As always it was a very pleasant experience! The whole staff is as friendly as can be ! Dr. Kowitsch is so personable and easy going ! I had a New Dental hygienist assistant, whose name was Francisco and he made my next appointment, but forgot to give me a reminder card , and I guess they don’t give out any little Dental presents anymore !!! What I like allot is that I don’t have to wait hardly any before they call me to the exam room !!! Nice touch — I’ll be back !

This is my 2nd Great Experience with Dr. Brenda Hall. I can't recommend her highly enough! And the staff (front office and operating room) at AS&W LLC is over the top as well. Overall a good job by dental hygienist but my teeth were not cleaned as well as I’m accustomed to …… they certainly weren’t any whiter & lower half of my jaw teeth especially & backs of my teeth were not cleaned . Tartar was removed well . And hygienist was very personable but cleaning was not up to your usual standards

I had a cap replaced recently, and the proof of this dentistry's skills and ethics is encapsulated by this experience. I have had my teeth cleaned and observed by Drs. Giesler and Kovtich intermittently for years, and Dr. Kovitch has been keeping an eye on this particular molar with a pierced cap, regluing the cap at least twice in as many years. I felt no rush to change the cap before it became obvious that it needed to be replaced; however, the best testament to Dr. Kovitch's skills is in how the new cap has fit. I now believe that the old cap was fitted badly, not necessarily resulting in the subsequent hole, causing an imbalance in my bite. The new cap fits perfectly, and, in the way Dr. Kovitch has handled this matter, Atlanta Smiles has gained my full confidence and trust.

Hard to believe, but I have had a mixed experience with Dentists, and Dr. Kovitch represents the best. I've had a recurring (non-painful) problem with a molar cap, lasting several years. The care and recommendation I have received from Dr. Kovitch on this one issue, which alone is major, reflects the highest standard of professionalism and care. Dr. Kovitch is an excellent dentist. For years I suffered and spent $$$$ on dental issues - cracked teeth, root canals, etc. She figured out my problem was sleep apnea which was causing jaw pain and teeth problems (clinching and grinding my teeth while I slept). She fit me with a dental appliance that works great - no pain, great sleep and saving $$$$ because no more dental pain. She is caring, compassionate and very friendly. I highly recommend her as a dentist.

When I finally decided to have a Missing tooth replaced, Carissa sculpted an absolutely beautiful replacement for me. Many people loathe going to the dentist. I LOVE going to mine. Dr. Geisler brings joy to her work, and her dental hygienists are wonderful, too. Lari cleaned my teeth, and with education and humor, convinced me to start flossing again. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Geisler’s now for almost 13 or 14 years, maybe longer. The office and staff are the best—efficient and very friendly.

When it's more than just a cleaning, the anticipation of dental work is not fun. Had two crowns (temps) put in yesterday and the experience was as good as it gets, I believe.The 'bedside' manner of both Dr. Giesler & Sabre (spelled wrong) were 5 STAR. This practice has all the latest technology, and the dental experience has come a LONG, long way. I have a lot of confidence in this office having going here for over a decade. Fortunately I have not had to have, nor do they push, or sell you to do unnecessary work.So when the YEARS of waiting & watching these teeth came to, "it's time", this is where I want to be. No, they won't be the least expensive, but then drilling your teeth & getting shots in your mouth is NOT where you want to be cheap. I felt good, better than expected afterwards, really good today and I'm glad I went to Atlanta Smiles.

I was so impressed with everything until I got to the checkout desk. This was my first visit here and when I called to see that you were accepting new patients and if you accepted Cigna, I was told yes. After my initial consult and cleaning was my cleaning was finished. the dental hygienist walked me to the checkout desk where I was told " we aren't in network with any provider and never have been. This would have been great to know when I first called. Not after I have been there for an hour and seeing the dentist.

Amazing Dental care. Level of thoroughness and quality is impressive -- dentists, dental hygienists, front desk, etc. Been seeing them for many years. Very well run organization. Cons: -- Can't pay bills online -- Can't receive bills via email. They still send paper copies. Though receipts seem to come via email. -- Clear that everyone gets a commission on cosmetic dentistry. Moment I said "veneers" the whole office swooshed into action and everyone was coming to me. Felt sales-y. That said, I know their work product will be excellent as they did my veneers ~15 years ago (time to replace as they outlasted the 10 year they had said it would last -- again, testament to their quality)

Literally the best dentist I have ever had. Actually looks at my history before walking in to speak with me, communication on that team and the hospitatly is great. Dr. Kovitch also did an amazing job resculpting my broken tooth. I only gave 4 stars because they are not "in network" with any insurance company. Big bummer.

They are also at the forefront of dentistry and practice holistically and consider the patient's health and mental health. The dental by dentist was so patient with my 4 year old son! I had talked the visit up with my son before we went and the hygentist caught on to my ques! He spoke calmly and “played games” to get my son to cooperate. When it was my turn, he could tell I was having difficulty with the scraping portion of the visit. He changed to a water pick and asked multiple times if I was doing better. We were the last appointment of the day, but he and Dr Geisler took the time to speak with both my son and I in a repsefrful and caring way.

I took my 4 year old son with me to my appointment. This was his 3rd time to go to Dr. Kovitch and she was able to clean and look at his teeth! The hygentist did a fantastic job of making him feel comfortable and letting him make several choices. He was happy to leave with a "glove balloon" and a treasure box toy as well as a new tooth brush! My cleaning went smoothly as well.

I am so glad I found Atlanta Smiles. My first visit was for x-ray and cleaning. I don’t like going to the dentist but my experience with them has changed that. Dr. Giesler was wonderful when I met her for the first time. Finally, a dentist who made me feel like I’m not just a regular patient. She did not lecture me (like most of my other dentists in the past did). Also, I’ve always hated getting my teeth cleaned because they’re very sensitive. The hygienist, John, was absolutely a dream! No numbing cream of any kind and yet I did not feel any sensitivity. He was wonderful to talk to also. I’m going back for more dental work on my teeth and I must say I’m looking forward to it.

Thoroughly impressed from start to finish!!! Dr. Kovitch and staff are nothing less than AMAZING. If I could give you all 10 stars, I would!! Having a fear of dentists, I was apprehensive to say the least but the entire staff and especially John, took their time with me and completely made me feel at ease. I just love this Dental Practice! Katelyn did my cleaning and she was very friendly and efficient. Dr Dina did work on my two front upper teeth that had thinned and shortened. Also they had gum recession which she bonded. I am thrilled with the outcome and wish I had done it sooner! I will definitely refer friends to Dr. Dina Giesler, she's great!!!
