Overall I had a great experience and will be back. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. I would recommend Grandville Optical to anyone who is in the market for a set of frames, contacts or if you need an eye exam. I went for an eye exam, and will be returning to purchase frames.

I was so impressed with Dr. Maribeth! I can't say enough about how personable, knowledgeable and helpful she was. I have a family history of macular degeneration so we discussed what vitamins I can take and what foods I can eat to help keep my eyes healthy. I also left with answers and solutions to occasion burning eyes and recent "fuzzy" vision.

Thank you so much for such a great experience. I was nervous to bring a 6 month old in for an eye exam. Your staff went above and beyond to make this experience easy and relaxing. Your Staff was patient with a wiggly baby and willing to take time to answer all my questions and concerns. We will be returning to Grandville Optical for all future eye appointments. Thank you for such a great experience.

I called early morning and was greeted on the other line with a kind and frendly voice. Got an appointment to have my eyes examined and they were very thorough and answered all my questions. Then I had lovely help picking out glasses!

Tremendous care and interest in shown by everyone at this office! They go above and beyond in serious care, as well as giving close attention to the incidental details of my frames and lenses! I'd go nowhere else for my eye care!!!

Grandville Optical has a competent doctor who provides a thorough exam and listens to concerns. All the staff is efficient and personal and even make it easy for me to bring my kids.

My appointment was at 4:45 and I waited over an hour before I was seen by the doctor, when the receptionist checked me in, she said the eye doctor was running behind, she should have told me to come another day. I don't feel like the eye doctor was fully listening to what I was saying.

My experience was overall excellent! The appointment was prompt and we got very good attention and help picking out my 14 year old son's first pair of glasses. If there is anything that could be improved, and these are very minor, I would have liked a more formal or private explanation of the results of my son's vision test instead of casually hearing the results in the open waiting room with others in attendance. My only other thought is that I received three reminder texts from two different phone numbers prior to the appointment, even though I responded "yes" to the first one that I would be at the appointment. One text would suffice for me. I really appreciated the woman who helped my son pick out his glasses. She made good suggestions without being pushy or impatient.
