I went to Dr. Donato to get a second opinion as he has great reviews and offers a complimentary consultation, which I thought was nice. Everyone I met with was very friendly, including the receptionist. The waiting area looked quite nice and was exceptionally clean, as was the rest of the facility. My appointment was for 5pm, I arrived about 5-10 minutes early and I don't believe I waited longer than 5 minutes to be seen. Dr. Donato and Marianne explained everything quite thoroughly to me and never made me feel as if I were being rushed through anything. The entire experience was very pleasant and I'm happy that I came here.

Dr. Donato’s staff is the friendliness I have experienced at ANY doctor’s office...ever!! It might seem like a small thing, but their friendliness has a very calming affect on the whole experience. Oh yeah....and my teeth look beautiful. The word “captivating” would describe my smile 😁.

I felt relaxed from the moment I waked in the door and was greeted by the front desk. Upon meeting the doctor he put me completely at ease and carefully explained my options to me. Being a television personality my smile is very important to me. I was frustrated by other doctors telling me my situation was hopeless. I’m so glad I was referred to Dr. D, who was syo knowledgeable and gave me several options. Thanks Dr. D :)

I just had an assessment at Orthodontic Specialist PC and got the recommendation that I will only have to start braces in a year or so as I still have many of my baby teeth. The experience was very positive and even though I was nervous at the thought of having braces I feel very comfortable about having to start braces eventually.

I just completed my intake with Orthodontic Specialist PC. Dr. Donato and his staff have an excellent and smooth operating intake process in place which made me feel very comfortable about their knowledge and expertise but also gave me a very good understanding about the braces I will get, how to wear them, what a check up would look like and estimated wear time to get where I need to be. I highly recommend Dr. Donato’s practice to anyone looking for a great orthodontist!

We went in for a consultation. the consultation was free which was a plus, and the actual experience was FANTASTIC. the doctor and hygienist were clean and through and explained everything clearly. they gave incentives to my daughter to help her thru this long process. they gave us many biling/payment options. they were really fantastic.

What a wonderful group of people. My daughter had an appointment and she came out happy. They made her feel comfortable, explained everything a nice way that made sense to her and me too. They sent her home with a nice write up of fees, which were also sensible. We will be seeing them in the summer for after-prom braces:)

As an adult patient, who finally made the investment in myself to improve the appearance of my middle age teeth, I was a little concerned about how I would be treated by staff accustomed to treating young patients. My fears were completely unfounded! The staff of several young dental assistants, as well as the administrative staff, were ALWAYS courteous and professional. They were attentive to any anxiety or discomfort issues and never belittled my fears or concerns. Dr. Donato is also very gentle and calm and listens patiently to all my questions and comments and tailors the treatment to the client. I am very happy I chose this practice to fix my smile (my lower teeth had started shifting apart from my bruxism) and it looked as if I were missing teeth. I get so many compliments daily but the biggest and most important person? MYSELF! When I look in the mirror or look at my instagram video's I no longer cringe...I say to myself "who's that sexy broad with the Million Dollar Smile?' lol

I'd been dreading this appointment (was referred by a dentist for a complicated bite problem) and couldn't believe what a positive experience it ended up being. Dr. Donato and his staff were thorough, friendly, and obviously extremely competent, but what I appreciated most was that I felt no pressure to seek treatment. It was a true (free!) consultation, not a sales pitch, but I know that if I end up getting treatment I'll do it through them because the whole experience was so honest and pleasant.

Unfortunately I did not get to see your ortho as i was first told you in fact do accept dental insurance over phone, after switching my schedule around the day before thanksgiving to make it to the appointment and leaving work early i was advised by your secretary or billing woman that you in fact do not take dental insurance and left before seeing Dr Donato

Dr. Michael J Donato Jr. and his staff are caring and friendly. They have a beautiful office (Brooklyn location) with a vintage arcade video game tucked in the corner! Dr Donato Jr is amazing at what he does and is passionate about his work. The dental hygienist, from front desk staff and beyond are always incredible every time my wife and I show up for our appointments. All this adds up to customer service you rarely see these days!

I would highly recommend Dr. Donato. There was never a doubt in my mind that if my child needed braces or any orthodontic work, I would take him to Dr. Donato. Fortunately, my child does not need braces. I appreciate his honesty and sincerity. It was wonderful to see him after all these years.

The reason I chose for my son to be a patient of Dr. Donato was because he was my brother's doctor twenty years ago and he did an amazing job of fixing my brother's teeth. My brother's mouth was a mess. After being a patient of his and wearing braces, my brother has a movie star smile. My son, Matthew, has been a patient of Doctor Donato for 2 1/2 years and we are very happy with his results so far. He had an expander, then retainer and he is newly wearing braces. Doctor Donato is a great orthodontist and his staff is wonderful. Not only is Doctor Donato thorough, but he is very nice too. My son enjoys talking to him about sports. The staff is always friendly and very informative about orthodontic questions. My daughter will need the same work that my son has had and possibly more. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else, but to Doctor Donato and his wonderful staff. An added bonus is the old school arcade machine for the kids to play while they wait to be seen and the Keruig coffee machine for the adult.

Dr Donato manages to be both professional and personable at the same time ! The experience in his offices are organized, efficient, and relaxing. I'm a mom and this was my first time visiting an ortho since high school. I didn't know what to expect. I had braces as a kid, as an adult now, throughout the years my teeth have shifted and changed a little. Dr. Donato and his team are very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. This was our first visit to this office. It was a consultation for my daughter (8). The office was very nice, neat and clean. The staff and doctor were very friendly. My daughter loved Maryann, the dental assistant. She was very friendly. She made my daughter feel very comfortable. She was so sweet. She made her smile and laugh. She is very very good with children, which is necessary in a pediatric office of course. I thought she was amazing with her! My daughter was afraid to go but then she was fine. We loved the doctor. He was great! He was very nice and friendly. My daughter liked him too very much. He was very good with her and made her comfortable. We loved our visit and would highly recommend them.

My recent visit to Dr. Donato's office with my 12 year old son was very informative and friendly. Dr. Donato performed a very thorough exam and explained the evaluation as well as our orthodontic options. All of our questions were answered and we were made to feel very comfortable. I am always greeted warmly by my name, I never wait and anytime I have asked to reschedule an appointment time the staff has been very accommodating. Most importantly my teeth are looking fantastic! Although I am not the patient, it is always a pleasure going to Dr. Donato's office. His office staff are the best I have ever dealt with in a physician's office. Starting with receptionist, billing manager and his assistants, which he has many. Because he has so many assistants, you are in and out of his office. He is reasonably priced and their are no hidden charges. I would recommend his office to everyone I know.
