The staff was so nice and actually listened to my concerns and addressed each one. I've needed glasses for a long time and it's been a long time since the optometrist didn't seem like they were in a rush to get my in and out of the chair and brushed off my concerns with my vision. They actually took the time to make sure I'd be able to see properly with what they recommended and even made a follow up appointment so we can try out the changes and reassess later. Will definitely be coming back and referring my family and friends that use glasses and contacts.

I had a pleasant experience during my eye exam and glasses selection. I have often found it stressful elsewhere being managed as though I was a product on an assembly line, so I am happy to have found Dr. Siegel. New technology made the exam and glasses fitting go smoothly with enhanced precision. Dr. Siegel is pleasant, listened to what I said, explained each step she performed, and fully answered my questions. The selection of eyeglass frames is good, and I could have the time to compare and make sure my selection was right for me.

I was pleased with the service, but I was charged a copayment and should not have been. My vision insurance states no copayment yet I was charged based on my health insurance that has nothing to do with my vision insurance.

I came across Acusight on a Google search. I liked everything I saw and read. Thought why not give them a try. I couldn't have been more pleased. I felt so comfortable and well taken care of. Everything was explained very well and all questions I had answered. The doctor helped me from exam to lenses, which I liked. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vision provider.

This was my initial appointment. I have macular debene ration and need all the help I can get to be able to keep reading. Dr Rachel has prescribed a change to my prescription. She was very thorough in my exam and explained everything as she went. Hopefully my new glasses will help.will help.

I was a new patient and found it pretty easy to get situated once I arrived and checked it. Dr siegel is great, very pleasant and does thorough exams. Her suggestions and recommendations seem well thought and not generic. The rest of the staff are nice, but not noteworthy or extremely confident in what they seem to be doing. Front desk woman was nice and helpful. Prices on things are not transparent, you have to ask and even then may not get the whole answer. Pretty expensive. With insurance I still have to pay almost $1000 for a year's worth of contacts and new glasses. They accept most insurances.

I have been looking for a new eye doctor since mine had retired. I happened upon Rachel Siegel. I found her to be very knowledgeable and she LISTENED to the issues I was having with my eye-sight. She spent a lot of time with me reviewing the health of my eye and alternatives to how to correct my issues. So far, my new contacts are proving promising. I still have another week using this trial pair, but so far, so good! And if I have any issues, Dr. Rachel said to call! As far as her staff goes, I found them to be friendly, efficient, and on task taking care of the customer. I am very happy with my new eye doctor and her staff!

Absolutely amazing staff and service!! After checking the amazing reviews on here and deducing to book an appointment, I can say they all held true. The staff was friendly and understanding and Rachel explained everything that she was doing and why. I’ve been going to the eye doctor my whole life and this is the first time anyone had actually explained to me what was going on!

Acusight was quick, informative and super helpful for a first-time optometrist visitor. I was running a little late (10 mins) and they were still able to fit me in at the end of the day and were very accommodating. They really made going to see the eye doctor easy!

Everyone in the office from the technician, Dr. Siegel, and the optician I met with while choosing glasses, were so welcoming and have such great attitudes and really care about their patients. Dr Siegel is a very technically skilled physician. The office is spotless. Heather is an extremely patient staff person. My glasses were not right (no fault of Dr. Siegel) and they never gave up until the glasses fit to my satisfaction.
