My husband and I are new patients of Dr. Martin and have both been impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. They managed to get my husband seen at short notice for a chipped tooth and will also call you if they can get you in earlier than the original scheduled time. The facility is modern, very clean and well organised. It takes a lot to impress my husband but he came back with glowing reviews after a very positive visit.. My routine check-up was a very pleasant experience. I'm really happy we made the switch to ART Dentistry!

I was beyond pleasantly surprised by how wonderful my first visit to this dentist was! Erin, my hygienist was so very kind, gentle, patient and knowledgeable. She asked all the right questions about my teeth and my health and then gently gave my teeth the best cleaning I’ve ever experienced. The front staff was both courteous and welcoming. As someone who has a couple of dentist phobias, I left smiling and feeling calm and thankful to have found Dr. Martin and his staff. They truly could not have been nicer!

When I was brought into the room, the dentist was already there preparing things. I had been there for a cleaning when this dentist was out and was seen by a fill in dentist. Dr. Martin was new to me and never introduced himself to me. My old dentist always explained what he was going to do, but Dr. Martin did not. He fixed my tooth and I am happy with that but he was not very friendly to the patient, although him and his assistant talked the whole time. I would return to him because his prices are very reasonable. Every one else in the office was very friendly.

I was scheduled for prophylaxis and a periodic oral evaluation. The hygienist did her usual good job. I shared a dental concern with her. She told me what she thought the problem might be. When she was finished she told me the Doctor would be in. After a 15 minute wait she informed me that the doctor was unavailable. She offered to complete a treatment plan. I demurred. I do not believe hygienists should be doing such plans. I left the exam room and paid my bill. Upon my return home I realized that I had been charged for the "periodic oral evaluation". I called the office and they did credit the account. The receptionist stated that the hygienist did not inform her that the evaluation had not been done.

I will tell you what I wrote in the groupon survey: I was warmly welcomed by a very accommodating front office staff. I was quickly seen as scheduled. Whether she is a dental technician or a dental hygienist, at first impression I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient Erin Cook was. There was no wasted motion in anything she did. Then I was happy to see how thorough and knowledgeable she was. When the doctor arrived, they consulted on my x-rays and my teeth. I left satisfied to the point of calling Elizabeth Acker, a fellow patient who had recommended Dr. Martin, and thanked her profusely. I had given Art Dentistry a five star review with the added comment, "If there is absolutely not one complaint, isn't that the definition of five star?" I have been coming to this office for years now and found out that a co-worker had been going to this office as well. We were chatting about how great our dental visits and cleanings etc. have always been. We mentioned how we love the staff yada yada...I'm thinking she's going to try to convince me to switch, but I'm pretty sure she'll have a better experience with Dr. Martin and his staff. At the end of it, we finally disclose the name of the office only to find out we go to the same one! You know you've found a great place to go when the best reviews are given by word of mouth. For those of you who are worried about Covid and cleanliness etc. My parents are retired and live with me. High risk, over 72, cancer survivor and diabetes in their history. Of course I was hesitant to make an appointment. From the moment I walked in, the entire time, I felt safe. The place the was clean and they were taking all necessary precautions. Worries drifted away.

The staff is nice. The office is nice. The dentist is pretty much a waste of time trying to get a treatment plan in your hands. Todd Martin walked in with a mask, thankfully, and a dental loupe - those magnifying glasses that make a person look like an alien. He said 3 words to me - and to my daughter during her visit, since I purchased two Groupons: "I'm Dr. Martin." At least we got our teeth cleaned, however, I'll never go back nor would I recommend this practice.

Another perfect visit to ART Dentistry! Just had a cleaning today but it was a pleasant visit, as always. Front desk reception was fast and courteous. My appointment started on time. The dental hygienist was friendly and the cleaning was pain-free. Dr. Martin took a look at the end and was thorough and friendly as usual. Best Dentist I've ever been to. Everything from scheduling, cleanings, fillings, crowns and insurance is handled very well. The quality of dentistry is excellent. Fillings and crowns fit perfectly. I Have been going to Art Dentistry for about 12 years and it has only gotten better! On my last visit for a regular cleaning I have been working with my dental assistant on troubled areas, I left their office not really able to see what the real result looked like. To my astonishment in my car mirror I could not ever remember my teeth so clean, white and shining! I've been going here for a few years now and have been really happy with them! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I always schedule cleanings (with Erin, who is awesome!) 6 months out so have never had issues with appointments there, but have had to make a few emergency appointments, and they've always been able to see me within 24 hours. I've had to have both a filling and a crown replacement in the last year and thought they did a great job communicating what needed to be done & why, as well as working with my terrible insurance after as they kept trying to deny the claim. Dr Martin did a great job with the work itself - I hadn't had a filling done since I was a kid (I'm 35 now) and was expecting it to be way more painful than it was. He does a great job at administering the novocaine - I genuinely couldn't even feel it, and the work was done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend going here.

Always a great experience! This is my second time coming to ART Dentistry and I have to commend them on how safe they made me feel considering the current circumstances. You could tell they are taking extra precautionary measures to protect their clients and themselves, and it took any apprehension I could have possibly had away. A very nice, clean, and centrally-located dental office in South Park. Very friendly staff, state-of the art equipment for x-rays and other procedures. Both the hygienist and dentist are happy to spend time with you as discuss your issues. So far (with insurance) their prices seem reasonable. No terrible wait times, either.

Very grateful to finding Dr Martin! Thankful he's been my dentist and husband's for over 5 years now. Everyone there is so nice and personal. I know Dr Martin doesn't do quick fixes and finds the best ways to improve the work that's always needed when something big comes up. This was one of the best dentist visits I have had in a while. They weren’t rough and they were very attentive to my needs as a person and not just a dollar sign walking into their office. The receptionist was amazing and very helpful when it came to everything down to my insurance and the hygienist April was amazing!!! She was very friendly and had great service when it came to treating me right. And she made sure I was comfortable and she was honest with me about everything and what to expect down the line, and things of that sort. I am very fortunate to have found such an amazing dentist Dr. Todd for being so great when it came to my symptoms and not trying to find a way to make me do something I did not have to. I have had some really bad experiences, and this made up for all of it. Thank you so much A.R.T Dentistry .

Thank goodness my dear friend Kathy recommended ART Dentistry. I mentioned the difficulty I was experiencing trying to locate a dentist who understood the dental needs for seniors. At 67 years of age my dental needs are quite different from a 21 year old. Dr Todd Martin takes into consideration all factors and works with his patients at what is best for the individual, not what makes the most money for his practice. Two fillings and one crown later and I'm good for another year. Perfect!

Had a really great experience at ART. I went in for a cleaning and honestly was expecting them to try to sell me a bunch of other things I didn't want but I was pleasantly surprised. April was my hygienist and she was amazing. Very warm and friendly and did a thorough job on my teeth. She also did a bunch of x rays to make sure everything was okay. What was most impressive is Dr. Todd himself came at the end and spent few minutes going everything to make sure it was done right. Overall 5 star experience!

Great visit (as far as going to a dentist can be...even dentists do like getting dental work...LOL) I received a thorough cleaning/scaling, complete x-rays and dental exam. The dental assistant April was excellent! No cutting corners because I used Groupon! I wish they were closer though...took me an hour to get there from Kannapolis, but the quality of the service was worth it. .

My experience at ART Dentistry was a pleasant one. Wait time was minimal. The staff was pleasant and efficient. The cleaning was very thorough, more so than at my previous dentist. Dr. Martin pointed out two areas that needed attention that may become problems if left unattended. I opted for the optional oral cancer screening which was reasonably priced. A follow-up appointment was easily setup to take care of the additional work that I need. I'm a new patient so my experience with ART Dentistry is limited but so far I am impressed with the professionalism of this practice.

I always enjoy how my teeth feel after getting a cleaning from Art Dentistry. I forget the name of the woman who cleans my teeth, but I feel that she does a very good job and I enjoy chatting with her during my appointment. Another nice thing is the TV overhead that you can watch and change the channels with a remote and the chairs also have a gentle massage that rubs your back throughout the appointment.

About 20 years ago I walked into Dr Martin's practice with a mouthful of dental issues from growing up in a country with no Floride in the water and less than stellar dental work. Erin was super gentle during my cleaning, which to me is a must, as I tend to have fairly sensitive teeth/gums. Despite me being one of his last patients of the day, Dr Martin took time to reviewed my x-rays and teeth very thoroughly, keeping me on good dental track. It is as people say -- if you don't take care of your teeth, they will go away. Between Dr Martin and Erin, I feel my teeth are always taken care of by the best professional hands out there.

The entire staff at ART Dentistry is top notch. I made a last minute appointment and they took me right in and treated me like I'd been a patient for 20 years. My wife has been a patient for a few years now and for someone who is super anxious about going to the dentist, she always raves about them after each appointment. Exam rooms include massaging exam chairs and a tv with full cable to distract your mind if you are the anxious type. Cannot speak highly enough about this entire practice.

I always ask for Erin - my teeth are quite sensitive, and in my experience of three+ years with Art Dentistry, Erin has the most delicate touch and the gentlest hands of all. This visit was for a cleaning and everything was great as I've come to expect from my visits. I was greeted by a very friendly front desk person. I arrived a little early and I was taken in early by the hygienist. She was very friendly as she always has been when she cleaned my teeth in the past. Dr. Martin conducted a cancer pre-screening when the cleaning was complete and he was very thorough and expressed any concerns. An all around great visit!

In my some 65 years I have been to many dentist. Having moved from states and cities my dental experience has been extensive and included many procedures. I will have to say I have never been to a practice so efficient, and so thoroughly professional. From the lobby to the examine room, not only is your dental care of utmost importance, but every aspect of the appointment was dealt with in a manner that made you feel like an important patient. The integrity demonstrated in every step, by each person absolutely astounded me. I did not feel they were rushing me through, and Dr. Martin's exam was so thorough. The cancer screening was a new plus for me! The hygienist was full of information and instruction, did not rush the procedure, and gave me helpful tips. Genuine consideration for me, and each part of the dental process was shown by the entire staff. I cannot say enough about this appointment. Tops in quality, technology, treatment, and professionalism.

This is the first time Liz did my semi-annual cleaning. My teeth are sensitive, yet Liz made the experience very easy. She was so very gentle and extremely thorough at the same time, explaining everything she did and why (which was quite interesting). I made my 6 month cleaning visit last week. I was met with a smile and taken to what would be my station for the hour. My technician took time to check any concerns that I may have had, proceeded to inspect my mouth and began my cleaning. This session I noticed was a ittle harder than previous one, because I had not flossed as I should have. But, not a peep from my technician who looked like a miner going to work to chip away at a difficult spot. The feeling that I had afterward was complete cleanliness and ready to chew again voweling to do better the next 6 months. They are so understanding. Thanks Guys!

Dr Martin and his staff are consistently the best dentist that I have ever had. I have complete confidence and trust in the treatment that I receive there. Beyond the outstanding dental treatment that I consistently enjoy the staff is absolutely great. Heather is always there to greet you with a smile. She handles all of your scheduling needs and does a flawless job in handling my insurance. The Dental Hygienist are very thorough and do an excellent job in explaining specifics about your dental health. And they do a great job cleaning your teeth. I have and will continue to reccommend ART Dentistry to all my Freinds, coworkers and neighbors.

my initial fone call to the this ofice to set an appt. was handled by Heather, who asked all the pertinent queries and set-up an appt. for me. First visit to this office was very "uneventful." The office staff greeted me immediaely - gave me info sheets to complete and I was taken care of very "friendly" fashion. KUDOS goes to Heather, in the front office.
