Dr Low and his staff always provide exceptional care and treatment. Over the years I have had crowns, fillings, and cleanings. It doesn't matter which area of the dantal program you are treated, you can always expect to receive the absolute best treatment. Most recently Hygienist Barrington cleaned ny teeth. Her courteous and professional approach made me comfortable and looking forward to that and future treatments. She is definitely one of the best hygienist and someone I would recommend to my friends and family.

Dr. Low, as well as all staff i the office, deliver quality dental care They are all friendly, empathetic, professional, and I trust them 100% to take excellent care of me. They take special precaution with my check-ups, as I had major head and neck reconstruction due to cancer in my gum and bone cancer in 2019. Just the fact that I drive 50 miles each way from Sacramento to Stockton to visit them. That’s how great they are!

I’ve been going to Dr. Low’s office for about 2 years now and he is the best! All of the people working there are really friendly and always make me feel welcome. Right when I walk in they instantly know that it’s me. My point is that, they get to know their clients which is awesome. In addition, Dr. Low is very formative and will always give you every information you need. He always thoroughly explains his plan for you and when you are on the dentist chair he always let you know what he’s doing so you won’t be shock or feel uncomfortable. They are the best! I should also mention that I never get to wait more than 5 min in the waiting room when I come. They are true to their appointment time which shows that they value your time.

I have always been impressed how Dr Low uses the latest dental technology. My last visit during this Covid-19 pandemic was well done. I felt safe in his office with all the pre-screening procedures in place. His dental hygienist, Lynette, is excellent as well and did the teeth scaling manually because of Covid concerns. I highly recommend Dr Lester Low for General dentistry.

Both he and his staff love what they do and it shows. They are a family. I also feel a kinship to Dr. Low as we have shared the same medical issue and are both strong and determined people. I did not have an emergency dental issue but just a concern when I stopped by the office. The receptionist greeted me and said I could come back after lunch for an X-ray. One of Dr. Low's dental assistant welcomed me and took an X-ray to exam a gap I had between two teeth. After reviewing the picture, there was a chip off a crown. The integrity of the crown was not compromised and Dr. Low examined it and buffed the crown. He explained what my insurance covered and when I could have a replacement, if needed. Within the half hour, questions were answered and I was on my way.

As someone who has teeth that are extremely sensitive to temperature, I can easily recommend the dental care provided here. They are very cautious about making sure that my teeth aren't in constant pain from the cold water or the air cleaners they use. Very friendly and very caring!

You do so much right, but I left a little disappointed with the patient focus of yesterday. While in the waiting room, the office conversation was about what should be worn to work. The hygienist conversation was focused on concerns over family direction, Doctor was quickly in and out- just a bit of a blur. All unusual for this very attentive office and staff.

My daughter and I were both very pleased with our initial appointments. Dr. Lester Low was thorough and professional. He explained everything clearly. He listened and answered questions. We made a plan to complete all of the necessary work and discussed insurance coverage. Dr. Low's staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Prior to my initial appointment, they assured me that I would be 100% satisfied with the look and color of my crown before he put it on. It is obvious the staff enjoys working there and takes pride in their work. The office is clean and inviting. They offer coffee and water while you wait. I would highly recommend Dr. Low & his staff!

I got an abscess on a tooth Dr. LOW had just put a filling. I was told I didn't need a root canal but was charged extra for a build up to.hold the filling. Now about 3 months later I go get this abscess checked and he told me I should of gotten a root canal and to get it ASAP.... I wished he would of not done the filling if he really tight a root canal was the best way to go. I paid about 300 for the filling and now I have to pay for a root canal e months later!!!!! It will be nice to get some type of credit

Dr. Low and his staff are always courteous, professional and very thorough. My wife and I drive over 60 miles round trip to make our appointments and have been doing it for over 23 years. The office is always very organized, sanitary and all chairs face the windows for a view of the outside so you don't feel closed in. The wait is minimal, when you are on time, they are on time. I already have. When I got home from my appt. yesterday I had a friend over for dinner. I was eager to tell her how great Dr. Low is, she had a crown work done not long ago - 3 appointments, sent to a specialist, some damage had been done during the procedure, very painful for her. It was a nightmare. While I barely feel any discomfort and Dr. Low had to do more for my crown than he could have anticipated.

On Memorial Day I phoned the emergency line as I was experiencing extreme pain in my jaw and teeth. Without hesitation, Dr. Low told me he would meet me at the office to take x-rays and showed a true concern for my well-being. He was able to determine that I was not only suffering from Temporal Mandibular Joint Disorder (TMJ), but I was also suffering pain in a molar which needed a root canal. He stayed and worked on my issue until he had relieved a significant amount of the pain and followed up with me in the following day. Dr. Low showed great compassion and empathy for my situation and I cannot thank him enough for going above and beyond the call for caring for his patient's. Thank You Dr. Low

Over the years I've been to many dentists and Dr.Low is ,by far, the best.I came to his office with several serious dental issues -from gum disease to missing teeth and poorly done previous dental jobs which were technically extremely difficult to correct. Before his dental treatment I could barely chew food and on only one side. Now my teeth work great,and feel and look great too. It's been a real improvement in my life. And the staff is very friendly and competent too.

Dr. Low and his staff are awesome. I been through so much in the past. It's unfortunate that I've to experience the bad before finding out about Dr. Low. Talking to Kady and Dr. Low gave me hope. I told them my history and my past experience and they took all that into consideration and made this comfortable and easy for. They understood that if my financial issue wasn't a problem I would do what ever it took to give me a great smile and help me feel good about myself. They understood what I wanted and why I wanted. They didn't judge my decision. Erica, she is awesome. Gave me my options on what I can do to help pay my dental bills. Understood my problems and struggles with paying for my dental work. She explain to me what I can do and just gave me hope. Before walking into Dr. Low's office I was scared, nervous and emotional. But walking out I was hopeful. I'm far from done but I have hope that I will soon feel better about myself.

I have to say, we have received excellent service frin evertibe there. Naomi was nervous about going , but the staff really made her feel relaxded and Dr. Low took the time to explain everything to us and I never got that kind of service from a dental office before. If I had this kind of dental service when I was a young girl, I would have better teeth, the dentist was not so kind with me and I developed a fear of dentist and did not seek out a dentist when I neededone, so I am so very glad Naomi has a good dental team on her side.

Dr. Low was actually not in the office so I did not see him (he was volunteering his time at the clinic for Veterans Stand Down Day). Lynette was courteous and professional in her cleaning of my teeth and answering questions. The office was quiet and it would have been best to have the new receptionist introduce herself to me in that she was new within the month. I did check with Erica before I left in that I thought I would have to make a payment in that I thought I had exceeded my insurance coverage for the year. I took care of the payment before leaving thus avoiding a separate billing. I All in all, a positive experience.

From the numbing shot of Novakain (sp) to the drilling that has to be done, I almost could have dozed off with happy thoughts. ;-) The staff adds to an easy transition all the way thru the process.

Unfortunately, I am deducting 1/2 star because I arrived at my appointment time and it was 15 minutes before anyone appeared to greet me. I understand about staff meetings running over but took a little bit for me to stop feeling annoyed and ignored. Possibly a sign at the front desk stating you may be late returning due to a meeting would resolve this. Wasn't a good 1st impression. That being said, I thoroughly enjoyed the rest of the visit. The friendliness and knowledge of the staff and the openness of Dr. Low were refreshing and appreciated. I am looking forward to my next visit and to seeing what you come up with in my treatment. The new technology just blows me away-makes what I used to work with look outdated and it was state of the art for the time. See you soon!

Now granted I have not tried every dentist in stockton. Dr. Low is clearly particular about the staff that he hires. The staff have great personalities, are very personable, and have an awesome bedside manner. Most of the staff has been there 10 + years and I know because I've been a patient for 10 + years and in that time I've only seen 1 person leave and 1 new hire. Dr. Low and his staff are all about integrity and giving great quality care to their patients. Dr. low is 1 of those dentists that if you were to move out of the stockton area because you only see him twice a year you would probably come back.

Overall I was very pleased wiht the deep cleaning that Lisa performed during my receent visits. I was somewhat disappointed that the Arestin situation was not worked out in time to do the total application on Friday. That was more of a probelm with the supplier and not on your end in my estimation as they never contacted me in time to make the arrangements and take my co-payment. One final comment is that although I find your facility to be very pleasant and comfortable I do find it distracting to be able to hear all the office ocnversation and other procedures being performed while I am being treated. Would it be possible to close the doors to the treatment rooms so your patients do not have to be exposed to all of the other noise in your facility while their personal care is being done?
