Everyone in the office was very friendly and welcoming. They knew what they were doing completing all of the eye tests before the doctor came. The doctor was very thorough in her examination and explanation of everything she was doing and why. No high pressure sales pitch to buy glasses from them. Everything was very professional.

Dr. Ngo and her staff are always professional, friendly and helpful. My youngest just had his first "official" eye exam (other than a school eye chart), and they all helped him to feel at ease. He is normally very anxious when it comes to doing something for the first time, and he has been known to refuse to do what is asked of him out of fear of the unknown. Dr. Ngo and her staff caringly guided him through each step, and the visit was very successful. My older children have no problem with going to their eye exams, and really like Dr. Ngo. We highly recommend Dr. Ngo and her staff at Constant Eye Care.

Front Desk Staff greeted me upon entry. Everyone is Friendly and helpful. New Patient documentation is not overwhelming. Examination was professional and personable. Through explanations to my questions. Best part was no high pressure to purchase frames, glasses, contacts, et cetera on the spot, which was great, since I had other things scheduled back-to-back. Will return and bring more business to this provider.

Everytime we enter Dr. Ngo's eye clinic, "Constant Eye Care," we are always greeted with a friendly smile and welcome. Today, we also had the privilege of meeting Dr. Ngo's puppy dog, Boba. Of course, the receptionist asked us if we were okay with having a dog in the office first. Boba was such a welcome surprise. My children enjoyed petting him throughout their visit. I wish more doctors brought their pets to work to help create a calm environment. As you might imagine, Boba is never out if a patient is not comfortable around dogs. Dr. Ngo is a top-notch professional.

This is the second year we returned to see Dr. Ngo. Very professional, friendly, and chill vibe. She doesn't scare you with all the medical terminologies but explains carefully what each test she performs is measuring. The staff were very easy going and professional as well. I came here after taking my wife to her appointment and we both had the same thing to say about our experience. Dr. Ngo does a great job of making you feel comfortable in her office and explaining things in a way that's easy to digest and understand. My wife said this was the first place she's gone to where the doctor made her feel normal and not weird about her extreme nearsightedness which is huge for her. Dr. NGO saw me last minute for an infection in my eye. Her receptionist is the sweetest girl you will ever meet. Dr. Ngo was thorough and answered all my questions. Dr. Ngo is fantastic! I went in for a Contacts exam, she took her time with exam, explained the different types of contact lenses available and gave me different samples to try out before I made a final decision. The clinic staff was very personal, there wasn’t a long wait time and I really liked how they try to limit the number of non-patients in the waiting room at a time. If you’re looking for an optometrist who is going to be thorough, listens to your needs with great bedside manner, I would definitely recommend Dr. Ngo ☺️

Dr. Ngo was highly recommended by one of her current patients. Even though her office was a bit farther for me to drive, it was well worth the visit. She didn't rush me through the exam like so many other eye doctors have with me in the past. She also took time explaining to me in a very clear way, what was causing some of my issues and the pros and cons of my options. She's courteous and has a soothing and calming effect during the exam.

In no way did I feel rushed or felt as if my symptoms or concerns Were being brushed under the rug. Dr. Ngo took her time, did a wonderfully thorough exam and answered all my questions. She gave me suggestion for better driving glasses for daytime, night time and for working on my computer 12 hours a day. I had a lot of questions and she took the time to answer all of them and performed extra steps to get me what I needed. I love to research things before I am convinced and she gave me all the information necessary to do that. I have trouble seeing at night with oncoming headlights and she had the perfect solution. I did my research and she was spot on with new glasses that solve that problem as well as a special prescription just for blue blocking glasses for computer work. She is the best eye doctor I have ever visiting and I bet I have seen 15 or so over the years. She is worth the drive. I researched dozens before I settled on her and it was worth the drive....

Dr. Ngo and her staff were very kind and helpful. All my questions and concerns were answered and explained. It was not my intention to go to go see Dr. Ngo but I scratched my lenses on my glasses. The scratch was beyond buffing out. I loved that I was able to schedule an on line visit from the comfort of my home and since I made the appointment on the weekend. The staff was very knowledgeable about my insurance.

I was totally impressed by how fast they had me in and out with new glasses in hand. After calling around to about 20 different doctors for an emergency exam to get new glasses and getting told nobody would be able to see me, I was almost going to give up until the staff here said they could see me within the hour. I got there and the office staff was friendly, fun, and informative. The doctor was professional, and the selection of glasses was everything I could have wanted. I was able to see again within an hour of my phone call and it wouldn't have been possible without the super stars that work here. Highly reccomend this place for anyone. Best eye exam experience I've ever had.

I noticed the night before that my eye had a very large red spot in the corner. Although I was not in pain, nor did the eye feel irritated, I was very concerned. I called the office first thing in the morning and explained my situation and they got me in to see Dr. Julie ASAP. She was very thorough in determining the source of the problem and providing a resolution. Dr. Julie and the staff are always courteous, pleasant, and patient.

My husband and I were looking for a new doctor here in the Garland/Plano area and came across Dr Ngo and her practice via the insurance lookup tool for my company. The ladies that work at this office are WONDERFUL. They were all very helpful and had a great attitude and disposition. Dr. Ngo was very thorough in her exam and did a great job ensuring that both my husband and I were comfortable with the outcome of our exam and our contacts/glasses. We are definitely sold on this team and 110% believe that we have found our new eye doctor for years to come. I was able to fill out my paperwork online before getting to my appointment. As a person with an occupied schedule, it was wonderful to not spend time filling out forms. I was seen within a short time frame. Doc took her time to assess my eyes and never made me feel like she was in a rush. All of the staff is courteous and each does their job well. This was my first eye exam in many years. I was running late for my appointment but they still kindly fit me into the schedule without any hassles. Dr. Ngo was very professional and caring in my opinion. She spent time explaining things and giving me lots of options. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. I took my daughter in for a eye exam the whole staff was awesome with the kindest hearts. Dr. Ngo even took time to help my 7 year old pick out a pair of glasses. I didn't know how badly I needed Dr. Julie Ngo in my life until I met her for the first time yesterday. After having an appointment with Dr. Ngo, it made me realize how much of an uncaring idiot my previous optometrist was. Bye Target Optical, I am now a Constant Eye Care patient for life. I am a pretty low maintenance patient with nearsightedness but Dr. Ngo went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I've always thought my prescriptions were too weak. I've been in the -1.00's since high school (a little over a decade) and finally made it to -2.00 six months ago with my previous optometrist. Yesterday, I was told by Dr. Ngo that my vision was actually -2.50...I have never jumped .5 before (much less in 6 months). It usually takes two years for my vision to go down .5. I came in for a contact fitting as well and Dr. Ngo gave me some -2.50 contact lenses and I have NEVER seen clearer in my life! For the first time, everything was SO clear. My previous optometrist gave me glasses/contacts that let me see JUST enough but never with the clarity I actually wanted/needed. With my old optometrist, whenever I had a "contact fitting" he would give me a pair of Acuvue Oasys 2-week contact lenses, kick me out within a few minutes, and I'd see him again in a year. He basically forced that brand on me - I never got to try monthly pairs or daily pairs. He never followed up with me to see if I liked them or if they worked for me. Appointments with him were quick. With Dr. Ngo, she is letting me try different brands AND I am to come back and let her know which I like and which I dislike so I can appropriately order the right contact lenses for me. If I don't like any of the lenses she gave me, I can try others. First off, I didn't know you were supposed to come back after trial-ing a pair of lenses. I am exploring new worlds of contact lenses with Dr. Ngo and I am super satisfied!

I have worn glasses for 27 years, and I had always assumed I was near-sighted. Growing up, my doctor never explained to me why my eyes were the way they were. Dr. Ngo explained everything and even discussed my surgical options if I ever wanted to go that route! Her office staff was friendly and highly efficient. This is my second year returning to Dr. Ngo's office, and I am really pleased to say the least. From the moment you walk in, everyone is friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Ngo has excellent bedside manner. I felt very at ease, and she walked me through everything. They also don't do that horrible air puff test here, it's a much gentler process that you really don't even feel. I'd highly recommend checking out her office if you are looking for an optometrist!

I've been here twice and I'm happy with both times. Dr. Julie and the staff were very friendly and super nice.
