My hygienist was exceptional! She took the time to really clean my teeth thoroughly and asked about any problem areas and addressed those. She even wrote down some items I could purchase and things I could do at home to improve my dental hygiene routine. She was also very friendly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time! Wow! Really like Marsha and Dr Moss. But, appointment admin is bad. I've only gone to routine appt 3x.. Second time, dentist wasn't there and I had a substitute hygienist. So when I made the latest appt, I made sure Dr Moss would be in. Well, he does work on Tuesday but not till 1030! My cleaning was done at 1000. So, I had to wait around to see him. In all my years and various dental appointments, I have never not seen the doctor semiannually at the same time as the cleaning. Will see how it goes next time. But, am close to leaving this practice.

First, I want to say that I love Dr. Moss and the staff has always been very helpful. I was in for a cleaning on Tuesday October 3rd. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth, was just in to cover for another who was off. She was polite, but I unfortunately I did not like her cleaning technique. I’ve never had the water spray so much on my face, and she wasn’t aware of it. I had to stop her and ask for a Kleenex a few times. Also, she probably didn’t realize it, but when she would move to get at another angle to clean my teeth, her jacket kept rubbing up against my head/hair. Again, I thought about not saying anything, but I really would not have her clean my teeth again. I haven’t had any issues with any other of the hygienists. They’ve always done a very good job. I have and still would give your office high ratings. The ratings I put as excellent were for Dr.Moss., and fair was for the hygienist. Thank you.

The waiting room is very welcoming. Love that you have HGTV ( non political channel) on the TVs. I never had to wait more than 3-4 minutes before I was called back. All the hygienist have been friendly but professional, and of course Dr Moss is an extraordinary dentist and human being. Don’t change a thing, I enjoy coming to your office.

The financial coordinator was not friendly and was somewhat confrontational instead of compassionate and understanding which would be expected in a healthcare facility. The receptionist, Jacqueline, was wonderful and friendly. The other staff encountered I have a neutral feeling about. Dr. Moss has all of the qualities expected for someone in his position.

It had been awhile since I had last seen a dentist. I was anxious about my first visit back to the dentist. When I arrived the front desk staff was very kind to me. My hygienist took be back to my chair on time with my appointment. My hygienist was so professional and kind! She encouraged me and walked me through every step of the dental procedures. She made my experience sublime! When Doctor Moss came to check in on me he was so kind and respectful. This truly was the best dental experience I have ever had. They answered all my questions and help me set up a healthy personal dental routine. After my cleaning they even left me a very nice gift as a thank you for being a new patient. I would give Brush Dental studios 10 stars if I could!

I've never really had a better dentist. Everyone at the office is super nice. The facilities are clean and equipment appears to be state of the art (like cameras that will let you look into your own mouth on a monitor). They always have beverages and snacks around for you. I first came to Brush when I had a problem with a prescription mouthwash turning my teeth brown (prescription was from another dentist). They put me at ease, cleaned the brown off and reassessed my prescription (which I did not end up even needing). Honestly, never had a better experience with a dentist and I've been coming here ever since.

I was pleased to get an appointment with short notice. I was in extreme pain and needed Dr Moss’s expertise. My only concern was I called an emergency # after hours and never received a call back. I was in pain after the work done on my tooth that day and needed more relief. The number on the answering machine was 248-872-4551. Not sure if this is still the correct number

You will not find a more caring Dentist. Dr Moss is also an excellent dentist. I had another dentist that messed up my mouth so bad. Dr Moss fixed it for the first time in 4 years my teeth are good,no more gritting my teeth no pain. I will not never go to another Dentist. When I was younger going to the dentist was something you dreaded. You walked into a room that resembled a torture chamber, and unfortunately it's what it felt like you endured for the the rest of the day as well. Thankfully dentistry improved as time went on and I became less anxious, but I have never been able to shed that fear from the past. I started going to Brush Dental a couple years ago and I no longer fear when my appointment comes up. The reception area resembles a living room with a TV, drink and snack bar. And every patient has their own room equipped with a television and the latest dental equipment, which thankfully is less scary looking. Everything is very clean and looks brand new. I love my Hygienist, Dana who does a great job cleaning and teaching me how to take care of my teeth at home. But above all when you do need that work done; Dr. Moss is extremely gifted as a dentist. I just had a broken crown fixed, he guided me through the entire process. He is very gentle, I didn't feel the shot go in or even wear off, and it didnt take all day either! His office is equipped with the ability to make the crown that day so there is no need to come back and go thru the prep twice. He is very creative and talented in many ways outside of dentistry which is why his work is exceptionally beautiful.

The Dentist that Saved Thanksgiving! I had a tooth crack right before Thanksgiving and made an emergency call to Dr. Moss who got me in to put a temp patch in place. This saved me being able to enjoy Thanksgiving. This past week I got my permanent crown designed, crafted and put in all under a two hour window! Dr. Moss and his staff are ardent professionals and help with every step of the way. I refer people to Brush Dental every chance I get!

It was a very friendly atmosphere and all my questions were answered with detailed information. A few things I was disappointed about. They are: I was not given any other options except a bone graph and a crown when there was not enough of my tooth left for a cap. Maybe there was none but thankfully I have 2 insurances even though it is still a very expensive out of pocket procedure. But my biggest disappointment was my flipper. The top of the tooth hooked to the mouth piece is all chipped. I hope my permanent tooth looks a lot better

Without a doubt, the Brush Dental Studio is the best I have ever visited. I had an emergency and was given an appointment immediately. Dr. Moss explained the situation to me and advised me of the choices available to me. I agreed to an implant and the process began within minutes. An implant is a multi-visit procedure and this first visit was completed in about twenty minutes, with another appointment scheduled.

Dr. Moss is the best dentist I have ever been too. He always makes sure you are comfortable during any procedure you are having. Dana is a great hygienist, she has a very gentle touch and does a great job. Not to mention the free manicure you can have after your appointment. Which is a great touch when you are stressed about going to the dentist like I get, to have that relaxation time is great. Office is clean and staff is great.

Dr Moss and his staff give you very good service. Very clean and everyone where’s a mask to keep you safe. Very important for the times. I needed an emergency root canal, they got me in the next morning first thing. Pain is all gone. I highly recommend them.

Beautiful office with a very comfortable atmosphere- the Emplyee are all very friendly- I love my hygienist, Dana who is very gentle and always gives me tips to maintain my excellent dental hygiene- which I’m obsessed with! Dr. Moss is also very gentle walks you thru whatever he’s going to do. With their meticulous care and help I am able to maintain my teeth without having to do a lot of major dental work!

I saw Dr. Shin, who has been shadowing Dr. Moss at the office this summer. Dr. Shin did a great job explaining what he would be doing. He repaired a chip in a bonded tooth and another small chip elsewhere. Alysse and Andrew were also terrific. I highly recommend this practice. Everyone is so kind, and the work gets done in a timely manner.

I met Dr Moss several years ago when I had broken a veneer and my regular dentist was on vacation. He replaced the veneer with a sturdier cap, and did a fantastic job. I especially appreciated that the permanent cap was made in office as I waited. So, when my regular dentist retired, I looked up Dr Moss again, and have now become a patient at Brush Dental.

I’ve had a growing phobia about the dentist for over two decades now. To the point that I stopped even going for cleanings... Through necessity, I found Brush Dental and it has changed EVERYTHING. The Doctor, the staff, the atmosphere, is intentional about making your visit not only welcoming & confirmable, but actually an enjoyable experience. I NEVER thought these words would be coming out of my mouth about a dentist! The warm colors, comfortable atmosphere & treats in the lobby and the free manicure with your appointment in the bail boutique in the back are great! But they are also cutting edge in dental technology. My first appointment. I needed a root canal and cap. Which anywhere else would of been 3-4 appts/time off of work. They did it all in ONE appointment! Permanent crown and all! THATS PRICELESS LOL thank you Brush dental, I tell everyone about you.

Dr. Moss and his team are top notch. They give you a straightforward, honest approach to dentistry and can treat a variety of dental conditions. My 6 year old even told me in the car on the way to get his teeth cleaned that he "couldn't wait to see the dentist because he is so silly!" What kid loves going to the dentist!? I was in terrible pain from an abscess. No dentist that I was aware of was available. 1800DENTIST found Brush Dental for me. I was told to come in right away, and from beginning to end the service was phenomenal. I found Dr. Moss and his beautiful partner, Heather, a few years back. I wouldn't even consider going to any other dental office after meeting them. From the moment you walk into the waiting room, you just feel completely at ease. They have been growing their business, while continuing to keep the "family" environment. As a child, I was never given the opportunity to go to the dentist. Now, unfortunately, I have many issues with my teeth. Going to the dentist for the first time as an adult was very intimidating! Having to go for the first time for a surgery to remove teeth was terrifying; however, after visiting Dr.Moss and the staff at Brush Dental, my fears are certainly gone. They were all so caring , understanding and comforting to me. I appreciate the extra time they gave me. I now have my husband going there and will continue to spread the good word. . . Every time I come into Brush dental I bring a new challenge for Dr Moss. My last visit had Dr. Moss replacing a couple of thirty year old crowns that had decayed over the years. The procedure required a lot of time to remove the old post's and clean out the new decay. I would have expected to be sore for a couple of days, but thanks to Dr. Moss's expertise I was out having dinner with friends that same night.
