I have been searching for a new skin care provider since moving to this area. I am pleased to find Reflections and the wide range of services that are offered. My first appointment with Lisa and Dr. Chasin was very encouraging and went smoothly. First, I was very happy with the COVID precautions that are in place. Lisa was very thorough in her initial intake screen as to what my concerns are, and Dr. Chasin explained the pros and cons of each modality that might work for me and which combination would be best. The procedures that were performed during this first appointment were done with almost no discomfort. I am really pleased with the results of these initial treatments and am confident that I've found the right place for me.

As always my treatment at Reflections is awesome. Dr. Wixharris always does an amazing job! I am sooo appreciative of her honesty combined with her knowledge of the facial structure, and her feedback as what to do and what not to do, etc. During COVID the facility is super safe and I must also mention the staff are friendly and efficient! The staff and doctor were very friendly however I didn't leave feeling confident that they knew exactly what plan of action to take. I was told that they were going to show my pictures to another doctor to determine if my acne scars are a candidate for fat injections but have not yet received a call back. I wasn't told what my expectations should be for how much improvement I will see with the dermapen with prp. I also have additional questions but felt slightly rushed as the doctor said she had to leave because she had two additional consultations that she was behind on. I waited approximately twenty minutes past my appointment time. An assistant to a different doctor was very nice and stayed behind to further discuss my questions. For the amount of money I am investing I just feel like I should have left feeling more confident and had a better understanding of what my expectations should be. I'm still slightly confused what the best course of action is. While I made an appointment I am not certain I will keep it if I don't receive a follow up phone call. I am hoping to receive a follow up phone call so I can feel confident in the decision I am making.

I chose Clear and Brilliant for my first laser facial rejuvenation procedure. I wanted the best results and dont mind a little discomfort so Dr Jefferson chose to start on the high setting and back off if needed. I had the numbing cream beforehand and it felt like tiny bees, but definitely bearable. I said "keep going!" And she kept asking me questions and we spoke the whole time. It helped a lot! Suddenly I was done! I felt in great hands the whole time. the whole staff is professional, efficient, and friendly and were happy to talk with me the whole time! (I talk a lot if i get a little nervous or it's my first time doing something!) Lovely, professional staff. Will be coming to Dr Jefferson for my skin care going forward. They put a nice serum on after, I left it on overnight and just felt like sunburn. After 12 hours it just feels like I used a facial scrub. Going back in 4 weeks! Doctor advised best results take a few treatments in series so I'm in! Thankyou to Dr Jefferson and everyone at Reflections! You have another happy customer.

I absolutely loved the team at Relfections! I came in for some scar removal. I felt my original consultation was extremely educational. They spoke to me about the science of different techniques and gave me their recommendation for a treatment regimen. I chose to get fillers in my scar and come back for a CO2 laser treatment. They were realistic about my result expectations and reiterated the course of action I'd need to continue with to resolve my scarring. I will 100% continue to go to this facility and work through their game plan to reduce my scaring.

I love the results of the clear and brilliant so far. The doctor was amazing and she really alleviated my fears (especially because this was my first procedure ever). Downside....I had to wait for a long time, saw many different staff members, went to 3 different rooms. I got the grand tour! It was annoying but not that bad, seemed like an off night for them.

I haven’t done any procedures as of yet (scheduled to be done in a week), but my first impression of Dr. Chasin was a positive one. He makes you feel so comfortable and doesn’t push any unnecessary treatments on you for the sake of money. He truly cares about his patients and will only recommend treatments if he feels it is necessary and beneficial. I’m very excited to see how my treatments turn out!

Dr. Chasin is HANDS DOWN the BEST filler injector there is! He delivers an extremely natural GORGEOUS look with MAXIMUM improvement. There are lots of spas and practitioners who may offer lower prices but their poor results are unskilled poor technique. Dr. Chasin returned my face to unimaginable PERFECTION after one of these discount places injected in a vessel causing necrosis and unsightly scarring. Over time Dr. Chasin transformed my face to BEYOND youthful and I can now claim to be less than half my age and get away with it!!! MUCH LOVE and THANKS!!!

5 Stars Plus!!! I would give 6 if I could! I have been coming to Reflections for many years now and have been absolutely blown away by Dr. Karolak and his team time after time! The office staff is kind and courteous and knowledgeable about products and the procedures. Dr. Karolak works Magic with Botox, Fillers and Laser treatments I've had in the past. She helped me with preparing me for my recovery after the procedure.Also not to start looking for results right away. I couldn't be happier about my experience with Dr. Karolak and the staff at Reflections. Dr. Karolak performed a neck and lower facelift, an upper eyelid lift, and a fat transfer on my sagging 60-year-old face. I feel like a new woman now. I absolutely love the results and would recommend Reflections to anyone considering a cosmetic surgery. I have been to Reflections several times over the years but have not in 2 years. I went for Botox and I am still bruised on my face. I had surgery and wasn't bruised like this. It has been 11 days and I still have bruising. Never never has this happened. Not happy!

They work cohesively to address each patient's needs on an individual basis. Dr. Karolak even reached out after hours to check on me. Dr Karolak is seriously the most caring, talented, and personable doctor I have ever had the pleasure to have been his patient! Just with the last visit alone...he has made my self esteem jump sky high... I find myself smiling every time I look in the mirror and see my reflection!! He did this with Botox and fillers.... I can’t believe how he transformed my face in 15 minutes .... I am speechless.... the Botox o have done in past and it really does make a big difference but today we did fillers and I can’t believe the shape of my face... I have cheekbones again and I DO look 20 years younger... no lie... in 15 minutes- I can’t believe I didn’t do it sooner... I did do a very tiny bit of filler-I was skeptical - the 6 months ago since my one aid of my face is sooo flat (I am crookid, .... WAS). This time I said I trust u to do what needs to be added and I swear on my life - he is an artist and he transformed my face... After a series of horrible fillers and botox from OTHER doctors, I was desperate to get my face back. After only a few minutes into my consultation, it was obvious why Dr. Karolak came so highly recommended. Both Dr. Karolak and Dr. Chasin were so honest and caring, they really made me feel like they listened to my concerns. Even the nurses and staff were all so nice and seemed very knowledgeable as well. I knew it was going to take more than one appointment to fix what had been done, however after my first appointment I already started looking like myself again. Thank you Dr. K!

The Martinsville location is warm and welcoming. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the receptionist and was told that I would be seen shortly. The waiting area is nicely stocked with a mini beverage area. Within a few seconds of trying to make myself a hot chocolate, my aesthetician, Robin, came out for me. Robin provided my services for the same and she was nothing short of PHENOMENAL! She answered every question I had, made sure I was comfortable and provided helpful informational. I look forward to seeing her for my next appointment!

I am very upset with my recent visit. My usual dr was not available (dr chasin) and I was told all the drs at the practice are equally skilled with Botox. I have never experienced bruising or swelling before. A couple of hours after my visit I had a bruise above each brow, and a huge bump above my right eye. Dr W clearly hit a vein which burst giving me a huge blue bump. I was icing my head all evening. By morning I still had swelling and bruising.

My daughter desperately needed help with her severe cystic acne. After the initial consultation, the doctor requested recent results of bloodwork and additional paperwork as my daughter was recovering from some medical issues. Everything was sent over to reflections. A follow up email was sent to them and was asked if they could help my daughter and their response was “she would benefit from accutane under the care of a dermatologist”. An additional email was sent to them just to clarify whether or not they could treat her and the response was just “no”. They should honestly take down pictures of cystic acne cases on their website if they can’t help patients with it, it is very misleading. Their response was very cold, especially to an 18 year old young woman who is looking for help. No names or referrals to another doctor, no apology that they can’t help her, no compassion. Just NO. Very disappointed.

After a small glitch when I got to the Martinsville office, everything was straightened out. Loved Robin who performed the Exilis on my neck and upper arms. She was very thorough in explaining what will take place. Since my results will not show for another three months, I cannot give a review on the Exilis. Very professional operation and felt extremely comfortable being there.

I am blown away by Dr Mark Karolak and his entire staff! I did my research as a 56 year old attractive wife, mother and real estate agent not wanting to go into NY and I wanted a dr that only does faces necks and eyes , that was Dr Mark. I was looking haggered and wanting to look younger tighter ( I HATED MY NECK AND JOWELS) and between Dr Marks Instagram page - everyone looking like a better version of themselves and my friend Jersey housewife Dolores Catania and Siggy Flicker swearing by him I made a consult appt to meet him and my husband approve and I’m it -he was very unsure . Upon meeting Michele his office manager , she was there , helpful kind and sweet every step of the way and Dr Mark brilliant expert kind caring ( amazing bedside ) we booked a neck lift, lower face lift , brow lift , fat transfer , eyelids and lazer June 26 I went in to Martinsville , Paula his assistant was incredible caring kind nurturing throughout everything ! I wasn’t clotting at the end of the procedure do Dr Mark held off doing my eyes . 10 days later I was at pool parties with heavy makeup on and a beautiful hat and look like a movie star. Everyone told me how gorgeous I looked . No pain in this whole thing just tightness. Who didn’t want tightness after looking haggered After going to a henotilogist I had my eyes done dec 4. Still healing from lazer but I see the beauty and I feel amazing. It was a nothing procedure. I tell EVERYONE EVERYWHERE wherever I go what I had done and how incredible Dr Mark Karolak is. I’d put it on my Facebook page but my husband would kill me he’s private. I want every woman who feels like I felt to if they are fortunate to be able to do all this, know about the brilliant artist he is and go to him. I will driver be indebted to him and t thank him and my husband every time for having this second lease on life ! I feel BEAUTIFUL AGAIN! My real estate business is thriving because of this too.

I had my second fraxel by Dr Karolak as with the first I was so relaxed by the staff and felt both the doctor and Michelle treated me so kind! The fraxel was so relaxing I was falling asleep!!! I had no pain in fact it felt like a facial ! This showed me how talented Dr Karolak is not to mention on how I am enjoying my glowing skin right after the first fraxel! I've been wanting to write a review for the last few weeks, because after going to way too many mediocre, egotistical, skill-less, careless surgeons and injectors (NYC, Philly, you name it) I have FINALLY found my guy! (So to speak) I am so impressed with Dr. Karolak's kindness, artistic skill and expertise. I never feel rushed nor are my concerns disregarded. Dr Karolak listens to me and then truly studies my face before doing a thing. The office is lovely and the staff always warm and welcoming. There isn't a drop of pretense in this office. I see Dr. Wix-Harris for botox and filler. She is absolutely wonderful. She listens to what you have to say, provides options for you to choose from, explains everything thoroughly and never makes you feel like you're rushed during the appointment. The staff who assist during the procedures are very nice, as are those at the front desk and I never have to wait past my appointment time to see the doctor. I've been to a few different cosmetic surgeons and offices over the years and have to say that this doctor and this office is top notch. Would recommend both in a heartbeat!

I have been a patient of Dr. Chasin's since 2011 and I absolutely love him!! I cannot say enough about how kind, caring and compassionate he is . . . his bedside manner is amazing. He very clearly explains treatment options and pros and cons for issues you are looking to address to enable you to make the best decision based on your desired outcome. Over the years, I have had many procedures including Fraxel and VBeam laser, botox and Juvederm performed by Dr. Chasin and have always been very happy with my results. In 2015, I began to discuss options for addressing muscle laxity in my lower face and neck area. After many consultations with both Dr. Chasin and Dr. Karolak, I decided on a lower face and neck lift with fat transfer in December 2016. I was very apprehensive about have surgery, but I am so thrilled with the result! Dr. Karolak, like Dr. Chasin, has an incredible bedside manner and is very warm, compassionate and caring. As I mentioned, I was very apprehensive and think I might have had 3 consultations with him before making my decision. He very patiently took the time to talk me through the process and shared many before and after pictures of his patients to aid in my decision. I would be remiss in my review if I did not mention the incredible staff that works to support this practice. Everyone is very professional, friendly and kindhearted in their interactions with me and other clients. I first found Reflections when I was looking for a laser tattoo removal option. My tattoo was very light (originally done 17 years ago) and it only took one treatment to remove it. I got something else done over it afterwards and you cannot see the original at all. At that time, I also consulted about laser hair removal. I'm currently getting laser hair removal treatments of the axillary region and I am very happy so far! I'm usually in and out of appointments. The staff is very friendly as are the technicians and doctors.

He studied my face and explained to me what he could accomplish by using both. I have been with Dr Chasin for years. I originally started with him for laser tattoo removal...a success! I then transitioned into botox injections, leaving the doctor that I had originally gotten them from, not knowing what a horrible job I was getting until having Chasin do them. I then had a baby, and had cellulite treatments from him, along with treatments on my face because I had gotten brown spots from pregnancy...again, success! My husband lost over 60 lbs and had excess skin, he had it removed with Chasin...need I say it a success! I have sent numerous family and friends to him for so many different things. He has always given us all exactly what we wanted if not more. He is someone I can trust..and in the cosmetic world that is valuable to me. There are plenty of doctors that will do whatever you want for a price; but, there are very few like Chasin, that will guide you to what would work best for you to achieve what you want and basically, not look deformed. It’s been a year since I’ve been going to Reflections and I can honestly say that my love for this medical practice continues to grow! I’ve been getting Botox and filler in my face and absolutely love, love, love the results. Dr. Karolac is so honest and doesn’t push any treatments, in fact, I’ve asked for a “little bit here, a little bit more there..” but he won’t do anything if he doesn’t feel it’s going to be a benefit for my looks. My friends and family are constantly telling me that I look great, rested, refreshed and youthful yet, no one knows that I’ve had anything done. I just had a slim lipo procedure done on my thighs. It was truly an easy going experience!!! I took a couple extra strength tylenol before and was awake and chatting during the entire procedure. Shared some stories and laughs with my doctor and his assistants. Haven't experienced any discomfort other than feeling like I just had did a moderate workout. Today the day after, I'm doing all normal activities with no issues. I do have to wear a compression garment and take antibiotics but that's all. I would recommend the smart lipo procedure to anyone who has some trouble areas that aren't responsive to diet and exercise. It's quick, easy and you'll get great results. I had my love handles addressed several months ago and had the same carefree experience. I was able to attend a dinner gala the next day!! No problems no pain killers! My advice--just do it and you'll have no regrets!!

Dr. Chasing and his team are really cool. They're sweet and attentive, and made me feel comfortable. Dr himself is very friendly and knowledgeable gave me the right advice and explained to me what I wanted and how I was going to go about doing. I first scheduled my appointment with Dr. Chasin who sat and talked with me for quite awhile. He was very patient and after assessing the type of procedure that would be best for me, he immediately referred me to Dr. Karolak. As soon as I met Dr. K, I knew I was in good hands. Not only is he adorable, but he genuinely cares about his patients and he instantly puts you at ease. Dr. Karolak and his staff are the BEST! With an investment that one would make for themselves, one would expect less attitude from the Patient Coordinator. The doctor was great with the consultation but making the appointment did not happen. The attitude from the patient care coordinator and her lack of professionalism prevented me from using them. Maybe she is not happy in her position or expects everyone to know all she know how reflections operate, but she had the attitude of who needs you. So, I will go elsewhere. God help her misery.

Putting one's appearance in the control of others can be scary sometimes, but I was totally comfortable knowing that I was in good hands. New laser room with a chair for Brasillan was terrible. The chair was not covered in sheets or paper. The height and shape was Awkward for both staff and client. Terrible lighting, so Sarah couldn't see what she was doing! And I was BURNED ALL OVER; looks like crop circle all over my bikini area! Did anyone calibrate the machine after moving? This is my first negative experience in YEARS of being a patient, so please listen up. This is NOT what I expect or pay for at REFLECTIONS Dr. Chasen!

I cannot recommend enough how fantastic Dr Chasin and his team of nurses- down to the girls at the desk(Martinsville office) are. I have have had 3 smart lipo procedures, Botox, and fraxel laser done thus far and my results are astounding!- I also recommended a good friend and she too had 2 smart lipo procedures and has another area scheduled and she is thrilled with her results as well. She thanked me so many times for me being open in telling get my procedures because she was about to go to a local "puppy mill type" establishment until I shared my experience. Dr Chasin had brought out my outer beauty(outer beauty change after 40 LOL) again and now u am confident again so my inner beauty just beams!!!!! Seriously Doc and his team have changed my life. It feels good to be me again!!! I cannot thank them enough!! The Dr was great, staff was great. My only complaint is that there is no more numbing. The over the counter cream barely numbed me at 5%. It was very uncomfortable for me. Not sure I would do it again without being numbed.
