EXCELLENT!!!! That is my experience with Dr. Nguyen and her staff!!! From calling to make the appointment to, the greeting when you walk in the door, the exam all the way through checking out, literally every step was simply excellent!! The staff is fantastic and Dr. Nguyen is amazing!! She is so smart, explains everything so clearly and makes you feel like she's known you forever. Such a warm personality and truly cares about every patient and your understanding and comfort with everything! I cannot say enough how much I love this office. I have been a patient for at least 5 years and as long as Dr. Nguyen is practicing, I will be a patient. Thank you and your staff for your exemplary job!!!!!!

Visited here for the first time a few days back. The staff here was very kind and professional, they knew exactly what they were doing. They asked the necessary questions regarding my medical history to build a profile for better diagnosis purposes, followed by few different kinds of exams of both my eyes, and finally I was taken to Dr Anny Nguyen who did the last few tests and explained everything to me in detail, as well as answering all the questions I had regarding the tests and my symptoms I was experiencing. Highly recommend Woodbridge Eye Care for any eye health issues. Will definitely be coming here in the future for annual checks.

It was my first time to go to Woodbridge Eye Care at Wylie. I find the staff and the Dr to be very good and accommodating in their interaction with me. They are very professional and it did not take me a long time to be looked into. I was fascinated with level of equipment they have in this place. All sorts of test equipments to check for the condition of your eye.

We have been patients of this practice for several years and this is the worst experience we have had by far! The front office is staff is not knowledgeable or personable- definitely more interested in socializing with each other vs greeting customers/patients. On the appt day the exam was fine the providers were fine but the office staff printed our Rx and visiting with a staff member from the eye glass store (vision works-they were wearing a work shirt )- the next door staff member was given both of our Rx printout and left the store to go next door to their office and then came back w/o our consent - violation of HIPPA? We were then provided our Rx. My husband and I had a contact lens and glasses appt w/ trial lenses that had to be ordered - we were told we would receive a call when they came in but we had to call and see if they were available for pick up. When picking up my contact lens I was just handed the trial contact only with no indication of what contact solution to use or what type of contact it was and staff was extremely dismissive when I inquired. My husbands contact lens Rx needed to be changed so he made and appt and the provider he saw at that time said he would make corrections to the Rx and order a new trial pair - never heard from them again. I made an appt to follow up on the Rx lens trial I was ordered and when inquiring on husbands new Rx was given the run around by the front desk staff on what was actually said by the provider - when I asked to have the Dr notes printed the story changed and then the desk staff agreed with what we had been told re: second trial order - she did not print the notes from the Dr and only provided the updated Rx. My family will NOT be returning to this practice. Even if it is on your insurance with great coverage - save yourself some irritation! One star for the providers as they do not realize what a mess the front is, let’s at least hope not. Office staff can definitely make or break a practice.

Both my daughter's received their eye exams here last year and the staff was amazing and made them feel comfortable during the examination. The staff is extremely friendly, wait time is less than five minutes. My first appointment with them was supposed to be in January, but I requested if I can see them cos I had a pink eye. I have been a client for about 5 years. I love the staff here and have been satisfied in the past with your service. HOWEVER, after my last appointment, I may not return. I have been waiting 3 weeks for a pair of trial contacts. I am questioning whether they were even ordered to begin with and whenever I call, I cannot get an answer about when they will arrive. I have a unique prescription, but if it is unattainable at this practice, then I will be forced to go elsewhere. Unfortunately, I can't get another exam and contacts with a different doctor because my insurance only covers one appointment per year. I think my whole family will have to change providers for our next appointments.

I had a wonderful experience! From the time I entered the office, everything flowed smoothly from checking in, eye x-rays, and seeing Dr. Nguyen! Received an email on 5/8/22 that it was “time for my annual eye exam”. I only go once a year for my yearly exam, so did not rush and scheduled it for 11 days later, on 5/19/22. I arrived, checked in, confirmed my insurance and payed my copay of $10 as well as $49 for the optional imaging that was not be covered by my insurance. I have always enjoyed the service I have received from Woodbridge and from Dr Nguyen until now. About a week later, on 5/27/22, I received a call to inform me that I would have to pay for my exam out of pocket because my exam was done 4 days prior to it being one year from my last exam. I asked why they would have emailed me to schedule if it was to early and why they didn’t know that when they verified my insurance? I was told that they were “so sorry” “it was completely their fault” but their was nothing they could do about it. I then questioned them as to the status of my husband’s appointment. He was also notified (by text) that he was due for his exam, he was seen the same day, although with a different appointment and time altogether. I was told his exam also would have to be paid out of pocket because his exam was done 1 day early, so it appears this is not a rare situation since his appointment had the same result. I asked them if I could try to call the insurance company myself, and get back to them and that is what I did. My insurance company said there was no way the exam would be covered before the one year time frame between appointments. I called Woodbridge back on 6/6/22 to discuss the situation again. Was told again how sorry they were, how it was their fault, the failed to verify the insurance ect, very apologetic. I said it didn’t seem fair that I use this policy for me and my husband once per year, and this year I not only have to pay out of pocket for the exams, but I paid a whole year of premiums for no benefit what so ever. Just not happy paying for someone else’s mistake, actually two mistakes in this case!

I've been coming to Woodbridge Eye Care for many years now, and I really can't say enough nice things about the staff, the facility, and Dr. Nguyen. The staff at the front are always friendly, the building is always clean and tidy, and one of the biggest things I can give them praise for is unlike other doctors I've been to when I make an appointment at 11, I'm seen at 11. Not 11:10, not 11:30, 11:00. That helps me so much cause I can appropriately plan my visits when needed and I'm in and out without any hassle. Dr. Nguyen always makes sure to answer any and all questions I have, she's easy to talk to and cares about my eye health, and I'll continue coming back as long as my insurance allows me to.

I've only had a few eye exams in my life and this is my favorite place. Front staff is friendly and fun, technicians are good, and Dr Anny Nguyen is very patient, thorough, and answers all your questions. She makes you feel like your business is appreciated and you're not just a patient number or are being rushed. They also have some top of the line equipment that makes the exam easy and not scary. She also guides you for future eye care, but I've never felt pressured to make a decision immediately.

Copy of my YELP Review: I had been going to Dr. Jonathan Cargo in Irving for years (since my office was down the street, and I could go during lunch), but since my office moved to Dallas (and like many people, I'm currently working from home), it didn't make sense to keep making that drive. This place is right next to EyeMasters in Wylie - it's a little hard to tell where the entrance is so look carefully. Staff was friendly and prompt - right now, you actually have to call when you arrive and wait in your car for a call-back, to limit chances of running into other patients. Of course, everyone (staff and patients) is required to wear a mask. I went for my contact lens exam but brought my girls for their back to school checks as well, and we were the only ones in the waiting area. Had been putting off my appointments due to COVID, but my kids and I felt safe. They enjoyed being seen by Dr. Anny and her nice staff! Clean office, and solid COVID-19 protocols.

As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed by the friendly staff upfront. Signing in was easy and having refreshments were a plus. I used to dread coming to have my eyes checked and having to deal with the big puff of air in my eyes in the past with old technology. This office seems up to date with their technology and machines.
