Dr. Lee does such an excellent job....I've had botox from at least a half dozen providers in the past? And NO ONE does it as well as her! She does lots of small injections, and the result is, lines are gone but my forehead still moves! She's a BOSS.

Dr. Erin caught the tiniest mole that turned out to be melanoma. During the procedure she was very thoughtful to be super chatty to get me distracted by other things. I can be a fainter. I had no trouble whatsoever through the entire procedure. Her and her tech were an awesome team.

The first impression is the beautiful airy space. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was no waiting. I felt very confident with Dr Lee's examination of me, her exlpanation from her exam was very professional and kind. Several different treatment options were discussed with me but no pressure to follow up on any of them. I was given the price of the different treatment options, and once I decided on the plan, I was able to make an appointment in a very reasonable amount of time.

Initially I was referred to Dr Fish from an outside dermatologist for Mohs procedure on a fairly aggressive skin cancer in 2020. All went well and I continued on with Associated Skin Care. Dr Luxenberg gives me my 6 month exams. I strongly recommend her and the organization.

Dr. Lee is great! I can't wait to see her again for my filler. It was my first time meeting Dr. Lee. I previously saw Dr. Prawer before I moved to an area closer to Uptown. Both are amazing. Dr. Lee carefully listened to my concerns, answered all questions, and seamlessly injected like the artist she is. I am so grateful you offer Botox for Hyperhydrosis because it's literally changed my life. I've worked with some medical providers who offer this but do not bill insurance, instead requesting cash only. This comment is unrelated to Dr. Lee but office staff were extremely loud. In the waiting room and in the treatment room, I could hear staff loudly laughing. When I left, no one at the front desk said good-bye. They were talking to each other and laughing. It did not bother me, but some patients may not appreciate that.

The new Linden Hills Office though, does not provide much privacy in the waiting area, registration, nor examination rooms where conversations from other rooms, hallways, and staff rooms are audible. The waiting area had every seat occupied inches from each other, and it was obvious that people were waiting for aesthetics procedures which most clients prefer to keep as private information. Need better sound proofing???

Doctor was great. However, i believe they were a little behind schedule. When that happens, communicate and consider letting patients stay in the waiting room with clothes on. I was early for my appointment, and was immediately brought back to the exam room. Nurse that went over my information felt very rushed and cold. Then told me to undress and the doctor would be in shortly. And that's how I sat for more than 30 minutes. It's too cold to be sitting in that room for that long with a napkin for cover. And being left without any communication from the staff, I felt forgotten about. Doctor was great and professional and thorough. Maybe just change some procedures to improve the comfort of your patients.

Dr.Lee explained what my prescription would do for me and explained a laser procedure for my broken capillaries. She also explained a cool sculpting procedure for my neck.Her assistant removed several milia painlessly and efficiently. I had a great experience and better able move forward with a clearer vision.

Dr Lee is the BEST!! She is compassionate and empathetic. She is helping both my daughters with their acne struggles. She is a great listener and really understands what these girls are going through. She thoroughly explains the various options and pros/cons, helps them understand the various "jobs" each product in their routine does. My girls love her and trust her! Its a 45 minute drive for us to get to her but we won't see anyone else. I HIGHLY recommend her!

I was able to get an apt with Dr Lee--due to a cancellation--to treat impetigo. She prescribed an ointment and said I should call if it got worse and would prescribe an oral antibiotic. Two days later, the impetigo was much worse. I called early on Friday (July 7) morning, and the receptionist transferred me to voicemail telling me to leave a message, and Dr Lee would call back. The message (Ashley) said they were not in the office "every other Friday." After leaving my message, I called back to see if this was one of Dr. Lee's Fridays off. The receptionist said no, that Dr. Lee was definitely present on that day and would be calling me. I waited all day for a call back, and ended up getting into a minute clinic on Friday evening for an antibiotic.

It was disappointing to see your pride flags in your pen holders right in my face as I’m filling out paperwork. And immediately asking me to put on a mask for an empty waiting room!! This isn't something to flaunt to your customers who do not agree with your views: keep it professional and keep politics and personal viewpoints out of the workplace. The mask request was ridiculous! I have other doctors offices that actually tell me that it’s fine to not wear one, so why? Why am I the one to tell YOU that the pandemic is long over. I think I know why, and it’s very disappointing. Only 3 stars from me, could have easily been 5 stars with making good decisions.

When I came in for my appointment on June 20th at 11:20am. The receptionist said it was cancelled. The receptionist stated they were having problems with the computer regarding scheduling. She went back to see if she could fit me in for my follow up basil cell surgery. She came back and stated they could get me in. I waited for another 20 minutes watching patients going in after me. Finally, I asked the receptionist what was takin so long. She went back to find out what the status was. She came back and stated it would be 5 minutes. Well, I gave it 6 minutes and requested to cancel my appointment and copay. I walked out furious and did not reschedule. I called my wife about the issue. She wanted me to go back in. I refused because I was to upset. My wife was concerned because it was a basil cell. She called the clinic and rescheduled my appointment on June 30th. Surgery went well. The frustration I had was to reschedule my working schedule again and setting up another appointment.
