I've been a patient at Apple Family Dental since 2016. Dr. Gourley and staff are top notch. Just yesterday I had a crown done and out of the blue Dr. Gourley suggested I get a filling done at the top of my front tooth that was receding. I didn't even know that was an option. I can't believe what a difference it makes when I see that front tooth now. THANK YOU for making my smile look better. I LOVE APPLE FAMILY DENTAL!!

My last visit was very good. There was a lot of work to be done and it was all explained well to me and made sure I was good with what all needed to be done. The staff was informative, professional, and all worked well together. As the procedure went a long, I was kept informed and given the opportunity to rest. I was shown pictures of the affected areas and the finished work. I was impressed by the care of the staff and the dentist. I would definitely recommend Apple Family Dental.

my first visit all went well

this was hands down the WORST experience i have ever had at a dentist office. i don’t mind going to the dentist. i’ve had a decent amount of dental work done. i enjoy going to the dentist…. i have many many words to say about this experience. but i’ll keep it relatively short. i got a filling/developing cavity worked on. they numbed me then i sat there for 30-45mins waiting for the dentist to come back. during the procedure she walked away from me multiple times. one to help another customer. and 2 separate times to answer PERSONAL phone calls. one in regards to having a tv delivered. while i sat there with my mouth propped open. after she came back from one of those distractions she came back and tried to start drilling in the completely wrong side of my mouth which was NOT numb. the dental assistant had to stop her. she was EXTREMELY rough the entire time. acted like she was rushing through the work which isn’t a good look or make anyone feel comfortable or safe. when working in someone’s mouth you CANNOT make as aggressive of movements or move as fast at she was. she was so rough that my jaw and mouth are still sore. she acted inconvenienced every time i winced in pain. i was holding back tears the entire time. at the end of the appointment i told her my tooth still felt really rough and she attempted to fix it multiple times. i told her it still didn’t feel right and she said i was fine and could come back and get it fixed if anything was wrong. with an 1 1/2 hr drive to your location i cannot just come in and fix it. i will be going to a different dentist to now fix what she did. it still doesn’t feel right. it literally felt 10x better before she touched me. i know have a huge gap in my teeth. it still feels rough like sand paper. and my jaw is sore to the point of not being able to open all the way because of how rough she was in my mouth. i immediately canceled my appointment in january and had my profile marked at inactive.

I was forced to retire during the pandemic. Religious belief I was not taking the vaccine. Apple Family did a deep clean on me and was very gentle. Then had to get a crown and they worked with me on paying. They were very helpful in putting the crown on that it did not hurt. Over all they do great work!

I wasn't looking forward to the root canal, but everything went really well. I was kept informed throughout the procedure which helped with my anxiety. Someone from the office called to check on me the next morning which I appreciated. Thankfully, I was feeling fine and had no pain. I would highly recommend Dr. Gourley and her staff. They are fantastic!

Excellent staff! Not happy with the Dentist!! Seems to concentrate on making a lot of money. Would not recommend it to others. My husband had a horrible first visit due to Dentist not able to do her job. Should've referred him to an expert but didn't and failed. Will search for a new Dentist.

The visit went so smoothly from the moment I walked in. Their reception staff is very friendly and helpful. I really liked the questions on the intake paperwork, it asked very specific questions about the things you're comfortable being asked at the appointment, and any preferences or sensory issues. I've never been to a dental office that cared to ask those questions and it felt very inviting and made me feel relaxed about my visit. My hygienist helped me answer so many questions and was so kind and knowledgeable. The dentist, Dr. Gorley was also very kind, took her time but did what she needed to promptly. It was one of the best dental experiences I've had!

The hygenists treated me wonderful and saved the day. Howver the dentist was rude and didn’t give me the time of day. I had some concerns in regards to my invisaline retainers which had nothing to do with her, I was not implying she had done anything wrong, she was incredibly dismissive and acted very irritated with me. Amy offered to contact invisaline and the issue was resolved quickly and without help from the dentist. I will not be returning.I left my appointment rattled but greatful for Amy and the other staff.

The staff are great- with the exception of the new receptionist who gas lighted me a few months ago. Care was good, only wish they were more transparent about the costs of the procedures. Though within acceptable rates for the industry (on the low side, even)I was surprised by the almost $1000 price tag and probably would have shopped around or gotten insurance.

I have never in my life felt so comfortable with a dentist as I did with Dr Gourley. She herself, went out of her way to make me comfortable.Tthe staff is outstnnding. All of them!! I am concerned with the attitude of the pain level when administering the Novocaine. Suck it up, is what I am hearing in the tone of voice. Not my best experience with a needle in my mouth. When the novocaine shot brings instant tears it says a lot in my book. These shots are never pleasant but a pain level of 10 is uncalled for and the attitude of deal with it doesn't set right with me.

I don't particularly like going to the dentist, but I always feel comfortable at Apple Dental. They take the time to listen to my concerns and to make sure I know exactly what is going on with my teeth and what fixes, if any, I need. They also stand behind their work, so if a filling or some repair doesn't hold up like it is supposed to, they take care of the replacement or "do-over" for free.

I was in a lot of pain during my last visit. Dr. Gourley fixed that. Thank you. I don't ever want to feel that pain again. At the same time, I made a lot of decisions that day that I may not have made had I not felt desperate for relief. I wanted solutions. I acted hastily. I asked about getting a partial -- or implants -- to relieve the pressure on that tooth. I agreed to a CAT scan so that Dr. Gourley could develop a plan of action. I scheduled an appointment to have the tooth extracted to make way for the partial. Now, several days later, I'm at home. The pain is gone. I feel better. I asked my friends and family a lot of questions about partials, and I did some research online. Many have had partials and opted not to use them. Said they were painful and uncomfortable. I decided I want more time to figure out what I want. For that reason, I cancelled the extraction. I don't know what I want to do at this point.

Dr. Gourley removed three of my wisdom teeth on this visit. As always, the staff was great to work with. They got me all numbed up and when the doctor came in for the procedure, she poked around the area thoroughly to make sure I couldn't feel anything. I felt the tiniest bit in one area and she numbed it up some more before proceeding. The procedure was surprisingly fast and easy; she had all three out in less than 30 minutes. No pain at all. She gave me info on managing the pain in the future and told me what to expect. It's been a week and a half and things are pretty much healed up there. It went much better than I was expecting. I'm happy I had it done here and wish I wouldn't have waited so long. I highly recommend Apple Family Dental!

The dental professionalism is as anyone would ever hope to expect. I love Dr. Gourley’s Russian accent. She, definitely, genuinely cares for people. I don’t have children, but she has the right human spirit for the treatment of children as well as everyone else. This last experienced appointment was with Dr. Dell(?), unsure of spelling, and he was solid. It was a very comfortable experience.

I am a very nervous dental patient. It doesn’t matter if I’m just scheduled for a cleaning, I’m a dread it every day until I get to the dental office, that’s right where my anxiety ends. The moment I walk in the door and get greeted so kindly, by name. It’s only a few moments and I am welcomed in by Breezy, who is an expert hygienist. Her abilities calm my nerves as does her gentle touch. Then Dr. Gourley approaches to examine. Dr. Gourley always makes me feel like I’m her most important patient! She too is gentle and very sincere. After my appointment ends and I’m driving home I ask myself ‘why the heck do I get so worked up?’ It’s so simple. The staff at Apple Dental are all experts and really care about their patient’s experience.

This has been a new dental practice for me after close to 30years at another office. I have had 5 crowns, bone graft and sinus lift to prepare for an implant. Quite a bit of work in one year. Your first plan was changed because the work toward crowning failed. I don't know why. I didn't know if my tooth still has root canal. If so I would not do anything on it since it doesn't hurt me. However, you should continue with the new plan. It's ok.
