I loved going to your office. The staff were super friendly. I was seen in a timely manner. When something was being done that I didn’t know or understand it was explained to me without being condescending. I had to bring my baby with me and she began to get fussy and they even were polite and great about that!

No matter if we're in person or over the phone, Dr. Massey and his staff are amazing. They take their time to get things done and makes sure you understand everything before leaving the office. There's probably a 15-20 min grace period due to someone else being there but it goes by Linda quickly. There is always a happy and welcoming vibe with them. My sons and I have been with them for years and I honestly don't see a change no time soon. I'll highly recommend them

The service was impeccable as always ! Just wish there was an advisory about the check in process because we had to stand in the rain at the front entrance outside door. I had to call inside before begin made aware of what was going on. May I suggest in the reminder email or text that a call should be placed upon arrival inside to ensure that they are ready for patience to enter without having to stand outside in unsuitable weather conditions.

I awoke with an eye issue and was scheduled to leave town. Staff was able to get me in to the Yazoo city office with very little delay in my departure. I was diagnosed and given a prescription to continue on my journey.

I should have written down questions that I had because there things I should have asked the doctor that I didn't think of until I left. I have new insurance and I really didn't understand what was covered and what wasn't. Although the doctor did explain my exam the one thing I would like to have known was how much did my prescription change if at all. I forgot to ask.

I would like to see more style of frames. it seem that a lot of frames look the same because of certain insurance. if you put more frames out that is different more people will come. a lot of people go to other places like Jackson, because they do have all type of frames for what ever insurance you have. that is what i would like to see in Yazoo City I want to keep the money in my town. so let's try to change a little something.
