Excellent customer service from the moment you walk in the bldg. the entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful. Andrea went above and beyond handling my appointment and insurance issue and got me in quickly. I so appreciated that as I am leaving town for an unknown amount of time.

Bridgeport Family Vision Care is a wonderful facility. I have been going there since 2012. All of the staff is wonderful and pleasant to have Dr. Nadyia is great. She been my optometrist for 3-4 years. She shows concern for my eyes and has taken special in my treatment.

I've been a patient here for many years. My exams are very thorough, even more so than the Optometrist office I use to go to. I wear multifocal cotacts and Dr. Naidu has been so good at getting it dialed in for me and explaining things. The rest of the staff is great too. Highly recommend this place!

I've been coming here for 25 years and I've always felt that I got excellent service. The eye exams are thorough and the providers are kind and easy to get along with. I also appreciate the expertise of the opticians. Wearing progressive lenses can take getting used to, but they've done a great job with my glasses and I've never had a problem.

The doctor and staff are wonderful! I am always seen on time and the examination is thorough. I was in need of new reading glasses and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful when it came time for me to choose a new frame. I did not feel any pressure to purchase a certain style or frame. Dr. Naidu is outstanding and very personable. I never feel rushed and she answers all of my questions. I trust her with my eyes!

The staff at Bridgeport is very friendly and takes their time with patients! My daughter was nervous to get her eyes dilated for the first time but they took their time, walked her through it and stayed calm and patient.

I have going to Bridgeport Family Visuon Center for about 5 years. Even though there have been staff changes between yearly visits I have always been treated with kindness & professionalism by everyone. Everyone in the office was considerate, could answer any questions I had, and knowledgeable about the different parts of the exam. ie the machine that tests your eyes so that you don’t have to have them dilated.

I absolutely love Bridgeport Family Vision Clinic ❤️. I had to make a really quick appointment because my eye was making a silver moon shape in the right corner of my eye. It was Friday December 29, I didn't want to wait till Tuesday the 2nd day of January. The wonderful lady who picked up the phone said she had one appointment left.so I was able to get in right away. I had only had my eyes checked this same year 2023. I so appreciated everyone's help. 5 STARS.

This place is pleasant and nice. In and out in no time. But I wish they would pressure wash outside on walkway to entry. It's so slippery I'm surprised I stayed standing. But I will always go back as the receptionist was so pleasant and in a great mood, and everyone else in there too.

The eye techs are friendly and put you at ease. Dr. Naidu is thorough, articulate, personable, and caring. The first time I saw her, she had read through my chart and was familiar with all my eye issues before coming into the exam room. She never makes you feel rushed and is patient and calm.

I had a medical issue with my eye that signified a bigger overall issue with me and the doc jumped on it to get it taken care of and immediately referred me to a specialist. Great experience! This is my second visit and they always make the appointment easy…no wait, good selection of glasses, associate goes over all charges and takes payment right then. They send you a message when your glasses arrive, and they make sure you try them on to check for fit before you leave. They make the whole experience easy.

I was particularly impressed with Artika, the Doctor whose last name I can’t recall at this moment, I think Bridgeport Vision was a good choice. BONUS: My dentist's office is in the same complex.

The stat were nice and professional. However, I feel that this clinic misled me with type of testing. I spoke with someone I know and they told me that dialating would not cause hours of blurry eyes, and could have used sun glasses. Then also, I may have to do that process anyway. So digital testing may not have been the best way for me. One more way to rip people off. I left feeling misled a little.

Great staff and service all around! I liked being able to make my appointment online. When I went in, there was some confusion as my appointment time didn’t get booked on the office end. I was worried I’d need to reschedule, but the front desk staff managed to still fit me in at my expected time. No waiting. I saw Dr. Polster and he was quick, efficient and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. Definitely different from my last eye exam so many years ago. I was reassured that while my vision is pretty poor, my eye health was great. After my exam, Tahj went above and beyond to help me pick out my new frames. She advised me what would look best on me and also recommended options that would work best for my prescription, my lifestyle, as well as my insurance coverage. All with a super positive attitude. Her excitement and positivity is contagious. Tahj also gave me an itemized receipt so I knew exactly what both me and my insurance were paying for. I can’t wait to get my new glasses and go in for my exam for contact fitting.

I had to find a new provider due to change in insurance coverage and was very impressed with Bridgeport Family Vision. As a Lakewood resident we try our best to support local businesses. I would highly recommend them to others. Jenny was the tech that began my appointment and she was excellent! Dr. Davies was also great! The only recommendation I have is to have brighter lights where we remove/put in contacts for exam near the sink. I have terrible vision and with dim lights I could hardly see the contacts in my case. Thank you for accepting new patients during such a challenging time. Everyone was really very nice and you run a tight ship, but maybe too tight? When do you let patients actually look at the frames? I was rushed so efficiently through that I was only able to look at frames for 3 minutes and that's not a long time when you have never done this before or know if I even need them yet. Then after the doctor portion (who was wonderful and explained what he was doing perfectly) I was not able to even pick a frame I wanted, only what she thought looked good on me. While I understand that it's your job to give patients the higher end choice 1st however all because I am not willing to pay $600 out of pocket for my 1st pair of glasses I didn't appreciate feeling like I then didn't have a choice what those were. Hopefully going forward I am able to use my prescription somewhere that I can actually browse for frames that I want. Again, everyone was very nice and I really do appreciate the efficiency and quickness but the ending where you pick your frames, you need to give people a chance to breathe and better explain the benefits/insurance part so folks understand what comes out of pocket and what the cost of the frames are in regards to what we pay. All very rushed and throwing a bunch of numbers at someone who has never been in this scenario before isnt helpful. Heck I cant even tell you what my eye sight is, no one told me. Thank you for understanding my frustration and I am sure once I get the frames they will grow on me sooner or later -

All of the staff were extremely friendly, and diligent in practicing safety measures for COVID19. I can't recall her name unfortunately but the assistant that helped me choose my glasses as a final step was awesome when I mentioned I am immunocompromised, and I saw her take extra conscious efforts for my safety. I felt very valued and welcome at every step in my visit, and I am so glad to have found this gem of a clinic! I really appreciate that Dr. Brett had extended knowledge of my arthritis and medications I take for it, which better informed me about my eye health too! I appreciate that while my eye exam showed that my current prescription was good and didn't need alterations, I had my doubts about my current glasses and my quality of vision as my glasses are two years old, so Dr. Brett was willing to modify my prescription just slightly to see if I preferred a small change (while being very honest that I would be okay to continue using my current glasses). I appreciate feeling heard and having him willing to meet me in the middle to build trust and communication as a doctor-patient team!

The entire staff was very friendly and professional. By far the best optometry experience I’ve had in 20 years. My whole family is making a switch. After two days, I called your office to find out the status, and was told 'we'll check and call you right back.' Nope. Never called back. Between this, the over 30 minute waiting time, and the inability to schedule a follow up appointment for 2 MONTHS (appt scheduled for 2-7; Dr. wanted to see me in 2 weeks), I don't have a whole lot of faith here.

It was a good experience. I was doing an eye exam for contact lenses. The staff was super friendly and the eye doctor i saw was awesome. He tried a trial contract lenses on me and was very impressed with me since this is the first time I tried it on. Did I mention he put the lenses on me? I didn't flinch at all. According to him, most people flinch the first time. Haha! I'm waiting for my new contacts to arrive. They gave me good pointers on how to use them. Everyone there will make sure you're in good hands. You guys should check them out.

I absolutely love Dr. Igbinoba and his staff, especially Monica. She was amazing and played with my daughter while making her laugh and helping her to see better. He is so patient kind and has a great memory as he brings up things from our last annual check ups. He is also great with my little one. They let us schedule my two year and myself and had no problem working ya together. He also is very creative in helping little ones feel comfortable and will spend extra time coming up with alternative ways to get the information he needs while making it fun for her. I highly recommend him to anyone and hope he never leaves!

The Dr is nice but, the staff made it where I will never go back. 1. I showed up for my appointment the first time and they said they had to reschedule it and left me a voicemail (which didn’t happen) this was after me missing work and my daughter missing school. 2. When my appointment did happen the next day, it was 45 minutes after my scheduled time. 3. I have 2 eye insurances (Tricare and one through my school) I have never had to pay for an exam with these insurances and they argued with me saying I had a copay still to the point I just paid it. I called both insurances and they said that that was ridiculous. I will save myself time and money by just going somewhere else.

The office is easily accessible off of Bridgeport Way in Lakewood close to DeLong's Burgers, the staff is wonderful and friendly, making you feel at ease, explaining step by step what they are doing for the check up and guiding along. It was a great first experience and it made it my go to place for my glasses. They also have very affordable prices with insurance of course. Also my appointment was made in one day and they took their time with me without rushing.

To start it did not take long to get an appointment, The staff were all friendly. It was a pleasure to be seen as a patient at the Bridgeport Family Vision Clinic. The staff is very professional and welcoming. The wait time for my appointment was minimal. The assistant led me into the examining room. She was extremely competent and pleasant. When she had completed her tasks, Dr. Igbinobo came in , introduced himself, asked several pertinent questions and began the most comprehensive eye examination I have ever had. His pleasant personality put me at ease and he treated me as an intelligent person and never talked down to me. When the exam was ended. I went out to see Joshua, the optician, who helped me to find an attractive pair of glasses. I will definitely Return to this clinic for my annual examination. Thank you all very much.

My mother, Mollie, has dementia, but needed an eye exam. Based upon word of mouth, we chose Bridgeport Family Vision. Although we had to wait a few minutes before the exam began, the entire staff was friendly and courteous, taking extra time to try to work with mom although her disease limits her attention and understanding. The doctor spent quite a bit of time trying to make sure that all the questions we had were answered, and tried several different approaches with mom, never in a condescending way, to work out his diagnosis. Having taken mom to several different doctor appointments, I will tell anyone that this was the smoothest one we have had! Thank you all for your compassion!

This year's annual exam was done by, Dr. Brett Igbinoba, a new optometrist to me and the practice per se. His demeanor was cordial and welcoming. In preparation for the exam, Monica, the technician, efficiently procured all necessary data, reviewed the medical history and placed the dilatation eye-drops. As a diabetic eye exam, it was accomplished in a relaxed yet conscientiously methodical manner with diligence and attention to detail especially notable for a variance of mild retinopathy somewhat increased in the O.S versus the O.D. prompting a consultative recommendation to my attending M.D. Especially appreciated by way of acquired new technology to me was the utilization of same to determine and print out graphs of each retina exhibiting schematic mapping diagrams, including precise measurements, of the bilateral pre-existing epi-retinal membranes in both area and thickness....this never before having had the opportunity to visualize and which was found to be interesting and educational. The whole of the exam was comprehensive with a pertinent summary review discussion and consummated with a hard-copy, review print-out along with an exit discussion with the staff optician regarding refraction-change lenses. An overall good experience engendering confidence in optometric care and management as an introductory visit with a new practitioner.

The doctor takes care to listen if you’re having problems with your eyes and pays careful attention to detail. The optician who sells frames is very knowledgeable about what insurance covers and also listens to the type of frames you’re looking for and makes suggestions. I chose my glasses and sunglasses at my first visit at the end of August. It took almost a month to get my regular glasses... NOT because they were delayed, but because the person decided to wait to tell me they were in until my sunglasses came. Not good, I wish I had called sooner! I should have been called as soon as they were in and given the option to pick them up. I'm still waiting for my sunglasses. I was told that they had to send them to a different office for grinding. Sigh. I would give the a five star rating if it weren't for this complication in actually getting my glasses.

Appointment was started on time and was very thorough. I did wait for about 10 minutes in the exam room but it was apparent when the dr came in that he had spent that time looking over the tests they had taken just prior.
