From the moment you enter until you are seen, it is as if are part of the "crew" very warm and friendly staff, extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Dr. Westberg explains every aspect of the visit so you can understand what is going on with your vision and doesn't try to push you into something that really isn't needed at this time (i.e. new glasses, extra visits, etc.}.

Dr. Helm continues to be very professional and concerned about my eye health. The office staff are friendly and helpful. My only complaint was with the woman who did the pre-exam. She was unfriendly and very curt. Her "bedside manner" so to speak, was rude and uncaring. She should not be dealing with customers

Very professional staff from the front desk to the doctor. A very pleasant surprise was that I had the option to avoid having my eyes dialated by electing to have the eye photographed. New technology was well worth the nominal cost.

It was a very good and informative appointment for which I would give a 5 but it was at 1 PM, so after waiting for them to open, I had to wait another 20 minutes to be called in to see Dr Westburg. Because of this I will only give a 4 rating. Dr Westburgs response to my concerns was great…very complete. Thank you.

I was very satisfied with my recent visit to see Dr. Jennifer Keller for my annual exam. It has actually been 2 years since my last eye exam in Arizona where I had cataract surgery in both eyes. She prescribed a month of eye drops to be used daily for my dry eye condition. Within one day my eyes feel very much better.

Going to the Walker eye clinic (vision Source in Walker) was the worse decision I made in regards to my eye care. As someone without eye insurance I feel I have been raped by this place just to be able to see. The charges are outrageous!!! The Walker Eye Clinic was great. I was able to make an appointment almost right away for an eye emergency. The staff was friendly and efficient. When I have gone to other eye clinics my insurance they would help me understand my insurance options. At this clinic I still am not sure I received the proper usage of my insurance. They made me call and try and understand the options of the eye care when I am not the expert of the eye class terms. The explanation of eye care should be better this was not good. I will pick a different eye care center.

Well, Dr Helm was terrific! Pauline the Opto Tech was wonderful to speak with. I believe her name was Janie she was working the front desk was easy to speak with. Shelly or Jolene not sure on the name but works front desk with dark hair with light blue jeans on was a B****. As well as Candy if she is the Optician. Dark hair. Both i think could use some customer service training on putting on a smile even if it's fake and be courteous!!! This was not just my opinion for how they were towards me but everyone else that came in. This all took place yesterday in WALKER and was my first visit to the clinic EVER. Makes it hard to want to come back when you have people like that who try to ruin it for others. But in spite of their rudeness I will continue to come because the others I listed who were kind make an impact on my visit.

They got me in when I didn't have an appointment and properly diagnosed me and sent me to a specialist which later resulted in a trip to the Mayo to later find out I have a brain tumor. They were awesome. Give'em all a raise.
