  I came to Dr. Fentuch's office for a second opinion after two years of unsuccessful dental work with numerous complications, including facial pain and severe headaches. I was extremely concerned about having inflammation on my gums, above the sore, partially healed. My long trip from Manhattan to Dr. Feintuch’s office in Bay Ridge exceeded my expectation. Dr. Feintuch not only gave me a thorough exam while collecting and analyzing my dental history. His office has equipped with the most advanced technology that allowed me to have a dental CT scan. Dr. Feintuch reviewed the result which didn't show any abnormality. He also gave me a CD of my scan to share the findings with my dentist in Manhattan. His staff is very friendly, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Feintuch is not only a highly skilled and knowledgeable dentist but a very kind and generous with his time man. When I had difficulty booking LYFT service for the trip back to the city, he found time to help me. I’m truly in awe of Dr. Feintuch's attention, knowledge, and kindness. My only regret is that I didn’t become his patient before all my dental problems started.

Everyone in the office is so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They helped me through the x-ray procedure, which is always tough for me, and the cleaning was superb. Initially I was only coming in for x-rays, but they managed to fit me in for a cleaning and check-up as well, which was much appreciated.

Dr. Feintuch is the best dentist I ever have. I have been Dr. Feintuch's patient since 1994 (yes almost 23 years!). That says it all. Once you come to him, he will take care of your teeth. Dr. Feintuch often improves his office and services with technology. He also introduces new ways to make your teeth better. Dr. Feintuch's son and daughter are also dentists. Feintuch is a dentist family. I strongly recommend Dr. Feintuch to everybody.

The dental practice of Drs. Stuart and Michelle Feintuch is medically first class and above all both doctors are truly warm and personal. Dr. Michelle is my primary dentist and she has a wonderful "bedside" manner that creates a very comfortable space in that room that so many of us fear. Their staff are really pleasant, chatty and very friendly. The desk staff pays attention to memorizing your face and name at the first appointment. Parking is difficult on 86th between Ridge and 3rd. If you can have somebody drop you off, that's best. I tried Uber one day and the car never came. Another day I was lucky to find a spot on 3rd. Another day I was lucky to hail a green cab. Still, it's worth it if you have to go alone. There's another dental practice that's very popular in the neighborhood...I won't mention it...I used them for quite some time. The Feintuchs offer a far better overall experience and don't try to upsell you to do things you don't need. And you will always see them, not a stranger.

I chipped a front tooth late Wednesday and called the office. Jo Ann got me in to see Dr. Feintuch quickly and Dr. Feintuch repaired the tooth and we chatted about my upcoming move to Florida. While I was there, I also had my teeth cleaned and was out of the office within an hour. Dr. Feintuch and his staff were, and have always been, professional, guick and very friendly and I will miss them when I move to Florida.

I've known Marla and Joanna for so many years that I can't pretend to be unbiased: they're the best and everything they do is professional, yet with a totally personal touch (and a smile). I also have a great rapport with Dr. Feintuch, especially when he tells me (yet again)that I've come a long way and I have no cavities. On a final note, during the past year I've had several medical issues to take care of. On multiple occasions, I've been forced to wait for extended periods beyond a scheduled appointment. That made me truly appreciate Dr. Feintuch's practice: when I get there, I see Marla or Dr. Feintuch right on time and I've never had to wait. And that's how it's been for many years! Keep up the great work and enjoy the holidays and the coming new year!

Everyone does such a great job. Always friendly and efficient. I get the best cleaning. I wish my insurance covered more visits!
