We have been patients since 2011. Care from optometrists has been and continues to be excellent. Front desk staff communication has decreased thus our appointment was scheduled before insurance would cover it. Waiting for an optician took too long so we left. We’ll look for glasses elsewhere.

I love Dr. Moran but getting glasses dealing with the financial end usually great. This last time I was charged for a protection plan which I did not want I was told by Dr. Moran I got a frame and lenses every year and when it came down to paying for it. I had to co-pay for the lenses, the lady taking my card took my card before finding out why it was more than what I was quoted so I had that pending in my account for 5 to 7 business days which I did not appreciate. And then didn’t seem happy that she had to deduct that amount. My daughter was with me at the same time she had chargers that were way more than what she was quoted when she went back to ask about it , they were very rude to her not wanting to help it was supposed to be $109 she got charged 190 when I found out that I was charged for the protection plan. I told her to not pay until they found out. The lady told her no you were not charged for the protection plan, but upon further investigation when she went back to talk to them, she was charged for the protection plan so the lady had lied, or there was some miscommunication because she flat out asked her and she told her that she wasn’t charged for that when indeed she was and like I said she was supposed to be charged 109 was charged $190 and when she tried to talk to them both the financial people were very rude to her about it

My one issue, trying to make an appointment was very painful (in a first world kind of way). Call to schedule and get a recording that says you have staffing issues, and told to leave a message. 2 things here, 1 - what in the world would make you think that I care, at all, about your staffing issues? And 2 - I did leave a message and Nobody bothered to call me back. It took 4 calls to actually speak to someone and make an appointment. You practice is very professional and I am a long time patient. You need to fix that

I first came to Highline Vision Center due to an eye irritation, Dr, Voight performed an eye examination and gave me prednisone eye drops to eliminate the irritation. Upon my recent visit, another examination was done to ensure the irritation was gone, which it was and Dr. Voight suggested I use eye drops for dry eye in the future. Dr. Voight also gave me a new RX for glasses if I want to update my glasses. He also walked me over to the glasses dept so they could do an adjustment on my existing glasses. I was very impressed.

I have been a patient (10+ years) with Dr. Doyle at Highline Vision Center and since they sold their souls to the corporate world of Team Vision, nothing has been the same. When I walked in for my appointment this week, a front office worker basically just grunted at me and threw a clipboard at me and said that I “had to sign the first page for marketing/ Sales purposes,“ without any further explanation. When I read the piece of paper, it was basically the corporate office of Team Vision explicitly stating that they were wanting my PHI to sell/market make public to anyone and everyone and that I had to sign the form and that if I didn’t want my information released publicly, then I would have to write a specific letter to withdraw my consent. Seemed bass-ackward to me and I confronted the front desk and they backpedaled quickly and said “Oh no, no, no, you don’t have to sign this really.“ I don’t go to a doctors office to have my PHI marketed/sold publicly. I go for private personal care. And the young “professional“ who did my pre-exam work for Dr. Doyle was rude, insolent and so hurried that I actually had to ask her to slow down on several occasions, and she lost her patience with that. I’m 61 years old and I have a great deal of problems with my eyes and I have cataracts starting, and I need dedicated, professional attention to help me keep my eyes healthy and help me keep being able to see. Some young insolent GenZ twit with an attitude is not what I go to an eye doctor for and I am sorry to be so explicit, but that was truly the case. After all these years, I am going to be looking for a new provider.

I do not as a rule recommend a business or medical facility. Highline Vision is the exception. I have been a patient for close to 30 years and would not go anywhere else. The same for my family. The staff is friendly, professional and very supportive. The doctors are great, explaining things well and showing genuine concern for their patients.

I had the unfortunate experience to injure my left eye. Corneal abrasion. Ouch! Called on a Saturday anxious and afraid for the damage. Dr Voigt came in and did all the tests and treatment. Amazing. I am mostly healed 4 days later. Thank you Highlibe and Dr Voigt for your amazing care and availability.

You gave me the wrong prescription, and when I reached back out to have you verify, you lied and told it was correct (via text, because you don’t answer calls). AFTER I had purchased glasses (which now I know will be useless to me), you had someone else reach out and tell me that the prescription was correct. Now I have to go to another optometrist (because I don’t believe either of the prescriptions you gave me were correct), and I paid for glasses that won’t be correct for my eyes. In addition, I’ve tried to contact you, and see if you’re willing to try and correct this situation, and you’re ignoring me.

This is the best vision/optometry/opthalmology office in all of Colorado. The doctors are kinzd, thorough and efficient. The office is amazingly well run and efficient as well. The doctors really go over what's happening with your eyes, what symptoms to be concerned about, and what kind of visual aids are best suited for you. I never feel rushed and alway get my questions answered.

Doctor and exam were wonderful. I don’t like the staff that assist with the purchase of glasses. She didn’t explain prices or breakdowns of cost out of pocket to insurance coverage. I had to keep asking for clarification on everything. She just wrote numbers down on a piece of paper and didn’t actually show me a screen of prices. Feel like she ripped me off and pulled a quick one on me. She said she would email me a copy of the purchase receipt and I also never got that. Just a payment receipt. Hopefully everything was accurate and actually what I need/ordered. She wasn’t very professional or nice, gave me attitude when I would ask for clarification on breakdowns.

At my visit, in I believe March, I saw a different Dr. She was so fast it was slightly scary how fast the different lens choices were being switched and machines swinging in front of me. I felt like it was a whirlwind appt. as I left. I’ve been out of town a lot in the last 6 mos and didn’t get around to getting my new glasses until recently. When I did a few weeks ago at Costco, the prescription was very blurry. I came into your clinic and I think it was Henry(?) in optical that checked my prescription. It wasn’t correct (and Costco even said it was far from my last prescription). When I saw Dr Doyle yesterday he checked me and gave me a correct prescription. That was a lot of work to get the correct prescription that I should have received the first time. Then when I got to the front desk I was charged $59 for a new prescription. I objected and told them this was a re-do, but they still charged me. I did not appreciate another charge for something I already paid for. I will probably find another eye clinic.

I spent years with a highly recommended ophthalmologist treating my dry eye. She was very unfriendly and rude, but I thought I needed to see an ophthalmologist for my eye health so I stuck with her. Finally I decided to move on but couldn't find an ophthalmologist in my area who specialized in dry eye, so I reluctantly tried Highline Vision Center on my daughter's recommendation. My concern was based on them being optometrists instead of ophthalmologists. That concern was unfounded. Dr. Jeri is not only kind and friendly, but clearly knows what she is doing. Very shortly, after a successful battle with the insurance company, she got me on a new dry eye drug that has returned my eyes to some sense of normalcy. I'm back to annual appointments, instead of monthly, and I am 100% sure that I'm getting the best treatment for my eye comfort and my eye health. Switching eye doctors has been one of the better decisions I've made in the last few years.

They did a thorough exam of my eyes even checking my optic nerve and corneas with some new technology. That was pretty cool. They fitted me for biweekly contacts. I walked out with a trial pair and I am seeing if they will work well for me.

Dr Jeri is great, and I have enjoyed having her as my Optometrist for the past 3 years. She works really hard to find solutions if you're having problems. The reason I'm not giving Highline a higher rating is because of some of the opticians in your optical center. I had two bad experiences with two different people within a 30-day period (mid-April to mid-May 2023). On the first occasion (17 April 2023), I came in with a pair a glasses that I wanted to have the lenses updated with my current prescription, as well as get them adjusted. The optician that was assisting me broke off one of the temples while she was making an 'adjustment'. She was incredibly rough with the glasses; I had never seen anyone grab, wrench and twist a pair of frames like that in my life. At this point, I don't think they were broken yet. Then she took them in the back to do something and came back out and handed them to me. When she handed them to me, the glasses were folded. When I unfolded them, the temple came off in my hand. So, I didn't actually SEE her break them, but they weren't broken when I came in. I realize that there's always a chance that glasses can get broken during an adjustment, but the way she was handling my glasses in front of me leads me to believe that she didn't know how to do a proper adjustment. I ended up buying a new pair of glasses while I was there to replace the broken ones. The salesperson's name on the receipt is Mekayla, so I am assuming that is the name of the person who assisted me (blue or purple hair). The second incident with an optician was on 18 May 2023 after my appointment with Dr Jeri. I needed to have my new glasses adjusted. The man who assisted me that time took the glasses and made some kind of adjustment to them. I tried them and they were worse. He took them and and after making about half a dozen or more attempts to adjust them (and making them worse each time) he finally handed them over to Jen (who fixed them).

It seems like every time I visit this office there is a problem. Usually it is a billing problem however this time they had the wrong chart opened on the computer and it took several minutes before realizing this. Also, the person who took my eye picture didn’t ask if I had contacts in (which I did).

The care I received was great, all the tests needed for my eye conditions were done and communicated effectively. There was however a very uncomfortable encounter, in which there was bickering and very obvious tension between the OD and the tech. Cutting eachother off, undermining one other and questioning eachother around the coding for my services, aggressively taking control of the computer/mouse from one another, throwing papers on the table, even storming out of the room… there was no apparent effort whatsoever to professionally work through their difference with the patient present. A very uncomfortable thing to experience given that I have worked in healthcare for almost a decade and have never seen anything like this.

This last appt could have been a lot better. I gave the 3 stars because my time with the clinical tech who preps for the doctor was fantastic. Also my time with the doctor was good, a little rushed, but we hit all the main points. The problem was with the person who was supposed to help me with ordering new glasses.He literally never got up from his table. He mentioned that he was helping me but spent most of his time looking at his phone while searched for glasses. He never gave me suggestions. I had to ask questions and I received 1 word answers. Once I found a pair of glasses he looked over all of my current glasses, put 2 dots on my new glasses and said, you want them like before? I said yes and he said okay, heres you total. I had to ask about my sunglasses. He said that my Maui Jim sunglasses couldn't get updated lenses because the company lost the contact. He never suggested any alternatives. The worst part is that after putting his fingers all over both of my glasses, he just sat and watched me clean my glasses in my shirt. Pretty pathetic customer experience.

I don't like high pressure sales. If I ask to look at something, OK. But when I tell the doctor that I have a place to purchase my glasses, I don't need them to call someone in to go over my benefits and walk me over to the sales area.

My husband and I had been coming here for awhile. We had stopped due to a change in insurance but when we switched insurance again and found out they took our new insurance we came back. Dr. Doyle & Dr. Schneback are wonderful. There was some confusion with scheduling our appointment which was disappointing since it is hard for us to schedule them in the first place. So only one of my children were seen. I would have like to see a little more professionalism from the front desk staff. Also, the tech that took us back could be more friendly. I felt like we're were inconveniencing them to a certain point. The staff in the glasses are were very nice and accommodating.

As always Highline is lovely. The ladies at the front desk greeted us right away in a very friendly and efficient manner. My husband and I saw Drs. Redmond and Doyle respectively. We were seen on time. You can tell that the doctors take the utmost care to insure a thorough exam including testing for glaucoma, Macular Degeneration, overall health of the eye and, of course, prescription. In the Optical area we were told honestly that neither of us had much change in our prescription and were not pressured to get new glasses. Though we did have fun chatting with Brigitte who is always cute and sassy - a great Optician and whiz with the insurance paperwork. (PS - We selected new frames from a huge selection for hubby after his cataract surgery).

Different overall vibe. Lack of transparency i.e.; not informing patient of unnecessary upgrade to more expensive lens and billing patient for such. Previous experience with upgraded lens caused medical health issues. When requesting Technician to pull previous records was told previous records unavailabe, new system. Therapy/medical care wayyyy diff than admin Nadia and Dr Schneebeck did a great job with the medical side of my daughters care BUT the billing (Sheri) and front desk (Tracey) are loathsome to interact with for anything. Our insurance has vision therapy benefits. After multiple conversations, since May 2022, our claims finally got filed. We were told that insurance would not cover it MULTIPLE TIMES only to find out that benefits were never confirmed, a call never made to even ask. Sheri hung up on our insurance rep (we have Anthem BCBS) when he was explaining the process to her and codes that might be covered under their contract. Later conversations with Denise (office manager) revealed that they didn’t even know what CPT codes they were contracted for so Sheri’s accusations that suggestions for possible CPT billing options were “trying to force me to commit fraud” were even more preposterous. The billing and management of this practice seems outdated. Several times I heard “I’ve done it this way for 30 years” as a reason for failure to complete a task accurately. Several times we paid out of pocket for things that were also billed to insurance. Check your invoices and EOBs.

Frustrating experience all the way around. I was running behind the morning of my appointment. I tried calling to let the office know but could not reach an actual person. As I pulled into the parking lot, someone from the office called. I had to stop everything to answer the call only for the person to tell me if I was more than 10 minutes late the doctor could not see me. I explained that I was already in the parking lot and was coming in. The phone call took long enough that when I got into the office I was now 12 minutes late and the gal at the front desk told me they could not see me. Once I explained that I just spoke with another employee over the phone, they were then able to see me. The girl who brought me back was not friendly, frankly quite rude. She asked me about my current contacts, then proceeded to ask the same question (like I hadn't answered) 2-3 more times. I can say, once I got past the initial part of the visit, meeting the doctor and my time with the doctor was pleasurable. Don't think I will be returning.
