We alway get the best care. I highly recommend Dr. Brooks and his staff. It is easy to get an appointment and I have always been able to call with any problems and they can usually get us in same day. My kids totally enjoy their dental visits.

Most amazing tooth extraction I’ve ever seen or heard of. VERY QUICK, and ZERO pain. No discomfort that night, or the day following. Very happy. Also, I didn’t even have to sit down in the lobby, just went right in. No waiting, other than for anesthetic to take. And the assistant was delightful! Great experience.

Dr. Brooks did an amazing job removing 2 teeth for me. I get very anxious at the dentist office, and he always does the best he can to help me relax. He makes sure that I am not in pain. He also treats my spouse and children. We all love him.

Being new to Lubbock, I had to see a dentist quickly when a crown came off. A family member recommended Dr. Brooks, and I could not be more pleased. Every staff member was so kind and helpful, and Dr. Brooks handled my issue quickly, actually reattaching the crown. After a 30 minute visit I was good as new, and I now have preventive cleaning on my calendar.

From the very moment Dr. Brooks walked in, he had very much a calming affect on me. I don’t do dentists well at all, and I was comfortable after he began talking to me. He explained what he would do, and gave me a couple options. He assured me that he would have me sedated during the procedure. His staff was also very accommodating, and I left not dreading my next visit. (Partly because I will be sedated 😴)

In the immediate aftermath of the COVID shut-downs, I called no fewer than a dozen call centers or offices, usually to be told my appointment would be delayed weeks,and could TAKE weeks. Dr. Brooks' office took my call, took my insurance, and had the work completed for me same day.

I was very happy with my visit. They were able to take care of an emergent infection and swelling situation. During the appointment, Dr Brooks’ staff was very helpful and quick. Dr Brooks was direct to the point and did not overwhelm me with a huge and expensive work up and future plan as many other offices will do. This was my first visit with Dr Brooks, but he will definitely be my dentist for the future.

Very Satisfied I am absolutely blown away by the service that Dr. Brad Brooks and his staff provide. I had hesitations of going to visit the dentist due to past experiences as a child at other offices. Brad and his staff quickly assured me it would be a relaxing and relatively pain free experience and it was. We are from out of town and were referred by family in the area that this would be the place to go to get a broken tooth repaired while in town on vacation. I have been going to Dr. Brooks for a long time and the service is always the same....OUTSTANDING!!!! They are such a friendly and professional staff and they make you feel like family. I highly recommend using him as your dentist if you are looking for one. I'm glad I found out about them (thru my supervisor). I usually have Linda doing my check-ups and she's a lot of fun to be around...very nice lady!

All the staff at Dr. Brooks' office are smiling, pleasant and welcoming. Linda takes GREAT care of my teeth and gives excellent advice. Good job! I've been a patient for several years and have seldom had to wait more than 10 min. for my appointment.

Dr. Brooks and his staff are wonderful! After moving to Lubbock, I didn't have a local dentist. I was referred by a co-worker, and was very happy with the service and knowledge of the staff. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Dr. Brooks for my dental needs for over ten years. I don't think anyone likes to go the dentist, but it is an essential need that ensures that my teeth are always in the best possible health. I love the entire staff at Dr. Brooks office. The office is calm and not hectic like some offices. I don't feel rushed or ignored. They take time to explain everything and really help you understand the importance of the treatments.

Friendly receptionist, the technician got me into the chair very quickly after I arrived. Dr. Brooks was really careful with his instruments, and knowledgeable as always with the procedure he was performing.

I called to get my 6yr. old son in as soon as possible for some dental extractions on 2 teeth that had been bothering him for a while. He has panicked each time anyone anyone in my family attempted to help pull the teeth with no avail. The receptionist gave me an appointment for the very next afternoon. Then she called me back and said the dentist was able to get my son in sooner with an AM appointment. We then arrived for our appointment the next morning and got taken back almost immediately. My son is very fearful and panics easily of any type of treatment and to see him at ease with Dr. Brooks and the Dental Assistant was so soothing. The appointment from preparation to actual teeth extracted was so smooth and we were in and out in less than 1hr. My child walked out with a big smile stating, he "didn't feel a thing." Once again, we are extremely satisfied customers.
