Dr. Diamond and his team are exceptional. Reception in doctor's offices tend to carry a non-welcoming reputation but Dr. Diamond, Anastasia, Karen and especially my lovely Rosary makes it feel personal as soon as you walk through the door. I will not go anywhere else, ever.

Coming to the office of Dr. Diamond makes going to the dentist easier. He is a skilled, conscientious and kind dentist. His staff, from the receptionist to his dental assistant to the hygienist are all the best and people I can rely on for their expertise. I walk away with peace of mind, questions answered, situations discussed. I recommend them 100%.

Dr. Diamond and his staff are amazing! My regular dentist is in California, but my husband is a regular customer of Dr. Diamond's. He (my husband) and sent me to Dr. Diamond with a dental emergency that was, although not life-threatening, very urgent to me (I had a temporary crown that didn't make it as long as expected). Everyone in the office was friendly and supportive. I did not have to wait long, plus were interesting books to look at during my very short wait. Dr. Diamond's assistant, Lechica (sp) was very personable, as was of course Dr. Diamond himself. The "procedure was quick, painless and effective. Thanks to all!

Everyone at Dr. Diamond's practice was so incredibly welcoming from the very beginning, it was clear how much everyone in the office cares about making each visit a great patient experience. Even though it was my first visit, everyone made the effort to make me feel comfortable and cared for as a person all while being thoughtful and helpful with my dental care. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

I have been a patient of Dr. Diamond since 1998. His work is excellent. His staff if friendly and professional - highly unusual in this day and age. He is not greedy and works with insurance plans. He is an awesome dentist. My new husband changed dentists to try Dr. Diamond out - and now Dr. Diamond is his dentist too. Can't recommend him highly enough!

I had a great experience and I felt Dr. Diamond had my best interest at heart. I may not have liked the results but I needed them to be addressed. Dr Diamond exhibited wonderful patience dealing my tricky loose crown. Instead of doing the easy (and expensive option) of cutting it out and replacing it, he worked diligently to minimize the damage and expense. This was my first trip to the dentist in a very long while and I had a very positive experience. I had prepared myself for the worst as I had ignored a problem for years but there was no shaming and the solution was very manageable. the cost seemed reasonable. The staff was friendly. The procedure was explained well. All in all ... a good experience and a practice that I would recommend.

Recently I had a root canal. The Doctor who performed the procedure seemed scattered. He did not give me enough pain killer and it became very uncomfortable. He then gave me another injection in the area which was extremely painful. He did apologize. In addition he obviously was going back and forth between myself and another patient which was off putting to me. I left the office and went home for the weekend with the instruction to take advil. the remainder of the weekend was hell. I had extreme tooth pain, worse than before the procedure. going back on Monday to see Dr. Diamond. I had no option other than to tolerate the pain until Monday. Also, I think that $1650. is a ridiculously high price to pay for this service. That in addition I will have to pay for my follow up with D. Diamond separately. I am seriously considering seeing a new dentist. Rosary is wonderful!!

I've been going to Dr. Diamond for nearly 20 years. Always has been exceptional service! Rosary is awesome! Goes out of her way to make you feel welcome, answers any questions and is outstanding in working with you in the event of emergencies. Anastasia is world class as a hygienist and again always a positive experience. Even when interim staff are utilized they maintain the same high standards. I continue to recommend patients to Dr. Diamond because I know they will receive world class care!

In addition to the topics you raised above, I also greatly appreciate the interesting conversations that Dr. Diamond initiates during my visits. I have to admit, the biggest difference between coming to Dr. Diamond's office and any other professional service I receive is Rosary. Her warmth, caring, professionalism, and competence makes me feel that I'm in good hands and evokes a deep loyalty. Rosary is a remarkable person and the office is lucky to have her.
