Dr. Welland and his staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Welland has been there when several of my family members have had dental emergencies. I don't know many dentists who would go above and beyond for his patients like Dr. Welland does.

Dr. Welland is always calm and cool no matter how nervous I am which helps to calm me down. I'm great with the cleaning, but the crowns or cavities are where my nerves are. He has always done a great job for both my husband and myself. The staff is very friendly and will do their best to accomodate an appointment around work and family commitments. Thanks!

My experience with Dr. Welland and his staff are the best dental group I have ever had, I will and have recommended to family! They're all very kind and very gentle when they have worked on my teeth! I would never which dentist unless I absolutely had to. I rank Dr. Welland and staff as excellent! :-)

I have been going to Dr. Welland for years and have always had a wonderful experience when going in for my routine cleaning. When I broke one of my front teeth over 10 years ago the repair he did matches perfectly and has not caused me any issues. In fact, I can't even tell it's there. My wife started going to Dr. Welland over 5 years ago and wished she had gone to him earlier.

Dr. James Welland and his staff are very professional and friendly. They make you feel very comfortable and truly care about your dental health. Dr. Welland genuinely enjoys his profession and wants you to enjoy your visit just as much. When leaving his office you will have a clear undertanding of your dental needs and will have had all your options explained to you. Dr. Welland is very meticulous and isn't happy unless you are 100% satisfied! I'm 61 and get many compliments on my smile and I owe it to Dr. Welland for doing such good work through the years to ensure that I was able to retain my permanent teeth (a few of which another dentist told me almost 30 years ago needed to be extracted). Dr. Welland assured me there was no need to extract those teeth and I still have them today! I feel he's the best in his field, very honest and extremely caring.

Does anyone really like to go to the dentist? I know its not something that I ever look forward to. But Dr. Welland's group ALMOST make you want to go. It is more of a family atmosphere than a "Dentist Office" with all of the ramifications which that implies. The greeting by all is always friendly, and sincere. I've been going to Dr. Welland since I moved to West Chester about 25 years ago. I was not blessed with perfect teeth, far from it, and I have had extensive dental work done, not only here, but back in New York as well. I trust Dr. Welland implicitly with my dental care. Through all of the work that I have had done Dr. Welland has been very supportive, and has explained every procedure in terms that are easy to understand, there are no surprises, and all the time keeps pain to a bare minimum. I don't know if technology or technique, but of all the Dentists that I have seen Dr. Welland has probably done more work on me, and caused me less pain than any of the others. So whichever it is, it works. One of the best things though is seeing Beth, my dental hygenist, who is very gentle. Teeth cleaning is also not something to look forward to, but Beth makes it as comfortable as she can. I honestly wouldn't let anyone else clean my teeth, and make sure she's there whenever I come in. We've done some whitening too, and it looks great. Dr. Welland and his staff have done a great job with me, and you can tell by my smile.

I'm probably one of the worse dental patient in history. But I'd be the first to say that Dr. Welland can truly dispell your fears. For me it took sometime (almost a year), but every visit was calmer than the last. Also Dr. Welland and his staff have gone above and beyond the maximum level of courtesy, sincerity and comfort that you would expect from the dental profession.
