From the minute you walk into the building it’s obvious they give their best. The facility is always clean, top to bottom, everyone is truly invested in giving you the health care you came for. Rarely do you need to ask any questions because you are always informed of what to expect

Dental hygienist Lieu was very sweet, kind and patient with my two little ones who are 1 and 4. She was very welcoming and helpful when I had any questions for myself and kids. I'm always happy with the staff here but felt Lieu went the extra mile at both mine and my kids' appointments yesterday. Thank you!

Excellent dental experience! It was my initial visit and I was extremely impressed! I was a little anxious initially but my nerves were calmed as soon as I entered the room. Jackie my hygienist was very calming and made the appointment anxiety free! Dr Zingaro was also very easy to talk to and thorough! Also the location is only at most 5 minutes away from me. What’s not to like😁

It was a very long time since I’ve been to the dentist due to horrible experiences, and now I know I won’t hesitate to go anymore! The dentist was also gentle and kind and I left there upbeat actually looking forward to my next visit!

From Marleen - - - I have been very impressed with Boulevard Family Dental and their expertise in the work they do. Dr. Zingaro takes his time with you and explains everything he is doing during the procedure. I could not be happier with the end result. The girls at this practice are fantastic. Diana, Katrina, Chris and Naomi make you feel very comfortable and really seem to understand every aspect of each visit. The two different hygienists that I have seen for my cleanings have also been great. I am so happy that I found this office and I would highly recommend them for any dental needs.

I was pleasantly surprised how there was zero pain for my first dental checkup in almost 10 years (i know way to long lol) EVERYONE in the office was super friendly and happy and answered any questions i had (even the dumb ones) this is definitely my family's new dentist.

I love Blvd Family Dental. Dr Zingaro was efficient and talked me through my entire procedure. He was fast and thorough. I had multiple extractions and felt almost no soreness or pain afterward. The hygienist Lon (not sure of the spelling) never made me feel embarrassed and the dentist Dr Zingaro (I think) is wonderful. He crowned my front 4 teeth and straightened my smile...what a difference and I am in the process of having more teeth crowned for an even straighter smile. Unbelievable. I can't thank them enough

October 28, 2019 was my first visit. My appointment was for 1:50pm. Reception staff both on the phone and in person was excellent. Dental hygienist did not make my first appointment enjoyable at all. She was curt, impersonal and seemed like she was rushing through the whole process. While I understand the need to get patients in and out quickly, I felt uncomfortably rushed. She did not explain anything she was doing or about to do and while using the water pick, I had water flowing out of my mouth and going down my chin and neck. She left the air suction hooked onto my mouth haphazardly and did not appear to care about the patient but only getting the job done as fast as possible. If I do decide to come back for my next appointment in April, I am requesting a different hygienist. That being said, Dr. Zingaro came in afterwards to have a look and was extremely professional, explanatory, engaging and personable. He is a perfect example of the treatment most patients look for.

The office was beautiful and the service I received was wonderful. Everyone there was very nice. The dental hygienist Sam was wonderful and made me feel really comfortable while I was there. I like how when she told me to do something she thoroughly explained the reasons why instead of just giving me a list of infections of things to do.

The people at the front desk and dental hygienist are wonderful! I know that the current dentist is leaving and I am hoping that the new dentist is wonderful. I have only had cleanings and most visits we're good. This particular visit was alarming. No dentist should even admit to 'over looking' ones x-rays because it's a Friday. Not professional. I understand human error, but let's stay focused on your patients health at all days/times please! Because of this comment, I will be getting a second opinion from the new dentist.

The office staff and hygienist are always very kind to me. I have to change my appointments frequently because of having three small children and they have always been great about it. The dentist has been very friendly in the past to me. However, this past visit, she was not. I need to get a tooth pulled and some additional work done that I've put off due to being pregnant, newborn and still nursing. I have anxiety to get the work done and this visit she was rude about it. She would barely look at my face and talked down to me. Yes, I know I should have done this before but I had a newborn at my last appointment and it wasn't a good time. I left almost in tears due to her rudeness and I'm not sure I want to continue using this office.

Frequently when it’s time to pay the bill is incorrect and yesterday’s visit was no different, first the woman had the wrong patient,then I was being charged for x-rays that I had done 6 months ago, so why was I asked to have them again? and I declined that. I understand everyone makes mistakes but I am not exaggerating when it’s every time.

The Dr. numbed my upper mouth up. I had only a little pain during the procedure, The pain was not that bad at the time, so I didn't say anything. I thought it was odd that my upper lip was feeling pain at all. It felt like a piece of metal was being pressed against my upper lip for leverage. It left a sore on my upper lip which is still sore today. I was very disappointed in the care I received.

I cannot thank Dr. Kacalski enough! I was utterly terrified of dentists after a really bad experience in my 20s. I finally knew enough was enough and that I needed to be pro-active and face my fears. I saw Dr. K and immediately knew I was in good hands. The thought of a root canal, crown and some additional work was very scary for me, but each and every visit/appointment he was so caring, sweet and walked me through everything. I will never put my dental health on the back burner ever again. The front office staff, hygienists and dental assistants during my procedures were all amazing. I am forever grateful and thankful for this practice and Dr. Kacalski!

For the third appointment in a row I had a different dentist. This does not make me happy. My hygienist is amazing and she is the consistent one I see. I have been having a problem and I feel this last dentist completely dismissed me. She said if it continues we can look into it. I have been saying this has been bothering me for over 3 years so I'm not sure how long it needs to continue. I asked her at what point will they look further into this and she could not give me a definitive answer. I am completely frustrated and unfortunately may have to look for another dentist who will actually listen to me. Basically if you have no problems and just looking for a great teeth cleaning, they are amazing! If you have something wrong go to a dentist who has more experience.

I've been going to this office for a few years. Terry cleans my teeth & she is very gentle as I have sensitive teeth. No pain. Most recently I went in to have a temporary crown done and Dr Sweeney. They were very caring. Everyone who works there is very pleasant & I would highly recommend anyone to come to your office.

Terri is the best RDH I have ever had. I dislike going to the dentist, but tTerri made me comfortable and even offered a numbing solution for my gums so that I had minimal discomfort during my cleaning. Wow! What a world of difference for me. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the dentist. I’m a patient for life!

Dr. Sweeney has been wonderful for my 6-year old daughter, Maggie and myself. She has filled a few cavities for Maggie, and it has been a wonderful experience. Maggie even comes home telling her two little sisters how much fun she had going on a “sugarbug hunt”! Dr. Sweeney also just replaced a bridge for me, and I could not be happier with the results. My teeth look perfect now, and I can finally smile with confidence again! Dr. Sweeney has been a huge blessing for our family, and we can’t thank her or recommend her enough!

Excellent group of Dentists and technicians. I see them 2x a year and have very few issues. The get me in on time, do a nice job with the evaluation and cleanings and I'm usually out the door pretty quickly. Cost is reasonable and their hours fit my needs.

I think your staff needs to take into consideration that a patients lips are dry and when tools are shoved across it pulls and is uncomfortable. Also the “tech” needs to know just how far that the suction is in the patients mouth and use more caution as to not poke the soft tissue.

Boulevard Family Dental does everything right. The doctors are easy to understand, never pressure you to have work or procedures without explaining why and even offering alternatives and are as smooth as silk when they work on you. The support staff is off the charts good. Can't recommend them enough.

By far the best experience I have ever had at any dental office. I was taken right away, shown what my issue was, talked to about all my options, and given the opportunity to ask questions. The dentist made me feel like I was her only patient she was going to see all day. I appreciate her patience and how kind the entire staff was.

They are quite timely and know what they're doing. My teeth felt very clean a the end. There is a person there who worked on the cleaning that rocked one of my maulers but the pain from that went away about 6 hours later.

I like the atmosphere here and the dentist. I've only been here for 1 year, I'm 43. I've been going to the dentist at least annually for the past 18 years. This is the firat hygeniest that has said I have excessive plaque and need a procedure. Truly, I've always and only been told how great my teeth look. I'm going to give it one my try - if the same thing is said, I will likely leave to get a second opinion at the very least.

The staff are all friendly and very professional, makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience. What I also value in the many years I have been a patient there is if you have an emergency, they will find you a time slot and get you in and address the problem. They have done crowns, root canals, caps and bridges and I never had any complications or problems following their care.

I normally see Julie for my cleanings however I had to reschedule my appt due to a conflict. I saw a new hygentist yesterday and I was not very comfortable. I was tense the entire cleaning as I felt she was very rough. I would not recommend her to my family or freinds.

New here and really like it so far! I get texts and emails to remind me I need to make an appointment, and of the appointments I've made. I've never waited in the waiting room. They seem to have all new and state of the art equipment. The hygenist is wonderful! Gentle, thorough! Dentists are great also - easy to understand, don't seem to be in a rush. All staff have been friendly, efficient and effective. And - they accept my insurance!

Everyone at the office is extremely friendly and knowledable. Dr. Sweeney who is new to the practice is awesome! She is thourough in her explainations and in her work. She is honest and gives her professional input while still providing you with all your possible options as to make the best personal and financial decision. I have switched employers a couple times since being out of college and the office has been in network for all the carriers I've been with which has been such a relief. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone!
