Love Dr Chiarello, have always loved coming for all of my appointments - this was a disappointment on every level. I feel my teeth were cleaned poorly, my cold sore I had that I called about in advance to reschedule and denied was aggrevated exponentially and throbbed / bled all night and I'm really disappointed and upset by this. Looking for a new practice.

I had my initial consultation with Dr. Shapiro this week, he was highly recommended by another dentist I had met with. Not only is Dr. Shapiro extremely knowledgeable about dentistry and how it affects your face/appearance, but he took so much time to talk to me, understand how I was feeling and explain his plan, next steps, etc. I left my appointment feeling extremely excited to start this journey!

I have been seeing Dr. Shapiro for almost 5 years now. First, the office -- the office is very clean. Brand new with the most current technology. They have TVs at each chair that make the time fly by. Second, the staff - I have never had a bad experience with anyone in the office. From the front desk to the hygienists to Dr. Shapiro, everyone is very kind and professional. Most importantly, third, the Doctor -- Dr. Shapiro clearly knows his stuff. He has given me great advice and helped me with everything from a general question to multiple procedures. He is honest and friendly and goes out of his way to educate me on dentistry. Having been to almost 10 dentists over the course of my life, I think Dr. Shapiro and his office is certainly the best. 5/5 on everything

As a patient of Drs. Shapiro & Chiarello for at least the last 16+ years, I have only the best things to say about their practice!! The dentistry practiced by them is way above others; a staff that is very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I always am made to feel comfortable and in good hands. Dr. Shapiro is excellent in all of the procedures I have had done, and available whenever I needed him. There never was any post procedure problem and if he wanted me to see a specialist it was arranged easily. I cant say enough about their practice and highly recommend them!!

I find the actual dentists are always in a hurry when they come in and do not spend much time looking at my teeth. This was the most warm and welcoming dentist I've ever been to in my life. The staff was phenomenal. The doctor had an incredible bedside manor, where he was able to hear my concerns and point out aspects of my dental health that no other dentist has ever pointed out. I'm usually nervous at the dentist, but felt at ease here. I look forward to coming back.

In their policies, procedures, training, interactions, and the astounding technical and aesthetic skill of the dentists, I have never experienced anything on this level. Words escape me. I have been going to Dr. Chiarello since 2008. Prior to that time I had not gone to the dentist since 2001. I had a phobia of the dentist and a cavity that turned into a root canal to boot. But like a mother comforting her child on the first day of school so was he and his staff. Since that time, I go to him every 6 months and take proper care of my teeth. While the anxiety has not completely gone away the staff are very aware of my fears and take special precaution with me even with the most basic treatment.

Dr. Shapiro is the only dentist I have ever trusted. He is brilliant at diagnosis, extremely detailed and thorough, and a master at dentistry. Irene is the great hygienist and is able to reverse any extreme situation. Linda, the root canal specialist is amazing, and extremely intuitive in questionable situations. Arlene, who runs the office, is incredible, I have never seen an office run as perfectly. She is knowledgeable regarding all procedures. And the office itself is extremely tasteful in every detail. It is always been the best experience and I cannot imagine going anywhere else. I feel extremely fortunate to have found them. Going to the dentist is no longer an anxiety provoking experience. Dr. Shapiro will never recommend a procedure unless it is absolutely necessary. It is extremely hard to find a dentist with such integrity. I recommend him unreservedly. ADW

I've been going to this dental practice for years. I even moved out of town but still travel there twice a year for my cleanings because Dr. Chiarello and the staff are so wonderful. So glad I found them. Dental procedures are not inherently pleasant though they need not be horrific. This is as good as it gets! Highly recommend!

Dr. Shapiro & Dr. Chiarello are both fantastic dentists. Irene is an amazing hygienist & it is always a pleasure to see her. Eileen has always been friendly & accommodating with my appointments & Dr. Chiarello is wonderful, and may be the kindest dentist i have ever met. My teeth are finally where they should be and it seems to get better each time I go back. Dr. Shapiro put together a plan that was not just chasing a perio problem, it was a plan to actually fix the cause of that problem, this is why he far surpasses the rest. Most places I had visited just went for the "band-aid" solution, now I actually have more success with my cleanings & a more cosmetically pleasing look to my teeth. It makes me happy EVERY time I see a photo of myself smiling & we are not even finished yet. I have had many dentists in my life, Dr. Shapiro has been the best, hands down. I have much appreciation for him & his team.
