I had broken my glasses, and with an over due eye exam I called for an appointment. The staff was very friendly on the phone and said they would call if there was a cancellation, which they did. Dr. Begg was very friendly, professional and thorough. Recommend most definitely.

I left a message about my swollen eye lid since the day was just about over. After half an hour with no response I figured that everyone was gone for the day. But , no, wait. I did get a phone call and my eye doctor saw me first thing in the morning. Nothing could be found as to the cause. I got antibiotics for safety and was told to use hot compresses on the eye lid and lid scrubs.

Willowbrook eye care was able to squeeze me in for an emergency appointment due to concerns over a retina detachment, I can't say enough nice things about Dr Jeffrey begg. He was so kind, through with my exam and was able to determine the issue with my eye very quickly. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I had my appointment with Dr Begg. He was kind, pleasant, professional and very informative from the beginning to the end of my eye exam. He explained the results of my exam with thoroughness and answered my questions to my satisfaction. His exam office was clean and orderly. However, the waiting room was not clean. This is the reason why I'm giving 4 stars. The trash can was full and there was visible chunks of dirt on the carpet. I wasn't expecting to see this since I was the first appointment of the day. However, Dr Begg's kindness and knowledge quickly reversed my thoughts about the waiting room. In the end, I was very satisfied with my exam and relieved that I found such a top notch Optometrist!

I went to Willowbrook Eye Care Associates for an eye exam and new glasses because we were referred by a friend to Willowbrook for vision therapy for my husband who lost some vision due to a stroke. As I'm getting a little older (55), I have experienced a few changes in my vision & had some concerns. The optometrist was very thorough in examining my eyes. He listened to my concerns, explained what causes the changes I was experiencing. In honesty, this was the best optometrist I have ever been to. Again, he listened to what I was saying. He also has a great sense of humor which made me comfortable as I can be quite the character. I will refer friends & family to Willowbrook. Also, Willowbrook has a great vision therapy program for concussion patients or in my husband's case, stroke victims. All staff were professional but very friendly. Thank you Dr. Begg.

Willowbrook Eye Care has helped me tremendously!!! I was very skeptical at first but I am amazed how much this program has helped me with my vision and mentally after my concussion. I would highly recommend this program to anyone having problems. The staff was excellent and very caring. I have completed the program and can’t believe the difference from when I started. I give them a 10 out of 10!!!!

I received Out standing care from Willow Brook Eye care, in Greensburg Pa. I'm suffering from a concussion and double vision and other symptoms. It been a long road for me. Some people hate going to the dentist. For me, my fear is the eye doctor. I had been ordered Willowbrook Eye Care as part of my post concussion treatment. I can’t put into words the empathy, compassion, respect & professionalism that was demonstrated by Dr Krupar & staff. My daughter's examination with Dr. Krupar was very thorough. He was very professional, yet friendly, and was able to keep a 6 year old's attention. He identified and explained my daughter's eye issues so that i could understand the situation and what can be done to resolve/improve the issues. All Willowbrook staff that we encountered during the visit were courteous.
