This was my first time going to Insight. The staff was wonderful, everyone knew what they were doing, and I was very impressed with their follow-through after the appointment. We have a few things to follow-up on and they called me back, did some research, and addressed everything. Great facility, wonderful place.

Waited a while, usually offered water, but not this time. Also asked to use restroom while waiting in exam room and was told by young male nurse i had to go way out through lobby. I thought there was. Restroom in back near exam rooms???

Dr. Hill was absolutely wonderful ! He did not rush his portion of my exam, and he explained everything very well. We scheduled another visit so that my eyes do not get worse. I will recommend him to everyone. Sarah was remarkable as well.

Dr. Hess performance he's very professional and in depth I think without him I would have lost my sight in my right eye. He has been absolutely amazing with me and my family throughout my recovery I would recommend him to anyone.

I love Insight Eye Specialist! The staff are all friendly and helpful, and Dr. Hess is very knowledgeable. I love that he gets to the root of the problem and doesn't just treat the symptoms. I've suffered from dry eye for years, and even after lasik I have been able to find relief through his treatment plan. He's a very good eye doctor, and I would recommend him to anyone.

Very Professional and Thorough. I felt as thought they took the time to make sure to check and re check to insure accuracy. The service there was nice, everyone was willing to answers questions which i like. But one of my main gripes was how long it took for the doctor to see me, i do get it he was busy. But it felt ridiculous waiting for almost 30-40 minutes to see him after i gotten my eyes dilated.

Overall I was pleased with my visit to Insight Eye Care. I especially like the Dr. Mark Hill. He was professional and friendly. He explained everything that he was doing throughout the exam. Although I left without getting a copy of my prescription.

I want to thank Dr. Christian Hess for the thoroughness of his care, the range of tests that he performed to get a proper base line of the condition of my eyes and the knowledge that he has in interpreting the results. Jill his assistant was kind and patient as she performed the preliminary tests for Dr. Hess. So thank you "Insight Eye Specialists" for caring and knowing "your stuff." Would I go back - Absolutely Yes.

Thanks for the great appointment so professional and informational I am so impressed with the friendliness and kindness from all the staff. Dr. Wallin also did a great job with my husband's cataract surgeries. The TV in the front waiting area shows wonderful educational segments about eye health and issues. Dr. Hess answers my questions patiently and really studies my chart. I do not feel he is rushing with me. He even uses the internet photos to make his point. His assistant today Sarah was extremely personable and thoughtful not to mention that she too knew her job. I do not care for the simplistic video running in the lobby....fish would be better and more calming.
