Great service and they had options for glasses I liked. The doctor was very through. I do wish I had received a receipt and itemized bill at the end. Also, I was double charged. I paid for my appointment upfront and was told they would reimburse me if my insurance covered the appointment. Which my insurance statement shows they did pay them also. However, I never received the reimbursement for the amount I paid for the appointment.

I came in complaining of episodes of blurred vision, thinking I might have a cataract problem. Dr. Chapman gave me a thorough exam and suggested that I may have had three TIAs in recent weeks. It's not often — like, never — that visiting your ophthalmologist results in a trip to the ER and being admitted to the hospital. After two CT scans, an MRI, an electro cardiogram, examination by three physicians, and a salisbury steak, all negative, I was discharged and told to limit salt and fat, which I do anyway. Thank you Dr. Chapman for your diagnosis. Now that I know what the symptoms for a TIA are I can react appropriately and immediately.

Nice people at this place. Very helpful. My only objection was the long waiting times I experienced. I was actually at this place for 2 1/2 hours. That was a bit too long I think, but I was happy with the results and would go again.

I was the only person in the store with a mask on. The optometrist only put one on because I had one on. He then went on to even explain that he had C+ a couple of times, but still doesn't see it as worth being automatically masked. What about the immunocompromised? To have a profession in HEALTHCARE and be that close to people's faces without a mask seems like MADNESS. Additionally, they rack up the bill with all these things they claim you REALLY need. My copay was $10 and when all was said and done with the add-ons and whatnot, my total was almost $200. I think that's kind of nefarious business practices. Additionally about 90% of the frames they have on display look exactly the same, just different brand names. No variety in the selection at all, so I opted to keep the frames I already have.

Dr Anthony Chapman and his staff are very friendly, professional and attentive. A private practice is much more personal and for me, much preferred over a “big box” atmosphere. His selection of frames was adequate as well. He discovered my husband’s glaucoma and referred him to another doctor, and we are grateful for that.

I chose Today’s Vision and Dr. Hayder because it was on my new insurance plan and near my home. It was very easy to submit my patient info online. The doctor and staff were kind and thorough. I never felt rushed. I saw them sanitize the eye equipment between patients. And I quickly found a new pair of glasses— which surprised me, because I’m very picky!

Purchased “special” frames, told lenses were already in house, single vision and would be ready same day. Apparently they just wanted to dump these frames because when I called about glasses was told they did not have lenses and they would be ready in a week, They should have checked before we left so we could pick out different frames or made another decision. Poor customer service. And they never told me. I had to call back to find out why glasses weren't ready

Can't reccomend this office enough! Helped, when I really needed it. I booked the appointment online and never noticed the appointment was for the following day. I came in same day, and they were able to work me in in a couple of hours. I really needed to be seen for a situation with one eye. Very compassionate and helpful staff as well as Dr. Chapman who ensured no stone left unturned to resolve my issue. Definitely will return.

I had a lot of anxiety about going to an eye Dr, since being diagnosed with thyroid eye disease I have not been able to get an accurate prescription. Dr Chapman was very careful and thorough with checking for anything problematic in my eyes, and I’m relieved that my new prescription means I’ll be seeing things less blurry than I have in 2 years.

Location, parking, ambience and staff made my visit perfect. We can even purchase frames and lenses right there same day. The selection is vast. My new glasses will arrive in Santa Fe by June 1st. The young women up front were.professional and friendly. Made my visit engaging and joyful. Tanya was precise and focused measuring and marking the lenses for my prescription.
