Amazing service. Everyone is very nice and informative. Most of all they're very honest and uphold an icredible integrity towards their patients. Im very glad i decided to be serviced here. It is easier to floss and even more comfortable inside of my mouth when chewing food! I am so to have entrusted my smile to Dr. Wilson. The care taken in oral health at Mission Ortho is amazing. Not only does Dr. Wilson care about your smile, but the assistants that work along his side care about your smile as well. Everything done here is done with professionalism and care. If I had to choose an orthodontist clinic over again I would choose Mission over and over again!

Excellent experience! We were greeted with a smiling voice from the very first phone call. Once we were in for a consultation, Mylene gave us a thorough explanation of how things work - technically and financially. Dr. Wilson was a pleasure to meet and, as a mom, I appreciate that he spoke directly to my daughter as he explained treatment and answered her questions. We're choosing Mission for our Orthodontic needs and look forward to the next two years of transformation!

Since I was a new patient at Mission Orthodontics I figured I should get there a little early. I had a 10:00 appointment but I arrived around 9:30. I figured I'd have to wait at least an hour before I got called back. I was wrong.. I got called back within 10 minutes of being there! Once I got called back I was very impressed by how professionally run and how friendly the staff was. Both Mylene and Dr. Wilson made me feel took their time and explained all options available to me and also answered every question I had. This office setting is very professional and very comfortable. If you're considering an orthodontist for you or your kids, I have to say Dr. Wilson and his staff are awesome! I'm very pleased with this staff and with my decision to come here.

From my phone conversation with Tammmy, she made was lovely and made me feel so welcomed over the phone, she encouraged me to come in and get my consultation. From the moment I arrived at the office everyone Sandra was so very nice and she carefully explained the process she took me through. Next Mylene was also very nice and took time to listen to my concerns, she made me feel so welcomed. Lastly Dr. Wilson came in and took time from his schedule to revise some concerns. He has the most wonderful bedside manners, he listened to my concerns and thoroughly explained outcomes and conclusions. I was extremely pleased with how professional, knowledgeable, and efficient Mylene was. She made me feel respected as a patient and made sure I was comfortable and informed through all steps of the evaluation. And she was very pleasant and made me laugh, to boot! I have been consulting several orthodontic options but I didn't feel this comfortable and respected until coming to Dr. Wilson's office. Braces are a huge dollar investment so it's important that I make that investment with an office that is going to care about my concerns and about my schedule and I absolutely feel that way about Dr. Wilson's office after my consultation. After meeting Dr. Wilson, I also feel very comfortable with him as well. He was very proactive in finding a solution that would cover all of my needs.

This is actually Chance's mom but he and I both agreed that it was a great experience. Dr. Wilson, Mylene, and Tammi were extremely friendly and helpful. We understood everything he plans to do to treat Chance's teeth and feel very comfortable with the process. We had to wait a few extra minutes only because it was Dr. Leah's last day and there was a little extra activity going on. I have waited much longer for other appointments so it was not a problem.

Dr. Wilson and his staff are great! I thought it would be hard to fill Dr. Neely's shoes but Dr. Wilson has done a FANTASTIC job and truly cares about his patients and takes time to make sure the parents understand the entire process. I highly recommend Dr. Wilson to anyone looking for an orthodontist. The office is clean, smells good, and very up-to-date and nice. My son loves playing NBA on their video game system as he waits too. One thing is for sure, when you leave Mission Orthodontics, you will leave with a big smile on your face. Your staff are extremely friendly, helpful and encouraging. The only concern I had with my son's treatment had to do with the "buttons" you put on his teeth for the invisalign to do its work. It seemed he had more trouble with losing those than I would have expected. It could just be the nature of the beast or possibly the process for placing needs to be done by the more experienced technicians or the doctor.

Going in Alyssa was nervous and wasn't sure she wanted to go through with the braces even though she has been wanting to fix her teeth for years. We absolutely love Mission Ortho and all the staff there! They're all so friendly and really make us feel like we get one on one treatment every time we are there, no matter who is helping us. Dr. Neeley was a great Dr and Dr Wilson is sure living up to the practice! We will keep coming back as long as Jayden can be treated. We'll never go to another ortho! Thanks Mission!!!

Staff is so caring and always have smiles on their faces. Dr. Neely is very much missed but Dr. Wilson is just as wonderful and we have been blessed to have such great orthodontists. The IPads and cartoons are great form of entertainment while patients wait. The office is warm, cozy, and beautiful. My younger daughter sees her older sister getting her braces worked on and she says my I want to be an orthodontist because they are so nice and make your teeth look pretty.

I have never experienced greater service than i have since becoming a patient of mission orthodontics. My daughters last appointment was due to a broken brace and it was on a friday and she had competition that weekend. So i paniced and called in and Dr. Wilson made an emergency trip to the office just to handle my daughters brace. Now to me that says everything. Thanks for all the work you do and the amazing service
