(1) Same issue as last time and that I communicated on my survey- when charged out, I was charged for Floride that was not administered. This time, I caught it before I left and had it correct. It should not be patient's responsibility to ensure your charge out is correct. (2) I am requesting that you credit Stephen for this "DNA" test conducted on him. His cleaning was stopped because he had one area of red gum. At any time, did you recommend he change his behavior to brush twice a day and floss every day. Solid hygiene should be first course of action, not a revenue generating test done by the dentist. I have consulted with the head of cardiology and his nurse regarding the situation. They advised that there was no medical reason for a dentist to do this test. In addition, Floride is a carcinogen. So, why would you give patients Floride and then scare them about cancer and run this expense test insurance does not cover.

The treatment area in the front is too close to the receptionist area. I would put a wall there for separation as I could hear all the phone calls during my treatment. Dr. Kristi and her assistant were great.

Donna was a great and knowledgeable hygienist. She explained the systemic connections between dental and overall health very well. I will be more aware of this connection as well as change my dental habits based on my visit. Dr. Wade was amazing, and took a great deal of time consulting with me and provided extensive explanations as well. One of the most extensive and informative dental visits I've ever had. Would definitely recommend this office to anyone interested in superior dental care.

I'm starting to feel annoyed with the pressure to visit every 3 months instead of every six months. My insurance only pays for 2 visits a year and I hate paying 100 out of pocket. Saved myself over $130 by moving my next appointment from December 14 to January 15,

My coverage from UPS is supposed to be 100% for cleanings, but I always walk out of there paying $80+. It gets expensive with me and my 2 kids, especially when other people are paying zero for their cleanings...why is it so much more expensive?

My dentist, Dr. Jennings is relocating to Austin. I like lady doctors. Dr. Moody is Dr. Jennings dentist. This is why I chose Dr. Moody. I am looking forward to my October visit.

Great experience with the hygenist, Cythia or Christi? I struggle with remembering names, but she has been with you for 13 years that I remember. I teeth felt squeky clean afterwards and she took into consideration I was paying out-of-pocket as my insurance was maxed out, so she skipped the flouride treatment (which I was okay with) and saved me $$. Thank you!

Head phones should be offered for the movies. The movies are a great feature, but you can't hear the audio above the sound of the drill. The ear pieces should be cleaned with a bit of alcohol at the time of usage.

I thought Dr. Wade would want to know about this just in case she isn't aware....The bedside manner and service provided from Dr. Wade is always ABOVE and beyond expectations. However, I am very displeased that on both of my last two visits - June visit AND July visit -- I was overcharged because mistakes were made. I am just glad I found these errors. But it adds up to a lot of money that I was mistakenly charged. Before front office staffing changed this never happened. I do understand that we are all human and accidents do happen. But I thought Dr. Wade would want to be notified that there was a financial error on BOTH of my last two visits.

Huge mess regarding my appointment. I was inundated with appointment confirmations (texts, emails, phone calls- CONSTANTLY). I confirmed via text weeks prior to the appointment, however, when i showed up for my appointment I was no where on the calendar. Maybe if you can confirm with the client WHICH method of confirmation they would prefer to confirm with it would save not only the clients time but also the confusion at the dentist office.

I always enter the dentist office full of anxiety, from a bad childhoold experience. Dr. Wade and her staff always, always calm my nerves and make me feel comfortable. Whether it be a warm neck roll, a blanket or the always helpful nitrus, they always make me feel relaxed and I never feel embarassed about my nerves. Dr. Moody was a pleasure to meet. She and staff were thorough and found several issues with my teeth that appear to have been hidden in the past or suddenly appeared since my last visit. I have found pricing to be considerably less expensive from other dentists and due to cost management may need to move our accounts in the future to help manage our expenses.

By far the best dental appt I have ever had. Staff was great and thorough! My only suggestion is to be more up front and clear about the office being an out of network provider. I completely understand and respect the reasons for the policy, however I was not prepared to pay for my visit out of pocket. It also made future treatments a bit daunting financially.

tv in hygienist office, and a blanket to be offered while getting your teeth cleaned. Also, I think it is nice when a hygienist asks if you need to have gas. I do have a high anxiety while at the dentist office, and this does help ease anxiety. Other than that, possibly a tv in the waiting room, and some cookies. LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. MODDY! My visit went great. Just a couple of items. Since I am an exception being an amputee the handy capped parking and ramp are aways from your entrance. Also the lip in the doorway is hard to get a wheel chair in and out. The waiting room could be somewhat bigger since it does not hold more than about 4-5 people. As far as the dental work, the assistant and of course my dentist, everything was great! Thank you...John Wilson

For the first time ever I had Holly as my hygienist, and I have to say that it was not the best experience. For the 10 years that I have been coming here I have always had either Cheryl or Trisha, and my visit has been wonderful. Holly is pretty aggressive in her cleaning and put so much fluoride in my mouth that it started to burn and I felt a little choked. For almost 24 hours, my mouth, gums, and teeth hurt, and my gums bled when I brushed my teeth at night. I have never ever had that happen to me after my visit here, and I would like to request not to ever have Holly again. I would also like to say that she said I had great hygiene and not much tartar, so it's not like my teeth were really bad and she needed to be that aggressive.

Out of network status of the practice is forcing me to consider a change in providers. The quality of care is good and the people are friendly, but financially I may be able to find better options with a comparable quality of care. You have chosen to be out of network for all plans -- a business decision in your financial best interest -- and now I must make a similar decision for the good of my family.

I love Dr. wade and her entire staff!!!... Donna has been my dental hygienist for years and when she told me I really needed to let Dr. Wade take a look at my teeth, I agreed... I didn't realize just how "bad" my teeth were... I needed ALL of them redone!!! Not only cosmetic but dental health wise too...I love my new teeth.... But most of all I love my smile!!!!

I paid $129 for Prophylaxis treatment during my visit. I was not provided the tooth polishing, just the scaling. I was told to return in 3 weeks to have some cavities filled and the tooth polishing would be done at that time. I don't understand why the tooth polishing wasn't done during my visit. Perhaps the hygienist ran out of time and decided to shift it to the next visit. 1. I was never shown these new cavities, where they are, their severity, or the urgency of their repairs. I was shown pictures of existing fillings that may need replacement, but not the new ones 2. I am told that I will be charged another $129 for Prophylaxis on my May 2nd visit, where any new scaling would be done, along with the tooth polishing. I don't think it is appropriate to be charged twice. The 2nd Prophylaxis treatment would be mearly a completion of the 1st. There will be minimal, if any scaling. The only "new" thing would be the polishing, which was left out on the 1st visit.

Your waiting room is too small. I saw one person stand for almost 45 minutes until there was room to sit. The exam room was also very cramped. The office is not handicapped friendly. There are only two handicapped parking spaces and the wheel chair ramp is not located close to your office.

Elected to no have floride treatment. I bought flouride rinse instead. I have asked in past, to note our file (both stephen and my file) to not do floride treatment. 3 days after my appt, I looked at my bill and realized I was charged for floride treatment. Since I can't see what my charges are before payment, the patient has to look after they pay and get receipt. I recommend to show what you are charging and get approval before customer pays. Also, please remove floride treatment from Stephen and my treatment plan. Please ensure Stephen does not get charged next week after his visit.

Confidentially for Dr. Wade: I was extremely unccmfortable with the line of questioning and comments made about my dental history by the hygienist during my cleaning. I was embarrassed that others nearby could hear her detrimental comments, and I felt humiliated and judged. I was pretty shaken by the experience thru the rest of the day and evening. Plus the cleaning at times was physically painful. My one concern was not answered.

Payment option for people with HSA's. You file insurance claim, get reimbursement, then bill client with actual amount that they will pay from their HSA. Paying from an HSA when only an "estimated" insurance reimbursement is known, can create overpayment from HSA and a legal, bureaucratic pain to put the refunded money back into the HSA...which must be done according to the law. I do not like the current options 1 and 2. Need this option 3. If you want to hold a credit card on file to avoid non-payment when client is billed, that's fine, but I just want to pay the known final amount from HSA after insurance has done its job.

Donna has a great sense of humor and made me feel very comfortable, Great team work and good energy between co workers....especially at 7am. My cleaning was short, efficient, and pain less...I also enjoyed the hot pack on my neck which relaxed me. I learned more things about my teeth and dental health than any other previous dental session..

Hey Jill and Holly -- My only concern was that on Saturday morning I woke-up to a very swollen face and jaw line. I couldn't reach anyone at your office or Dr. Field's office. I then scheduled an appointment with an urgent care center, which gave me amoxicillin for what appeared to be a massive infection. It could have been a perfect storm of sinus/tooth infection converging all on the same day/weekend. Anyway, started that prescription and by Sunday morning, I was knocking on a friend's door at 8:00am to take me to the emergency room. I ended up spending 4 hours in the emergency room getting a CT scan with and without dye. They were VERY concerned about the lymph nodes and apparent infection. They administered antibiotics through a drip line. And they gave me another prescription for an oral antibiotic because my throat was so swollen I couldn't swallow or eat. I threw up twice Sunday evening and my fiancé called the ER and had them prescribe Zofran at 4:00 am. A good time was had by all! Teeth gone, Dr. Scott pulled two, more later! Caryn

Lets just say this wasn't the first time I needed a cigarette at the end of a "dental appointment" at SSD, and according to the "follow up" appointment, it won't be the last. Cheryl's ability to maximize customer satisfaction is unprecedented. Of course, you must lose money on clients like Kevin Sharp who satisfaction arrives in under two minutes... Unless BCBS recompenses in 30 second increments.

I was there the day your computers were out. I asked for a receipt to be emailed to me and have not received it. This was the first time I had to wait past my appointment time. I thought it was odd since I was a 7 am appointment. These are not a big deal, just an FYI.

I sometimes get lost in your bldg complex. Would it be a good idea to have the real estate mgmt provide the receptionist w/ the complex layout so that if someone is driving around in the complex and says I'm next to this office am i close to your office??? they could look at the map and provide some clues. i can't be the only one that gets lost??? really

I went in for a consultation with Dr. Wade for Invisalign. From beginning to end my experience was outstanding. Everyone was so friendly & Dr. Wade & Nancy explained everything thoroughly. My only disappointment is that I am not a candidate for Invisalign & that Dr. Wade doesn't do traditional braces. I would definitely recommend Stonebriar Smile Design!

Donna was outstanding and set the tone for the entire visit for me. I always knew what was happening next! However, I did feel like although I felt no pressure, there was a lot of treatment planned and a lot of info about additional services that might be $$$$ which made it feel like a lot of info. Overall, I felt like i was being taken care of by a "group" of dental care professionals, and that's a good thing!

Everyone at the office is always incredible. The only thing I would like to see changed is an office opened up in NC so my wife and I do not have to fly back to Frisco twice a year to see our dentist. LOL!! I honestly would not trust anyone near my teeth other than Dr. Wade and Cheryl. You all wrote the book on customer service and bedside manner when it comes to your patients.
