Everyone is very friendly and helpful however I'm still waiting for replacement contact lenses and my glasses don't work. So while helpful is great, this is a bit challenging. The last time I spoke with someone, they called to ask me (again) for any additional records I might have from Kaiser. As far as I know your team reached out to Kaiser and got some data, but apparently not the proper measurements for my new lenses. Not sure where this stands, but would love to hear status soon. It would be better to schedule fewer appts and handle appts on time. It's disruptive to patient's day when your office gets off schedule (even in morning) and patients need to spend an additional half-hour to hour at the office than expected. I appreciated being kept informed that things were running late. Staff was courteous and professional.

Professional, friendly, capable staff end to end. Receptionist staff were welcoming and informational. Appointment was punctual, no delays or waiting past the appointed time. The eye testing and evaluation were painless and optimized for quickness and thoroughness. The subsequent prescription was delivered via email within the hour of my appointment. The staff helping me pick out new eyeglasses were courteous, informative, and helpful (but didn't try to oversell).

After arriving at the MCFEC center for my annual exam, I was promptly brought into the exam room after arriving five minutes late. The team of specialists and doctors answered all of my questions I had about my eye health. I found out I have another exam at the eye care center after the doctor looked at my eye charts. I wanted a new pair of framed glasses, so they assisted with that effort. Overall, I had a good experience in my nearly two hours there.

My OD retired so I was in search of a new doc. Even as a new patient they were able to get me in within 3 weeks which I thought was really good. Everyone I encountered was very welcoming and nice. I saw Dr. Lo. Both she & Taryn (optometry assistant?} communicated very well. I really liked that they told me how I was doing & what they were seeing the whole time. The exam was very thorough. Huge selection of nice frames, plenty of staff to help with glasses, no waiting. Plenty of parking, nice office.

My feedback is as follows. Coordination (as well as communication) with clients could be improved. During my appointment I asked two different people (Genna and Amy) for a copy of my chart notes and a copy of the corneal specialist referral. Since I had not received them After a few days I sent an email requesting them. Following is the entirety of the email I received. It's confusing and I don't know who sent it because it doesn't contain an ending salutation, much less a beginning salutation or proper punctuation. :-( In regards to the referral, your chart notes from the previous exam, is the referral. I sent you the cover letter, but the rest is your initial exam I hope this feedback is helpful to you improving your service. This was my first visit to Mill Creek Family Eye Care, and I expect that I will be returning. I chose Mill Creek Family Eye Care because they were included in my insurance coverage and they were close to my home. All of the staff was friendly and helpful, especially the technician who conducted my initial intake and testing. Dr. Ha was pleasant and thorough, reviewing my current contact lens prescription and discussing my options on my new prescription. I look forward to returning.

concerned him, that he thought might be a tiny piece of plaque in fork of my eyes vein. He thought I needed to have Since the Mill Creek I initially did not want the extra cost of I think was an optic image. Unfortunately, the camera image was not sharp enough to provide Dr. Davis the detail he needed to make an evaluation. He there had to do a more critical manual exam of my eye. He saw something that is out of my network he had to send his findings to the Everett Clinic for further evaluation. He felt I needed a ultrasound. Today I had the ultrasound. And Dr. Davis' suspicions were confirmed. More tests to come. The price of the exam may seem high, but considering what transpired for me, it was more than just a "vision" exam.

When I first called about my insurance coverage the person who answered did her best to find out if I was covered and spoke with their insurance personnel and so I felt she wanted to do all she could to see if I was covered. She took the extra time to help me. The exam was very thorough and the Dr. explained what she was doing and finding. I was informed all along the way and felt I was important to them as a patient and told the condition of my eyes after the exam. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I was given all my options from the technician about glasses.

It was a good experience to take my kids. My kids had different doctors but they made sure that I got all the information from my older son’s appointment so I wasn’t relying on my 13 year old while I was in the room with my 10 year old. The doctors were very thorough and explained everything very well. The waiting area gets very busy and can feel a bit chaotic but we didn’t have to wait too long so overall a good experience.

Just had my first visit to this clinic and first eye exam in 10 years. Everyone here was so nice and the optometrist explained everything so well and was really kind. I ended up needing to upgrade from reading glasses, so I chose progressives and the young lady who helped me pick out my frames was amazing! I was completely lost looking at all those options and she just took over and started picking out different frames that she thought I would like or that would fit and look nice with my face and I ended up with the cutest frames! I really felt very well cared for here.

I have diabetic retinopathy and was unable to get a valid prescription for new glasses in September as a result. MCFEC referred me to a specialist (ophthalmologist) who began treating me almost immediately. With the treatment I am receiving from the ophthalmologist, my eyes have stabilized and I am able to get an updated prescription. I also walked out with new glasses and new lenses for my old glasses. My thanks to Dr. Davis and crew for the referral to an outstanding ophthalmologist, for the care I have received from them over many years, and the current care and treatment I am receiving from them. Highly recommend them.

My husband and daughter have both seen Dr. Ha and she's fantastic! We've had a very pleasant experience at Mill Creek Family Eye Center in general. Everyone from the front desk, to medical staff, to sales staff is absolutely fantastic. I found this clinic to be much more thorough than the one we went to at Costco a few weeks ago (which was adequate for our needs, but this clinic just goes the extra mile). I also appreciated that you can opt to pay $39 for eye imaging instead of having your pupils dilated. I gladly paid that instead of subjecting my small child to the eye drops. This will be our go-to place moving forward. Convenient location, too!

My appointment was spontaneously made due to a change in my vision I was experiencing - not a standard yearly checkup. Although that didn't quite get communicated through from the reception to the intake person, from there all went very well. A thorough intake and preparatory procedures, followed by a thorough and unhurried examination by the opthomologist. I never felt rushed and felt like all my concerns were heard.

Highly recommend Mill Creek Family Eye Care! I was in search for a new optometrist (ugh) and was wanting to get in quickly because I broke my glasses (also ugh). MCFEC was able to schedule me the next day, whereas two other clinics were unable to schedule me for three weeks! My eyes and vision are... uncooperative at best, and I have worked for an ophthalmologist before so I like to think that I am slightly more well versed than the average eye exam patient. I was so pleased with the eye exam! While the optometrist was very efficient, she was still very thorough and took the time to discuss the several eye issues that I brought to the table. Over the phone I had only scheduled a regular eye exam to get an updated eyeglass prescription, but they had no qualms about updating my contact lens prescription during the same exam-- most other clinics would say they don't have time for that! When the exam was over I was brought out to select a pair of frames and discuss lenses. The woman helping me was also efficient without being pushy, and made the lens purchasing process a breeze. They easily worked with my insurance, and allowed me to select the specific lens style I wanted. I expect the glasses to come in sometime this week, and I am looking forward to picking them up :)

Vy Ha was great. She was amazing, friendly and welcoming. Gave tips for contacts lenses. I am not happy with my glasses (Tom Ford). I paid a lot of out-of pocket money to get a frame, so tight and it gave tight impressions on my face. I asked so many times to the staff before choosing this frame, and when she gave me the demo frame, it was just fine, not so tight. I double checked with her and said I don't want my frame to touch my face and no impressions on my face. She said "this will be comfortable frame and we can adjust if it is not comfortable". When I came to pickup my glasses, I tried it on and it was tight and touched my face. I immediately told the staff and she said she can correct it. Made some adjustments and then I was fed-up and came out of the store with my new glasses. After 6-7 months of wearing my new Tom Ford glasses, I got frame marks o my face, and the lenses in my frames are just bulging out, does not look like properly fitted in the frame. I'm extremely unhappy with the service I got for such an expensive designed brand glasses. The day when I asked the staff, she must have showed a frame within the insurance coverage and budget. But, knowing I'll be paying 400+ dollars out of pocket and that with such an uncomfortable frame. Please consult with your customers with their budget first, aske them how much they can spend, and provide them suggestions on brands and insurance coverage and how much they will have to pay out of pocket. BE HONEST ABOUT THE COST and BILLING. And, the most important part, the billing had wrong address, seriously? You cant put in correct address as given in the form I submitted? I had to wait for a long time to get corrected bill and my prescriptions. DEAD SLOW SERVICE. Will never come back here again...!

I’ve been going to this office for a long time. Since I was 14-16 and I’m 30 now. Things have changed over the years but things have always been consistent in the patient care and needs coming first. My most recent visit I was very pleased with how quickly I was able to get in/out. Even though it was quick, the visit the kept the attention to detail as has been consistent through the years. I’ve recommended people to this practice for this reason and will continue to do so. :)

I had to stop at 4 stars for 1 simple reason, which I will get to shortly. Check in went quickly and smoothly. My time in the waiting area was pretty reasonable considering how busy the office was at the time. My initial work up with Cindy went well and she was very pleasant and knowledgeable. After Cindy left, it felt like forever before Dr. Ha finally came into the examination room. It was literally longer than my waiting room and work up times combined. This is why I stopped at 4 stars. Dr. Ha is a gem. She's very pleasant and listens closely during the visit. She took the time to completely explain my test results and answer any questions I had. She asked very good questions to help direct her approach to treatment and also to understand why some patients will go with mono-vision (like me) and others refuse. She was also interested in the transition into mono-vision. That was a great conversation. The reason the wait time knocked down my score is that my time is just as valuable as the doctor's time. I work long days, typically 12+ hours, and I have to take time away from my job to visit the office. I really wish a doctor valued the time of their patients as much as we're supposed to value theirs. It's no different. We all work for a living and have families.

The Dr was great, the tech for the Optimap/glaucoma test/focus machine was not super understanding. Sarah has autism. I don’t know if that is/is not flagged in her chart or anyone knows this before her appointment, but it sure would be helpful for EVERYONE to know this beforehand. Invisible disabilities don’t always get the same patience as visible ones. If she had been shaking like someone with CP, maybe the tech would have been less seemingly rushed? Next time we’ll need to schedule 5-10 more for those evaluations. She truly is trying to hold her eyes wide open for an adequate shot. If there is someone who can be on call who is able to work with more challenging cases, I’d request that next time or we’ll have to go elsewhere. Blaming the patient never feels awesome.

The service was scripted and on point if you want that kinda of service. Dr Brooks was intolerable. I will give him some kudos as he did appear knowledgeable yet at the same time I was just money signs. He said I needed bifocals. When asked about my prescription he said again you need bifocals, I never did get a straight answer. Then he said well you can still drive and read you just have to want to see. I laughed at him then was taken to by him where he told another employee I was to buy progressive eye glasses. The price after my $ 70.00 For the exam ( I was told it was $25 00) before going. Then they wanted to sell me $1,000.00 frames and lens less my $200.00 for a out of pocket of $800.00 .Still no prescription. Won't go back. Have called to get my prescription still haven't received it.

I experienced a significant , opaque "spot" in my left eye. It inhibited my field of vision and raised a concern that it could possibly be a blood clot. I called, expressed my concern, and was given an almost immediate appointment. The examination was thorough and my worries were quickly put to rest. I was told there was some blood visible in my eye, but that it was not a clot. As predicted, the next day my vision had returned to normal. I sincerely appreciated the immediate and effective care I received.

I just completed my 3rd annual visit to Mill Creek Family Eye Care. I've been very happy with the care I've received. Staff has always been friendly. My only comment that isn't positive is there is usually a wait even though appointments are given. Sometimes it's in the waiting room, and sometimes it's after you get taken back. It feels like appointments are stacked so much that by the afternoon when working folk have appointments, things are running more behind schedule. It's not been a big issue but just trying to be honest and fair, and give the positive as well as the negative.

I am very pleased with this office. I brought my 9 year old who was experiencing some issues. The man that did the initial check in and tests has a wonderful demeanor and is very personable. Having spent my career in the medical field and knowing how patient care can fall to the wayside, I really appreciate not being treated like a number. Dr. Brooks was also wonderful. He answered my questions, suggested resources for my daughters eye condition and told me to not hesitate to contact him with any questions. The lady that helped us look at glasses was patient and kind. However, we had a hard time finding a pair of glasses for my daughter. She’s right in between kid and adult sizing. Only 1 pair worked well for her and they are out of our budget. The tray of glasses that are 100% covered by insurance left much to be desired. We will likely purchase elsewhere. Thank you!

The wait was less than 10 minutes when I got there and the doctor was exceptionally helpful in explaining my situation and how to correct it. Not too happy with my last visit. I called and scheduled an apt to get contacts. I made it clear that the I wanted to get contacts and understood that I would have to get another eye exam. After getting my eye exam completed they told me they didn’t have time to do the contact training. THAT WAS THE WHOLE POINT OF MY VISIT! They should have scheduled the technician to support with training instead of rescheduling me again to have to come back and risk additional exposure to covid. They were SOOO efficient and did a great job. While I was waiting for my appointment I asked to have my glasses adjusted. When the girl came back out with my glasses she said there was a hairline crack in my frames. I told her that there was not crack in my frames when she took them from me. She said well there is and I said you must have done that when you were adjusting my frames. Oh yeah I think it might have happened when I tightened them. I put in my glasses and it was a full on Crack in the frame on the right side that holds the lense. I asked her how she thought I could wear my glasses now since the frame was completely broken. She told me that she would order me a new pair of frames which would take about a week and a half to come in. I asked what she thought I should do in the meantime. Her response was I’m not sure and then she completely ignored me , no sorry or any trying to help me anymore at this point. I stood there for a minute in shock. Then she looked up at me and said “do you have another question “. Really not a I’m sorry ,have a good day.... I used to love coming here but the last few years not so much. There is a HUGE turn over if employees which is very unnerving. I used to come in and always see the same people all the time. I’m not sure I’ll ever go back.

I had a good experience at Mill Creek Family Eye care. My rationale for giving a 4 star as opposed to a 5 is due to the fact that I wasn't handed my eye prescription. I always forget to ask for that. I really wish that was automatically handed to someone. I get it, you want us to buy eye glasses and contacts from you. This was a bizarre first visit. It seemed like a sales gimmick. Upon checking in, I was asked if I wore contact lenses or glasses. When saying no, they asked if I wanted them. Why would I want unnecessary corrective lenses? The doctor performed her exam and asked what my last prescription was. When I indicated 20/15 she paused, said hmm, and told me that I “only” have 20/20. She then said that I don’t need glasses but asked if I wanted them. I came in for an exam, not to have unnecessary product pushed on me. Since when is 20/20 bad vision!!

I’m giving a 2 star review and that is generous. Consistently I always notice this clinic overbooks visits and leaves patients waiting longer than any other medical practice I have visited. This visit alone was a 55 minute wait which feels incredibly disrespectful of my time. The communication with staff continues to be an issue. Years prior the notated my prescription incorrectly and tried to give me contacts 2 point off my actual prescription. This year, they changed to saying I have a slight astigmatism and didn’t mention it at all. I got my new glasses and was not at all prepared for the change. When I asked about it, she assured me it was correct but didn’t offer to get a doc to explain why it was changed. Then at my visit this week, the tech insisted I had set up the appointment for dry eye even though it was a suggestion by the annual eye doc. I also continued to gear about how I was “fit in” and on the wrong time slot even though I booked weeks in advance and only requested an afternoon appointment any day. The only saving grace is the dry eye doc is incredibly thorough and I left with a solid treatment plan. All other aspects need major improvement!

This is my 3rd year taking my daughter back for the eye exam. Each year the wait is longer. Her appt. was at 4:00. We arrived 10mins early to fill out the forms. But the wait was very long . We waited 30mins to get in to see the Dr. And the eye glasses tech was very behind. We waited another 30mins. In the end, it was a very long visit. We spend 1 hour and 30mins at the office. Out of the totally amount of visit 1 hour was just waiting . I will truly hope that you will consider restructuring your scheduling management. It was not the most pleasant visit consider it was a very long period of just waiting.

Last year the Dr. caught a potentially serious eye issue and referred me for laser surgery (narrow angle glaucoma) which solved the problem BEFORE it was a problem. Everyone in this office is amazing! I have already referred friends and clients! My daughter had an appointment for a check up but developed an abscess from her shark teeth. They were able to get her in the afternoon I called about my concerns. My daughter felt happy safe and comfortable with all the staff from front office, billing, hygienist, assistants to the amazing dentist! She was so very careful about what was discussed in front of my daughter, and even after her two teeth were pulled, and abscess cleaned, my daughter still did not have any fear associated with the entire visit. Quite a feat!

what establishments doesn't provide full details in the eye examination. They are not proprietary data for your business, these are prescriptions for your patients. First you say we need to buy a pair before they are given out, which we did, then you reply with your company practice and policy. Good thing your company's practice and policy permits appointment cancellations, cause i just did that.

I had an amazing experience at Mill Creek Family Eye Care. They were very quick at getting me in and attentive. The doctor was excellent at explaining what he was doing and was easy to interact with. Chasity, who helped me pick out my new lenses, was genuinely enthusiastic as I was to finding the right new pair of lenses. She also called me to inform me that my insurance covered more than I thought and assisted me with making sure I got the best deal I could (which is nice as a college student). She definitely made this a very positive experience and made me feel like a valued customer.

I came in for an eye infection and the doctor I saw had minimal bedside manners. He said I don’t know why you have infection but I am here to treat your symptoms, which would be fine if he treated the symptoms but he didn’t. He prescribed some eye wipes and he said order them online, really, online so I can wait ten days to get relief, he said oh we don’t have them here my old job had them, go complain to the management, I came in for infection relief and I paid over 200 dollars to be advised to complain to the clinic management because they don’t have the wipes available. Unbelievable. I am never coming back. I gave two stars because the front desk was nice.

The front desk reception woman named Misty along with the other was super kind and lovely. The doctor I had seemed very irritated with me over the fact that I asked for tinted contacts, and his assistant seemed that way as well. The woman I had doing my Optimat seemed very annoyed at the fact that I had my daughter with me. I wouldn't recommend them to others unless their attitudes changed. I got some glasses after, that were great, the salesman was very understanding to my needs found what I needed in my price range, though he looked to be nervous, he was awesome along with the rest of the sales crew.

Dr. Davis was great with my pre-teen. He has a casual, yet professional approach to care. Amy is knowledgeable. Caitlin is skilled at helping people people find the right fit between style of glasses and client. She helped both of us find the right glasses. My glasses that were bent were reshaped by a wizard of a guy; they look they were never sat on. The are like a concierge for the lifetime of our glasses.

The nurse puffed air in my eye and didn't warn me first. When I mentioned it she didn't reply back. She was very rude. Then when she dialated my eyes she was about to grab my lower lid without warning. I backed away before she could. Also why would you dialated before the vision test? It made my sight blurry. The glasses choices were terrible. The wait was long for help.

I was informed by the doctor I saw (dr. v) that I had a couple spots on my eyes that could either be retinal skesis or retinal detachment. She was unsure, so she referred me to a retinal specialist. The doctor and the tech who worked with me in my appointment were great. No issues there. While working with the tech who was scheduling my specialist appointment, I was explaining that the next day would be a difficult day for me to get out of work early. Another tech sitting at the desk chimes into the conversation with “we’ll write you a doctors note” as I tried t explain that I didn’t need a doctors note, I just had a busy day the next day that I would have trouble rescheduling she said “eve if you might go blind!?” This was jarring, so I replied “in 2 days?” She said “yeah. Maybe”. This was clearly upsetting as she didn’t know my case, hadn’t even introduced herself to me before telling me I was going blind, and my doctor hadn’t even mentioned vision loss during our appointment. Certainly not the way someone should learn of such a dramatic possibility. I was obviously upset by this interaction, and the doctor noticed and pulled me into a side room where she talked to me more about potentials. She also called me later that day to ensure I was doing ok, and apologized for the tech. I did go to the specialist, and I am not in imminent danger of blindness, but I thought I might be based on the rudeness of the tech.

I was having a hard time choosing between pairs and the gentleman helping me gave me advice and ended up finding a pair for me that I fell in love with. The office was very clean and accommodating! There was no wait time to get into the clinic. They accommodated my need for an earlier appointment time due to my work schedule. The technician was very nice and professional. Being a type 1 diabetic, I had numerous amounts of questions about my eyes. Dr. Davis was more than happy to answer my questions and gave me detailed yet understandable answers. I recommend coming to this clinic, wether you’re as blind as a bat or need a check up, they will take care of you.

Mill Creek Family Eye Center was great! First of all, scheduling an appointment was easy. They were very flexible and accommodating - I wanted to be seen at the same time as my 8 year old. When we arrived the front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The assistants worked with me and allowed me to be with my 8 year old while waiting for his dad to arrive (he was anxious). I also had my 4 month old with me, and the staff was nothing but helpful and supportive. The doctor did a very thorough exam and was very professional. It turned out that my prescription was pretty low and the doctor advised me that it isn't neccessary to get glasses right away. That was refreshing, because there was no pressure to sell me anything. My husband said that the doctor that examined our son was also great. The team worked together to ease my son's anxiety. He ended up needing glasses and the ladies up front were very helpful with choosing the right frame for his face shape. The only thing that I would comment on is that the office isn't clearly marked from the outside of the building. A parking lot wraps around the building and I was not sure where I should park. But once I entered through the main entry it was very clear where I should go.

Dr. Voegeli is very kind and professional. She has a sweet demeanor and takes ample time with you during your appointment. It came as no surprise to me when I read online that she grew up in Nova Scotia, as I've never met a Canadian I didn't like. :) As for picking out my glasses- I was dreading that part, feeling overwhelmed with so many choices and not really knowing what style would work for me. Vandana put my mind at ease and basically did most of the work for me. She enjoys her job and it shows. I was kind of dreading this appointment but after my experience I can honestly say I enjoyed the time spent. I highly recommend their services.

I scheduled a Standard eye exam with Dr. Davis because I noticed I was squinting more and more with my glasses on. The staff we all very friendly and the office was immaculate and has a large selection of frames to choose from. Dr. Davis was very nice and engaging throughout the exam, and its obvious that he is extremely knowledgable. Once we were finished with the exam I was handed off to another staff member to help with selecting new frames and lenses. This was painless and she did a excellent job explaining what my insurance would cover and what I would need to pay out of pocket. I love doing business with a company that goes beyond simply providing a service and focuses on quality and experience. Those little extras that show they are true "craftsmen" that are proud to stand behind their work.

While the support staff was very friendly and professional, the actual results of my visit were disapointing. I originally had requested contacts while I was in the exam room and after 10 minutes in the waiting room, I realized that I made the wrong choice of contacts and attempted to try on a seperate set of contacts but the eye dr. at the time said that it would cost me more money if I wanted to try on another style of contacts. I decided not to pay more money, since I have insurance. My disappointment after leaving your office is still with me.

Everyone was incredibly helpful and welcoming. They had several tests that I have never seen before which was much appreciated since they can detect eye issues better. There is also a wide selection of frames to choose from. The staff is also amazing at helping you stay within a price point if need be. I had my first visit a few days ago and it was great! I was a little nervous going to a new eye doctor, but the staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and happily answered all my questions. Dr. Hoekstra did my eye exam. He was also very kind and straightforward, which I appreciate! After the exam he clearly told me how my eyes were doing, and quickly and honestly answered all of my questions. The whole visit there was no pressure, they just walked me through my options and left everything up to me! Overall, I was very happy with my visit! I will definitely be returning for future eye care.

There were some misunderstandings regarding the length of appointment which led patient feeling they were waiting too long for doctor to see them and perception that doctor was late or making them wait. My suggestions: 1) Tell clients that exams will take 1 hour when they schedule their appointment. 2) Instruct eye techs that after preliminary exams to never tell patients "the doctor will be right in". Instead have them say something like "the doctor will be in soon", and if the wait is longer than say 10 minutes, have the tech check back with the waiting patient and let them know the doctor is running late or whatever. It's very un nerving to leave a patient waiting more than 5-10 minutes without at least having someone touch bases with them. Everyone realizes that sometimes schedules slip...by at least having someone stick their head in the exam room to tell them they are not forgotten or the doctor is running late will go a long way in relieving patient anxiety if they are waiting more than just a few minutes,

I needed to have new lenses for my glasses chose to come here since it's close to my house. I was very impressed with the service I got. Everyone here is very friendly and professional. When the technician forgot to dialate my eyes, the doctor offered to take image of my cornea instead so I didn't have to wait for my dialation. Then when I mentioned I'm going out of town and need my glasses in a week, Melyssa arranded to have my lenses swapped out on the same day so I don't have to worry about glasses for my trip. How amazing is that?! I'll definitely come back here for my eye exam and glasses going forward!

Price: After appointment I was asked to pay co-pay plus the cost of an 'extra non-standard' test (thirty second test performed with hand held instrument at the doctor's suggestion) although I was not advised in advance that it is extra and costs extra and is not covered by insurance. Service: After waiting in the anterior waiting room I was shunted from room to room (three interior waiting rooms). The staff was courteous but was unable to sufficiently address my concerns about the charging issue. Staff/doctor communication may be an issue. First appointment for myself in quite awhile, the staff was amazing and so kind. From the reception desk, to the end of the examination, everyone was so helpful and allowed me to ask questions that I felt would be troublesome or taking up too much of their time. Definitely plan to go back for my routine visits and it's super close to my house. I think the only desturbing thing that transpired was when I left my appointment, it appeared there were homeless people laying around on the east side of the bulding. I know it's not Mill Creek Family Eye's issue as they're only renting space but it would be nice to not see that.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Dr Davis and his staff I felt they did a thorough exam covering every aspect of my eye health and explaining every finding to me so that I understand all the results and why the test were being done etc I did not leave there feeling I was pushed into glasses just so a sale could be made I saw for myself through the eye exam that I would benefit from now wearing glasses. I was very happy with my visit and plan on being a returned customer.

Dr. Davis is a very good eye doctor and I have been going to him for years. They have a retinal scanner, which isn't covered by my insurance, but it doesn't cost that much and is so much better than getting my eyes dilated. They always make sure that I'm happy with the type of contact lenses I choose, too. I would recommend Mill Creek Family Eye Center.

I have never had actual fun at a vision clinic or eye exam before, but Mill Creek Family Eye Care made my visit fun and inviting. The outer office workers are friendly and efficient, and the entire office is welcoming and, well, not scary. I saw lots of happy customers who came in with trepidation and left with smiles. The doctor who examined my eyes was quietly, gently, professional and explained everything to me during the process so I understood what was being checked and why. I found lots of cute frames to choose from, and the optician took her time helping me so I didn't feel rushed. And I was surprised by how reasonable the prices are.

The lenses were quite a bit more expensive than what I was anticipating. It was more than I have ever had to pay in the past. I did not get a break-down of the costs. After ordering my frames and lenses I got a phone call the next day saying my glasses would be an extra $235.00 more than what was quoted to me a day earlier. Bait and switch? I spoke with them and they did remedy the situation by telling me that the wrong lenses had been quoted to me. They adjusted the cost accordingly but still had cost me time at work and worry as to where I was going to get my new frames and lenses. The difference turned out to be minimal and just slightly more than I had budgeted for everything.

When it came time to leave however all we wanted was a copy of our prescriptions so we could purchase our glasses from a vendor of our choice and the Opticians out front were very high pressure to purchase our glasses from them. We felt their frames were overpriced and when we left felt we had overspent for our frames/glasses.

The Front Desk Staff were kind, as well as the techs assisting. However Dr. Davis interrupted me alot and shrugged frequently saying "I don't know what to tell you" in regards to my prescription. Honestly, that was the most frustrating part about the visit, he seemed like he didn't want to explore changes in my prescription or try anything else based upon my distorted vision still happening with my current prescription. Also, my father accompanied me to the exam, and Dr. Davis seemed more interested in looking and talking to my father about my eyes and my exam than talking to me; The 25 year old patient sitting in the chair.

My appointment was booked for 8:30 am, I arrived 5 minutes early to a closed office door. If you are booking am appointments, your office should open at least 15 min prior. This is a totally minor thing, but first impressions are important. My tech Tiffany was great, and I did not have to wait for the doctor long at all. Dr. Voegeli seems like a brand new medical school graduate, but she was confident, pleasant, answered all my questions, and went over my chart thoroughly! Overall this was a great visit and I will be back.

When I showed up at 8:30 am turns out my appointment had been moved to another day. I was able to get in about 9:30 so this was good. I was told at the end of my purchase what I thought was 1 pair of glasses, and 2 boxes of colored contact. I get a text today for pickup, and find out i just got 1 box of contacts. I want to just return everything I told this woman, and she said "I will get the other box and call it good" When I asked for what I paid for she gave me a print out telling me I don't understand so I have to talk to my boss i'll be right back. Her boss came out and I told her what I was told and said she did not have the authority to offer me the contacts. Very unhappy. I would rate you a zero based on the lies alone. Twice I was lied to, never received a receipt when I was at my appointment, argued with about what had happened, and I can't even use my contact as nothing was given to me today to even put them in. Returning everything sounds great!!!!! So unhappy!!!!

Overall a great experience. Only one small issue. The cost glasses I purchased from your sales team was calculated in error. I was contacted after I left about the error. Instead of claculating the cost on scrap paper consider creating a small form for your sales team to use as a template. This template will create standard work, ensure calculations are accurate, and prevent errors and future impacts to customers. It's never pleasurable to be told your glasses will cost twice as much as quoted after you have left. It was a simple and understandable mistake was is preventable.

Great service on eye exam. The doctor was very approachable and helped me understand how a progressive lens would really help. The sales person that fitted me for the glasses used a few buzz words to try and sell the better lens option and rang false with me. After stopping them and inquiring, I was able to get a better understanding of the technology and ended up buying the up-rated lenses. I mentioned that I sometimes have trouble with contacts tearing. The doctor suggested a new material, same manufacturer, and a change in prescription for the right eye. I am trying out a set and will order soon. Seem to be working nicely. It's always nice to see a familiar face at the front desk, too (Toshi) who remembers who I am. Appreciate that all called me by Tina instead of the legal Jean, and were still able to find my chart with no problem.

My experience was fine until the end. The girl in sales was not helpful and I still don't have my new prescription. She would not give it to me- as if I weren't entitled to know it after I paid for it. Several people said it would be emailed to me and I still don't have it.

I had a very good experience. Everyone was friendly and efficient. The receptionist was happy and smiling, and got me checked in quickly. I hardly had to wait at all to be taken back to begin my exam. The woman who performed the initial tests was professional and thorough. Dr. Davis was friendly and happy to answer all of my questions, making sure that I understood everything, and gave me much more information regarding the health of my eyes than any previous optometrist ever bothered to discuss with me. Overall, I think this was the most thorough and educational exam I've had. I will definitely be returning.

The amount of time that it took for me to be called back, and the waiting time generally was very, very long (I spent more than half an hour from checking in to getting called back). I scheduled early to avoid having it cut into the rest of my day, and I felt like that strategy really didn't work out. Everything else went well, though, and the staff were nice.

I thought it was rude of the receptionist who worked with me after my appointment was over to insist I pay $70 for an amount that was already sent to me as a bill prior to my appointment. I have been going to your office for at least 8 years now and NEVER been asked to pay a small amount before I was allowed to leave. The fact your receptionist asked me to call someone to pay this small amount because I forgot my check book was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional and I probably will never be back to this office again despite the fact that Dr. Davis is a great eye doctor and every other employee is very helpful and kind but not very happy how I was treated by that one receptionist. I felt like she was VERY unprofessional and rude because of her insistance that I call a friend or relative to pay such a small amount before I was allowed to leave the office. Thank you to all your staff for your hard work over the years and I really appreciated Dr. Davis help and hard work and the staff

I've never been so pleased with an eye exam. It was the most thorough appointment I've ever been to. I was most excited about not having to have my eyes dialted and to be able to experience the latest technology having a picture on the computer where the Dr. was able to show me the back of my eyes. He explained that this is an ideal way to map any changes that my eyes might experience going forward. Also, I was very pleased to be told that I've not had any damage to my eyes related to the last 20+ years of being diabetic. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend Mill Creek Family Eye Care to all of my family, friends and co-workers. They're Awesome!!!
