Back by popular demand – Dr. Bryan Mitton!

After taking a 3 year hiatus to work in the research department at Stanford University, Dr. Bryan Mitton is returning to PVMG as a full-time pediatric physician!

Dr. Mitton previously worked as an on-call physician at PVMG and missed our special community we have created here at Palos Verdes Medical Group. We are so excited to welcome him back to our team!

Dr. Mitton will be making a one week special appearance here at the office during the week of July 13^th! Call us today to schedule an appointment with Dr. Mitton or request an appointment below! Dr. Mitton will be in the office full time starting August 20^th. 

MORE ABOUT DR. MITTON 

Dr. Mitton, who specializes in pediatrics with subspecialty training in hematology (blood diseases) and oncology (cancer and cancer predisposition syndromes), comes to us from the Department of Pediatrics at Stanford University, where he completed his Hematology/Oncology subspecialty training.

After graduating from medical school at the University of Cincinnati with both an M.D. and a Ph.D. in cardiovascular pharmacology, Dr. Mitton completed his pediatric residency at UCLA.

• Dr. Mitton holds a number of patents on a drug for heart failure

• He has won teaching awards at the undergraduate, medical and fellowship levels

• Dr. Mitton grew up on the Gulf Coast of Mississippi

• He loves sailing
