Dr Lexingburg is the true meaning of Phenomenal. I went to Associated skin care stressed and walked away like the world had been lifted from my shoulders. I called for an emergency visit as a first time patient and was seen the same day, just hours after the call. They took the majority of information over the phone so I did not have to fill out millions of papers. When I arrived, the office staff was friendly and the waiting area warm.amd inviting. I was taken promptly and the nurse and doctor were both personable and knowledgeable. I was quite pleased with the practice as a whole.and would highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

People are nice but the prices for injections and Botox are way too high. The prices are 25% to 40% higher. 1 syringe is $300 more than what other office charge and the service is exactly the same. Your services don’t justify the high prices. There isn’t a big enough or obvious difference between you and others. And the eye cream is $10 higher when buying it at the office than what you can buy it for directly on the eye cream company’s website. Your overcharge for no reason.

Unfortunately I waited 50 minutes past my appointment time for my consultation with Dr Jane Lisko. I asked a nurse 25 minutes into my wait time if she could check on my appointment, she said she did but also seemed bothered by me asking her anything. Another 25 minutes passed and I asked another nurse to please check on my appointment. Finally 50 minutes, nearly an hour Dr Jane Lisko walks to my room and I hear her say, “ no one told me that I had a patient!” Very frustrating! How can I trust a doctor to cut open my face and remove cancer if I can’t see any sense of organization at their facility! I was so disappointed because I’ve had good experiences at other Associated Skin Care locations. The doctor also told me that with a mohs surgery near my eye I should expect to have 2 black eyes for a while- this was not what I heard when I sought out a 2nd opinion! I’m NOT doing my mohs with Dr Lisko!

Feels like a reputable place that isn't going to do something just to make money. This past appt felt rushed. I sat in the waiting room for 10 min; arrived at 2:15pm, my appt was at 2:20pm. I was shown to a room around 3:30pm. I then started to feel ignored. I heard voices of another patient who came into the office after me in the next room seeing the doctor...hmmm, that did not feel right. I came out of my room at 4pm because I was worried someone forgot me? The doctor was there and she came in in around 5min; she seemed rushed that day....and I'm hoping it was just this day; have not experienced this in the past.

I was happy when I called the clinic to make an appointment that you could give me an appointment pretty quickly. Sometimes when I called to make appointments with providers these days, it can be two to three months or more to get in to see someone. The only concern I have with any annual skin checks I have had is how quickly the physician does the exam. I know dermatologists are trained to see things quickly, but sometimes it feels like not enough time is taken. Also, in the past with other providers, it was always noted in my chart to watch specific moles or spots. I did not hear the doctor specifically call out any specific moles or spots to put in my chart as ones that bear watching.

Great staff, except when I made my last appointment. I was not old it would be at the Eden Prairie location. So on the day of my appointment, when I should up at Maple Grove office. I had a 25-minute drive, with only 15 minutes to make it in. I have never been to the Eden Prairie office before and don't plan on doing it again. In addition, Maple Grove office could have called the Eden Prairie office to advise, I was on the way. But they did not.

I needed help and I got the surgical treatment I needed. The entire process was as pleasant and professional as it could be. This is in sharp contrast to a mis-diagnosis and lack of treatment I received at a different clinic. Everything about the procedure and my subsequent self care at home was explained, and all questions answered. The atteneding nurse was very pleasant and helpful, and I have utmost confidence in Dr. Fish's skill and competence. I feel very grateful for the care I received. The new tech is great! But before she was there, major scheduling issues, I got cancelled as I was in the parking lot walking into my appointment. The old tech would leave me sitting in the waiting area for 10 minutes or more. I was rescheduled multiple times due to the machine breaking and the tech getting let go. The first 4 treatments did not work well. Then pricing changed. Overall not a good experience at all. Again, the new Tech is GREAT. I used to feel like I got excellent care, but in the last 12-18 months I feel like I have very little time with the doctor. I am in and out of the exam room in about 12-15 mins. The office visits are half the time they used to be and cost the same if not more. It took 6 months to reschedule an appt. do you really have that many patients that it takes 6 months to reschedule for a 15 min appt? The level of care has gone down significantly.

I just had a full body exam yesterday which took maybe 2 minutes. I wasn't even asked to lay on my stomach so she could look my legs that I was sitting on. I had to ask the doctor to look at my scalp. I will drive back to Iowa were the doctor has a little microscope thing she use to look at spots and moles, measures the size of suspicious looking moles or spots. Very disappointed in the doctor I saw today. Also, I do not think a nurse should have long pointed finger nails working in a medical environment.

This clinic was absolutely wonderful. The CMA and Provider went above and beyond with explaining everything that would occur. Both were incredibly friendly and personable. My stitches were on my temple and the CMA was kind enough to redo my bandages to make sure my glasses fit as best as possible. I would highly recommend this office again just for the pleasant staff experience alone.

I had and always have had an excellent experience, however last year I recommended the clinic to my husband who had a horrible experience. He had an hour long wait between the waiting room and exam room and when he stepped out of the exam room to see what the problem was the person who saw him was abrupt. He was told that this was due to covid and that he didn’t get on the doctor’s schedule. He left without being seen. As I said I have always had good experiences so I was saddened and embarrassed by my husband’s experience. So, I would be hesitant to recommend other people to your clinic.

I have all the respect for my dermatologist, Jane! I have no one to compare her to but she has helped me with my problems very well. You have to get to know someone like this to have respect for that person and I do!

Dr. Norland has always been so kind and gentle and answers any questions but really explains things in great detail. I haven’t found another Dermotologist quite like her. I drove 3 hours just to see her!!!!
