Sandra is a wonderful technician..and very personable. I know that you continually get new equipment when necessary. However, I feel for a 10-15 minute electroless session $85 is excessive. Having said this is my first time with the new machine we will see if it lives up to its price tag, which is why I am sure of the increase. Looking to see how things look over the next few months for the four or five hairs that seem to be problematic on my chin area.

I can’t say enough good things about the spa from the minute you walk in the door, and to each of the injectors that I’ve had over the last year has been wonderful.. they take this time to sit with you and talk over in all options of product and procedure- just a comfort for me.😊

Amazing and professional. I love this Spa! The ladies are so friendly and professional, and they care about how we look. I have been with Deja Vu Med Spa for approximately three years or maybe longer. They have never misled me or botched any of the services I requested. Jennifer, the owner, has so much experience in this field and medical backing. I have been working with Susanna, and she is fantastic. Susanna takes her time with you, and her medical background comes through when she provides me with my services. Susanna and Jennifer love to make us look so naturally beautiful. They never put more than needed and make sure you look refreshed, which is a subtle natural look. The staff is awesome! I can go on and on about the ladies who work in the front desk area. They are so nice and ensure we are cared for as soon as we walk into the office. Thank you, ladies, for all that you do for me.

Excellent service from reception to treatment. The spa environment is clean, elegantly designed and relaxing, made all the more so by a caring staff. I was treated for a benign mole on my scalp using liquid nitrogen. The procedure was painless and three days post treatment, the mole is almost gone.

I had a facial and my person was over 15 minutes late. I was at the front desk asking if it would be much longer when she came to get me. I had another appointment after and I planned accordingly to make it with time to spare. I even arrived early to pay before my service to save myself time. There was no acknowledgment and it was frustrating. I’m sure if I walked in 15+ min late I would not be seen. That is a guess of course. The facial itself I felt she was detailed in what she did. I would come back I like the feel of this facility. I wouldn’t see her only because for my liking she is very rough when it comes to extractions not because she doesn’t do well.

Normally I would give a 5-star rating at Deja Vu, but had a strange experience with Bianca yesterday. I asked about increasing my Botox dosage between my eyebrows, and was trying to ask by what kind of increment I could increase the dosage - for example, did it need to be in whole units, half units, etc. I don't think I worded my question well, so I don't think Bianca understood I was trying to ask about increments. She said that the normal minimum dose that most people get is 20 units, but I only get 11, so I should bump it up to 20 units. I said I definitely did not want to go up to 20 - that is too much for me and I don't want to look fake. Bianca got really defensive at that point and very assertively said, "I use 20 units, do I look fake??" WHOA. I wasn't talking about her at all, and sure didn't appreciate her making it about herself. Her overreaction was disconcerting, and I also didn't appreciate being pressured to nearly double my dosage. Bianca left to get the syringes and I sat there wondering if she was going to do something passive-aggressive when she returned or if she was going to jab me in the eye or something. Aside from a couple unnecessary comments about my body when she returned, the rest of the visit was without incident, but overall, I did not feel comfortable with her and would prefer not to schedule with her again. I understand that Deja Vu is in the business of aesthetics, but Bianca came across as just too phony and superficial, not to mention self-absorbed. I have not gotten that kind of attitude from anyone else at Deja Vu, which is why I will keep coming back. Everyone else I have interacted with is professional and seems to genuinely care about their customers. So from an overall perspective, keep up the great work!

I just moved to Arizona recently and started hiking alot which exposes my skin to the sun more often than normal. I decided to try the Hydrafacial treatment and am super happy because I felt and saw instant/noticeable results ! Was excited to find a place I can get lip filler by my house so I didn’t have to drive across town to my usual spot, had a consult and the injector was honest and friendly I admit. She was good at trying to get you to understand your natural beauty with a little filler but not over doing it. But she said “I don’t mean to offend but lips shouldn’t look like a Vagina”. Now, I see where she’s coming from I do, mine are over filled I am aware, I know her intention wasn’t bad at all as she wants her patients to look their best but saying that left me feeling insecure afterwards. Also, said something about “do you like that look? Like sausage?” Or something I don’t remember exact words. Maybe I’m being over sensitive, I don’t want to get her in trouble and I feel bad writing this truly I do because she was just being honest but maybe a better choice of words to people, especially during a consultation. Again, she’s very educated and direct which I appreciate but I’m unsure if I’ll go back because of those choice of words.

When I scheduled my appointment I was told I could receive cupping without a massage. When I went in for treatment with Lauren, she seemed irritated that I was only booked for 30 minutes and wasn't getting a massage, stating "we weren't going to be able to accomplish much" and how I "only booked a quick session". She made me feel very uncomfortable. I booked what the receptionist recommended. I am used to receiving cupping and I've always been able to get all the areas treated in under 15 minutes with better results than I got here and a lot less attitude. Very poor manners as well. I said thank you for her service-as awful as it was- at least 3 times and never got a "your welcome" or "hope you take care" or "see you next time". She seems very rude and I would never return for another treatment. The facial I received had to be the most painful facial I've ever had. While I expect some discomfort, I have never had to tell them to stop to give my face a break. I literally felt numb afterwards. The esthetician never explained any products or gave me any recommendations. I have some problem areas that I was told she "didn't do the treatment" and "the other esthetician does those". Maybe this is a ploy to have to come back and pay for more treatment??? Wouldn't go back....

This is my fourth SkinPen treatment from Laura and she,s the best! I was pleased with my earlier results, but didn’t like the tight, dry feel of my skin during the first 24hours. The new numbing cream has changed all that and, although red, my skin felt normal. Laura is very knowledgeable, thorough and careful during the treatment and caring during after-treatment . I am looking forward to my next one soon.

She takes time to know new and returning clients independently. For anything Esthi related I highly recommend Angela. Angela, will listen to your skin concerns and focus on those areas while offering suggestions and home routine ideas. For injectables both Bianca and Jen are 5 star. They are both relatable and will provide suggestions on treatment types and products. Both ladies walk you through the process step by step constantly checking on your comfort level. I did not realize or forgot they had a 9 month expiration date. It was by far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The staff was welcoming and friendly when I arrive for my 1015 appointment. I was taken back to a room immediately. Jennifer was my clinician. She is incredibly knowledgeable friendly and extremely personable. My experience could not have been better I will recommend each and every person I know. As I said before I’ve never had a better experience and education on the procedure Botox. Thank you so much to déjà vu and Jennifer. I’m looking forward to returning for your December 11th seminar on filler.

Bianca is great! She listens & comes up with a plan that will enhance the patient's needs & what the patient can afford. I bruise easily & she is so gentle that I have none or a very minimal amount. Thank you to all the staff!

I’m so excited that I had the opportunity to know of yur facility, and the service was extremely a great experience. And can’t wait to come back and continue the treatment that I’m needing.
