As a new patient, I received a text message from an unidentified phone number telling me to fill out paperwork by clicking on the link attached. Couple problems with this... You did not identify yourself, an unknown phone number is not identification; the link was suspicious and I wound up deleting the text message; finally, I felt commanded to fill out some unknown form, a "please" would have helped. It finally occurred to me that, as a new patient, you needed some background information. I went to your website and downloaded the form. When I arrived for my appointment, everything went smoothly. Thank you.

Dr. Morrow is completely up to date on the latest technologies for his office, and also knows the best specialists to refer to for Lasik procedures and other needs. Referring me to Eye Surgeons of Indiana Lasik Center for my own lasik procedure was a solid recommendation, and I experienced a good recovery and outstanding results with my vision. This was the easiest and most stress free eye exam that I have ever had. I haven’t had an exam in at least a decade because medical stuff makes me so nervous. I always look forward to my annual eye exam at Vision Source. My eyes are forever changing and always worrying me. I feel at ease when at Vision Source where I have always been met with polite professionals that answer any and all of my questions. After my exam I am led out onto the optical fitting area where I am met by another professional that quickly and easily helps me compare and pick out new frames and set me up with an eyeglass package that is tailored to fit my needs for my new glasses. I take my eye care very seriously and am so glad to know that the staff at Vision Source does too.

This was the first time there and I couldn't ask for any better service from checking in to checking out. 2 of my Granddaughters recommended them to me and glad they did. With an appointment, I felt I waited way too long before being called back. Also, my insurance covers everything but a $10 co-pay for wellness exams, and I had to pay an additional $19.90 I think for the eye xray? She explained but I was in a hurry and later tried to understand why I had to pay additional than usual. Something about "by the time it is billed with insurance it would cost more anyway..." I may be recalling wrong, but I would have appreciated billing insurance first after the $10 co-pay, then settle up. I did not like how that was handled. That did not feel good.

I had a fair amount of questions so I could understand for myself the reason for my child needing glasses and Dr. Bell answered them in a way that helped me understand. He was very patient and did great with her. He is working with her to help make her glasses in a way that she’ll be able to get used to them and she’ll actually want to wear them, which can be tough for a 3 year old.

I've been going to Dr. Morrow pretty much since he opened his office. There was a 1-2 year period where he was not a provider for our insurance and I reluctantly went to another provider. During that time I found that I needed cataract surgery. The provider I was referred to was not even close to being a fit. I trusted Dr. Morrow enough that I went back to him, paying out of my own pocket. He recommended a fantastic provider for my cataract procedure. Thankfully Dr Morrow is in network with our current provider.

I have trouble finding a pair of glasses that fit and stay on my face without constant touching to push back up. My last pair were terrible even though I asked for help with this issue. I feel like this time maybe the new glasses will work better based on the help I was given. I'm hopeful that this time they stay on comfortably. The staff and Dr Brian Parrott gave me personalized care and the examination and testing was done with up to date technology. I had to have my glasses redone because the first pair was still a bit blurry, and they re-did my exam and glasses at no cost and that was impressive to me.

I love the prompt and courteous service at Vision Source in Auburn. They are always ready for me and I'm not left with long periods of waiting or wondering about what is happening. They always explain the procedures and the results to me and answer any questions I might have in a way that I can understand. I also like that they are able to accommodate me with additional services I might need such as the new set of frames I wanted to order at this visit. At the end of my check up I was shown out to Optical Services where an associate was able to assist me in picking out and ordering a new pair of frames for my safety glasses to make me more comfortable.

Awesome doctor who is up to date on current technologies and trends in the eye care field and who takes time to talk and genuinely listen to his patients. Staff is great as well...very helpful with insurance and billing requirements as well as efficiently moving you through the diagnostic part of your exam. I have gone to Dr. Morrow for 30+ years and will not go to another eye doctor until Dr. Morrow decides to close his office doors for good.

My only complaint was not having someone go over detailed pricing and total cost before checkout so the patient can make an informed decision on whether or not to use their products and or services . I was surprised at checkout with a 700 dollar bill for contacts and an exam , I have a copy of the bill. I had two insurance plans and still paid over 200 dollars out of my pocket ... For contacts with bifocals. .

When looking at possible glasses and the associate telling me the price (which was $500+!), And mentioning I had gotten my last pair for half that at another provider, she stated somewhat rudely, "I don't set the prices, I just work here.". Overall your service is very comprehensive and thorough. Staff is courteous and skilled. I have been using it for three years now. But it seems that, in my particular case, the correct eyeglass prescription has not yet been found. Changes ("improvements") have been made several times but the same basic problem persists--insufficiently sharp vision at distance. Up-close vision, to work or read, is fine but not so beyond 15 feet or so, where lettering, for example, is out of focus. Each change has lessened the problem but only by a small amount. Is a bolder change possible in my case?

I had my first visit recently and was impressed with all the staff with whom I had contact. The receptionist even called my DART transportation contact when I was finished with my appointment. My only disappointment was that no precaution was taken to cleanse the rooms where I had the eye examinations (unless this was done prior to my being taken there). Some offices have little tissue stations where the patient's forehead and chin rest which is removed in layers when the patient changes. Even wiping with an antiseptic would be acceptable instead. Please consider this immediately and continue the practice when this concerning time is over. It is just good hygiene. Thank you.
