Loved the fact I was able to schedule my appointment after 5:00! I was greeted as soon as I walked in the office. The entire staff was friendly, warm and very knowledgeable. I was extremely impressed with Dr. Faye Andrews. She was very professional, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. She took her time and answered all of my questions and concerns. So glad I went there!

Staff is very friendly. They answered all the questions I had. Easy to make appointments with flexible hours on different days. Dr.Andrews is very thorough with the exams & testing. What I like most is that she explains the conditions in terms that help you understand what is, or may, happen and what we can do to treat it. She doesn't just give you medical terms, she makes it easy to understand. Been seeing her for many years & have no plans to change!

Choosing a new eye care facility took me some time. I heard good things about warrior eye care. When I called to make an appointment, the lady that answered the phone was very polite and answered all my questions. The day of my appointment, I was nervous. Everyone at warrior eye care are very courteous and nice. My experience was very good. I will return soon. Thank you all for making me feel at home.

From the minute you walk through the door of Warrior Eye Care, you can feel the friendliness. Whether it be from the warm, "Good morning... how are you today?" or the care taken in the thorough examination or the help finding the frames that are just right for you! They understand that everyone is not rich and do everything possible to get you the glasses you look great in for a price you can afford. This is not my first time buying glasses from Warrior Eye Care, and I'm sure it won't be my last. This place is awesome!

Dr Andrews and her staff were very friendly, professional, and efficient. I didn't have to wait and everyone appeared very proficient in their jobs. Extra thanks to the lady who helped me choose my frames. She was very patient with me and showed me many different frames that were flattering and was honest when they were not flattering. I appreciated that. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Warrior Eye Care generally takes good care of me, but I have to have regular glasses and safety glasses and I'm going to have to start looking at making some changes to the options I choose on my glasses and shopping the cost around because it's really expensive even with insurance.

I've used Vision Source for 10 years. Dr. Andrews stays up to date on the latest diagnosis techniques and treatments. The equipment is always state-of-the-art and I get a more thorough eye exam than I could get anywhere else. Dr. Andrews is friendly, takes time with her patients, and explains things clearly. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been going to Dr. Andrews a number of years now, on the recommendation of a work friend. The write-up for Dr. Andrews is NOT hype. If anything, it doesn't speak completely of her ability as an eye doctor. My most recent visit was in early August 2015. The new machine that takes the images of the eye, providing a much more in depth view of your eyes, but doesn't require either a dilation drops, and annoyance which also requires me to have my wife drive me back for safety reasons, or the intense bright light used to examine the eye, which to me was painful. She keeps up with the latest procedures, innovations and the like. The staff is most capable, professional yet makes you feel at home. One final note. Dr. Andrews was able to resolve two eye problems of mine, both of which no other doctor could resolve. She listed both time, I mean REALLY listened, and resolved the problem. I am fortunate to have found her.

Dr, Dudley was thorough, nice, and friendly; and I felt confident she was giving me the same care and attention I would have received from Dr. Andrews (who I think is Great!). I tell everyone they should be going to Warrior Eyecare. Dr. Dudley was concerned about an area and referred me to Retina Consultants of Alabama who said it was indeed a tear on the retina and performed laser surgery to seal the tear. I'm so glad Dr. Andrews stays on top of all the latest technology and innovations to keep my eyes safe. This sounds like a paid advertisement, but I promise it's not - just the praise of someone who appreciates them.

However, being a long time patient of Dr. Andrews, I would have appreciated knowing that I would be seen by a doctor who did not know me. I would have rescheduled my appointment for a time when I would have been seen by Dr. Andrews. I like walking in and knowing she's going to call me by my first name and ask about my in-laws, kids, and grands. I did not like being called Miss Cheryl or having to go over things that Faye already knows. I say good for you for cutting your work load down to 4 days. You've work hard and it's time to enjoy life.

As usual, it was a great experience. The staff are professional & friendly and there isn't anyone better than Dr. Andrews. If I had any type of complaint it would be the eye drops for dilation burned more than I remember from previous years but other than - no problems.

Friendly, helpful, courteous, knowlegeable associates are definitely a plus when visiting a doctor's office. Warrior Eye Care has that. Dr. Andrews is a very smart and talented doctor. I appreciate the time she takes with me to explain what is going on with my eyes and tells me what to do to improve my eye health.

The person working the front desk was welcoming, helpful and professional. The tech who got me started was friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing and what the purpose of each test was. Dr. Andrews was very professional. What impressed me most was her confidence and unique knowledge and experience. She took the time to explain things in terms a non-medical person can understand. The only negative experience during my visit was in the optical department. Initially the person who waited on me was friendly and helpful. Her goal s seemed to be to sell me the most expensive package I would agree to. It almost seemed like I had to negotiate my way down to product and price I could afford. That portion of my experience felt similar to visiting a car dealership.

I woke up with Conjunctivitis and even though I had never been to Dr. Andrews, her staff had me sitting in front of her in two hours. Everyone was pleasant, knowledgable and efficient. She was very busy that day, and I know it was probably a bit inconvenient to work me in...but she did! I Had drops for infection and pain before lunch. Awesome!

I'm on a very tight budget. My son was sick last year and the bills piled up. A few days ago I started shopping around for eye care. When I called Warrior, I gave the person my insurance information and was quoted a certain price for my co-pays and extras for contacts and progressive lenses with frames. I did take notes while on the phone. I brought my written notes with me. Both the doctor and the technician treated me professionally and with respect. After my exams and being processed, I found out the cost was almost $100 dollars more than my quote. I had originally thought I would be paying under $200 dollars for everything and then it was $294. when I presented my notes, the girl made me feel as if I was lying. and seemed very terse while speaking to me. I didn't make it up and pled my case, and although I was upset, I kept it inside when I paid with my credit card and left. The sweet technician offered to remove my corneal exam from the bill and I wish I had accepted. I can't afford the contact lenses and I am returning the samples I was given. Bottom line is, while being on a tight budget, I shopped and could have gone anywhere. I chose Warrior based on professional care but mainly for economic reasons. I was very disappointed with the resulting price and although there was obviously some misunderstanding, I was treated rudely.

I was so impressed with how friendly ALL the staff were! It was my 3 year old daughter's first time to see an eye doctor and I expected the worst...... she went back without me and did amazing thanks to the sweet girl who did her exam. Very happy with our new eye doctor. :)

Dr. Andrews is thorough and personable, and most important, she actually LISTENS! I've been going to her for over eight years now. She's a bit out of the way traveling distance, but I keep going back to her because of what I just said. I've had three specific problems in the years I've been to her, and she has found a resolution to each one, something other doctors did not. On top of all of this, her complete staff of employes are also thorough, friendly and most helpful.

The care and service I received was phenomenal. From the initial call where I explained the urgency of my problem to Ashleigh, she was great and managed to get me in THE SAME DAY even working around my work schedule. I appreciated the fact that my insurance benefits were verified BEFORE I came to the appointment so that I did not have to wait while that was done after I arrived. The wait time was incredible. Even with filling out history paperwork, I still had to wait only less than 10 minutes. EVERYONE, Ashleigh, the staff at the front desk, the technicians, Dr Andrews, and the lady who helped me with my frames went out of their way to be helpful, courteous, and considerate. This was particularly notable because I was their very last patient for the day. I really appreciate the care and service I received from this operation and would heartily recommend them to others. I know the difference between a doctor and a PHYSICIAN and Faye Andrews earns PHYSICIAN - she truly and personally cares for her patients. Only have a couple medical experiences that a Physician took the time to call me and ask questions to make sure - she did and I appreciate it. I'll begin with as soon as I walked through the door. The staff greeted me and was friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting room was comfortable. The technician who saw me before the doctor saw me was very nice and did her job in a professional and efficient manner. Dr. Andrews took her time with me, was very thorough, and showed me pictures(xrays) of my eyes and explained what was going on and how they compared with the pictures from the year before. She then proceeded with the exam. It was quick. She gave me advice on how to better take care of my eyes and recommended products for me to use. At the end of the exam, she came back and said, "I want to look at something again before you go." So she took her time to re-examine something she had seen during the exam before letting me go. I have been a patient of Dr. Andrews for years and will continue to go to Warrior Eye Care.

Personally think Dr. Andrews is the best optometrist - better more thorough exam than I had with an opthamologist in the past. Wonderful, knowledgeable staff and state of the art testing.

Warrior Eye Care worked me in on a very busy day. Despite the work load all of the technicians worked well together and were very patient. Dr. Andrews gave the best eye exam for a prescription than I have ever had. She diagnosed an undetected eye infection and is now working with me to use a prescription and contact lens brand that better suits my needs.

This is the first time an Optometrists staff made me feel like they actually knew what they were doing- and not just following the Optometrist around waiting for instructions. Very helpful, extremely customer-service oriented, the contacts they recommended are great, and I will definitely recommend them to everyone- in fact my wife now has an appointment with them next Monday! 5 stars!

My only complaint is that I wonder why you have to take my picture when you already have a copy of my driver's license picture ID. I thought that was a bit overkill. Otherwise, my visit was excellent and ;your staff, expecially the lady who checked me out (the money taker I guess) were extremely nice and pleasant. GOOD JOB.

Having had shingles in my eye in the past few months, when my eye became red and iritated, I called the office. I did not have an appointment, The secretary talked to the doctor and I was told to come in as soon as I could and the doctor would see me. I am very pleased with my treatments at this doctor's office. I will be back.

No not really. I finally have 20/20 vision but still can't see. These are really wonderful people who take care of you and help you to see. From the receptionist, to Ms. Andrews, to the lady that helps you pick out your glasses. Thank you for making it so easy with filling out the info online and setting up the appointment online also.

Dr. Andrews is a very caring Doctor. She has been my doctor for over 10 years and has given me excellent care. I have several problems and she keeps me well taken care of! I have recommended several people to her and they are pleased as well. The staff is awesome. They are all very helpful and so pleasant. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Andrews.
