all appointments went that smoothly I don't think I would hate going to the doctor. As an added bonus they're family/women owned and operated local business that I am happy to support. 10/10 would recommend.

I liked the visit overall. I just wish I knew more about why I needed glasses. Because the chart they gave I didn’t understand or did they fully go over what was going on. Once it came time to go over what my insurance covered I could tell the person was getting frustrated with me that I wasn’t getting the most expansive option. Other than that the visit was good.

Love the doctors and techs! they are so sweet and doctor Noor is fantastic! Unfortunately, lower star rating bc of the treatment with the lady trying to push me to order glasses with through the doctor’s office after I told her I would like the prescription so I can shop elsewhere. She was pushy and really wanted to make me aware of how much of a “difference” it would be if I ordered frames through Vision Veritas than elsewhere. Shouldn’t that be my decision?

I called fearing my retinas were detaching, and the Vision Veritas team got me an appointment right away. When I arrived, they conducted a number of tests on the inside of my eye, and even after the doctor explained that everything looked good and that I'd probably experienced a silent migraine (my first) instead of any kind of eye damage, she checked my eyes for tears or any external damage, just in case. We talked through the migraine situation, and she assured me that if this continued, we could collaborate with my primary care physician or OB/GYN to find a solution that worked for me. I always feel as if I'm in excellent hands at Vision Veritas. They're knowledgeable, thorough, holistic in their approach, and if I have questions, I get answers with complete honesty and absolutely no condescension. Everyone on the Vision Veritas team, from the doctors to the billing staff, are welcoming and encouraging and helpful. I've moved across town and still can't imagine going anywhere else.

When I first called Vision Veritas, I talked to Lisa. Lisa was super sweet and welcoming, she was the reason why I came into the office. She took her time explain everything that I needed to know and how everything works. When I went in for my appointment on Monday with Olivia, I didn’t have a good experience. My lil brother was with me so I gave him my phone to keep him occupied & he turned volume up too loud & he apologized for his mistake. Olivia said that’s fine but can you turn in off in the rudest tone towards him. My mask was causing the instruments to fog up and she was so annoyed with me that it was fogging up. She forced he opinions and concerns on me like if I don’t do it she’ll be mad. Towards the end I asked her to send in my mom because I needed on her input on what contacts I should get and Olivia’s irration towards me and my brother left but she was annoyed because my mom didn’t have health insurance. My whole experience wasn’t good because of how we were treated and I don’t want to spend my time and money at a place of business where someone is annoyed with me from the start. I want to express my feelings towards Olivia because it’s not fun to feel like your eye doctor doesn’t care about you. Also she needs to hear this because she lets being a doctor and having money get to her head. She never tried to get to know me or getting to know my eye background. I just didn’t have a good experience when I saw her. I just thought it was rude & disrespectful for her to treat me & my family like this. Sanchee & Lisa were very nice & compassionate Olivia was not. Lisa is the only reason why I would go back.

My eye appointment with dr Olivia was not a good visit. During my visit she was ok. I or my daughter or son did not receive 5 star treatment. During my daughter’s visit the same day. She was rude and short with my daughter and my son. My son was with my daughter in the same room playing with her phone. She had the audacity to yell at my son. When I was brought in the room she realized I was mom her attitude changed. However she looked down on me that I didn’t have my medical information. dr olivia let those two letters dr get to her head. I did not have a good experience at all.

Vision Veritas does a great job fitting me for RGP contact lenses and glasses. I have a very strong prescription and they always get it right for my contacts and glasses. Had a really good experience here. The optometrist was super friendly and welcoming and very thorough in her evaluation of my eyes. She was also very happy to explain what things meant, define and teach me about the eye's structure and how things work, and tell me what I was looking at when reviewing the results. I'm an inquisitive person so I appreciated that she took the time to be thorough in her explanations. I wish they had more frames in the store, I was looking for a certain type of frame and they had to order it, rather than just getting it done and completed in one visit.

I first met Dr. Carleo in 2019, after seeing several optometrists who could find nothing wrong. I had felt like I had progressive difficulty seeing clearly for the past year, but no one, even my oopthalmologist, could find anything wrong. I felt frustrated and almost ready to give up, when I found Dr. Carleo through her online reviews and decided to try a consult with her. Dr. Carleo listened to my experience and believed me. She examined my eyes, and told me just because she couldn't see anything wrong, didn't mean that something wasn't wrong. She referred me to an experienced retina specialist. I felt reluctant to see yet another doctor, but her staff made the appointment for me and encouraged me to go. The retina doctor found that I had early cataracts, and now, after cataract surgery, my vision is excellent. I think Dr. Carleo is an amazing, very smart and competent doctor who cares and listens to the patient's experience.

Issues were discovered that were not addressed earlier. They referred me to top professionals in their specialties (yes, I checked them!) for surgeries. The staff is courteous and considerate in all aspects. They listen well and respond appropriately. If they do not know, they refer your question to the ophthalmologist to be sure it is answered appropriately. The facility is spotlessly clean and very up to date. I'm totally sold on Vision Veritas, as should you.

What a great operation -I was thoroughly impressed with the entire team and the facility. In these Covid times, the cleanliness of the office really put my mind at ease. The covid procedures for check in are outdated and should be updated for those vaccinated. They made me fill out paperwork in my car when I was the only one there! Their Vendors were allowed to walk in and out freely without a mask! My next complaint is that this office will try an upsell you on services and products endlessly, not taking no for an answer. They make elective procedures sound standard and will not tell you before that they cost extra. Sitting with the glasses consultant was also worse than sitting with a used car salesman! Refused to accept that I did not want addons and became visibly irritated when I said no (Kirsten).

The facility is immaculately clean and equipment is state of the art. This was my first time at Vision Veritas and I was very impressed. They asked people to stop at the door to be let in with a temp check and hand sanitizer. I was helped through the check in process and the exam went well. The tech that was taking the pictures was very patient when my eyes did not want to cooperate! Dr. Olivia Carleo has been my eye doctor for almost 10 years. I have a very strong prescription and an issue with my optic nerves. Dr. Carleo does a great job on getting the specs on my contacts right as well as monitoring the optic nerve issue. The level of customer service overall is outstanding as well. I’m a little irritated with the billing and the way my charges for glasses were handled. When you arrive to the clinic you give insurance cards. There is no reason for anyone not to know I have two vision insurance coverages. The visit was smooth and I really like Dr. Noor, but the sales and back office seemed like they were lost. When looking at glasses at check out I specifically asked if the price she was giving me was through both insurance companies. She kept brushing me off and saying yes. I had a gut feeling she didn’t know what she was doing or saying and just pushing sales. I was shocked when she said my total was $565. When I asked for an itemized bill she said after the order goes through she will send me one. After I paid and left I still felt like something wasnt right. I checked both insurance and coverage and called the office again. When I called I went back and forth a couple times until I was back at the billing when I asked her specifically if this was the best price though both insurance companies she told me she didn’t know I had another insurance and the total included my deductible. I was charged without being notified what I was being charged for. My deductibles were waived through the insurance until 12/31. That was the first error that would have gone un noticed. When I came back in the total went all the way from $565 to $240! If I wouldn’t have asked multiple times I would have been charged 2.5x what I was supposed to be charged. It was fixed and the last in billing was very polite and apologetic, but I felt like the sales lady didn’t really care.

They have great safety protocols for COVID-19 and are practicing distancing when possible. I was shocked when during the exam the dr reached around and touched my eyes to widen after just having been typing and touching everything else in the exam room. If I had known that an eye exam could be such a pleasant experience I would have gone a long time ago! I have delayed because it always seemed like such a "cattle call" to go have my vision checked and the expense of new glasses was always so frustrating as the new lenses never really did what I needed to correct my vision properly. Having some new vision concerns I decided to go ahead and jump through all the hoops of another vision test. Much to my surprise and delight my visit to Vision Veritas was absolutely wonderful!!!! From my first phone call with Samantha to schedule as a new patient, to my first impression being greeted for my appointment all the way through the exam , picking out new frames and then checking out--every single part of my visit was so peaceful and professional! Even with all the extra concerns with Covid protection my visit to Veritas was excellent. It is very obvious all the staff are doing all they can do to efficiently provide the best care possible with special attention to all aspects to make patients feel safe and protected. Dr. Noor was absolutely wonderful when talking with me about my specific concerns and diagnosis and I felt heard and informed. I also had excellent support with picking out the best lenses and frames to suit my preferences and unlimited patience with my questions. Staff was very kind to get me in right away after a terrible accident where I suffered facial trauma with multiple facial fractures. I had floaters in my left eye/vision. This was scary at first but the floaters have settled and my retina is fine. My glasses were misshapen during the accident and they repaired them for me. I think my glasses may have helped save me. I love my eye care team. They did an excellent job following Covid protocol as well.

After suffering all day Sunday, I called Vision Veritas when they opened first thing Monday morning to see about an emergency appointment - of course, it was right in the thick of the Covid-19 scare and it's the day that Dallas County was going under "stay at home" orders. Not only did they agree to see me, I was really impressed with the safety measures they had put in place. They took my history and information via phone, and asked me to wait in my car until they came to get me; when they came out, the tech took my temperature before heading into the building, and offered me hand sanitizer once inside. The staff was very professional and the doctor wore a protective mask during my consult. I'm so happy I went - I was able to start prescription treatment that afternoon - and I highly recommend this office for any optometry needs.

My first time going to Vision Veritas, the facility itself was clean and organized, the people there were nice, professional and on top of their products and services. I had a great experience and felt the Optometrist who serviced knew what she was doing and used up to date equipment to do my eye exam. I was really impressed. Would definitely go back again.

Vision Veritas is great! I found them through a google search and their reviews were good so I booked an appointment for my husband to go in. He has such a great experience that I ended up booking myself an appointment too. I went in for the first time yesterday and I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The whole process was quick and easy.

My visits to this office are always positive. Everything is explains in detail. Dr. Anita always takes her time with me and explores and explains all options. Each staff member in the office is friendly, professional and they all take time to help with whatever the need may be. I moved to East Texas in the spring, but definitely don’t mind the drive back to Addison for this office!

I had been with the same optometry group for years. Three years ago, they switched up the doctors at that office and I wasn't happy with the care I was receiving. After visiting Vision Veritas, I now know the difference between "just another eye doctor" and an an exemplary practice. The Vision Veritas staff and my doctor (Dr. Olivia) exceeded my expectations and helped provide a solution to an issue with my vision and contact lenses. The doctor was very thorough with my check-up as well as very knowledgeable in the issues that came up during the exam. Definitely recommend.

My experience with the whole Vision Veritas team is always great. I am fairly new to DFW and came from 25 years being with a great office in Seattle...one that I thought could never be topped....until I walked into VV. They stay on schedule, make sure my needs with my eyesight are taken care of....from help with insurance, to contact, prescriptions, exams, appts, etc. The whole team has my best interest every time I walk in their office.

I was able to make a same day appointment and when I arrived I was greeted by friendly staff and surrounded by so many gorgeous frames! The doctor was extremely attentive and explained everything about my eye health, when usually they write a prescription and send you off... I needed an outside appointment and the follow up information was sent in less than 24 hours without me needing to provide any additional information. Now onto frames... We spent over an hour finding the perfect frames for me and let's just say I haven't been this excited about new glasses in years! I'm extremely impressed with this office and would recommend them to anyone.

I did research before I chose Vision Veritas to take care of my vision needs. I had A bad experience at another cookie cutter eye care center and was looking for a more focused and caring place to go . My experience started even before I entered The doors. I made An appointment online and was contacted within 5 minutes of me scheduling that appointment. They made me feel very welcome and explained the whole process and what paperwork I needed. When I arrived I was Warmly greeted and was able to browse the frames selection. I had Each step of my exam explained to me and they actually listened to my concerns . It is so refreshing to find excellent service and not just a cattle call for patients
