Often at times we feel as though life is tough and our uncomfortable imperfections get put aside due to many reasons. That is until you find a team that actually listens, that is determined, cares, and can understand you as a patient. This is what we found here with FCP! I have been brought into this family with open arms and I truly mean that. Since day one I was greeted with happiness and determination to make me happy with my uncomfortable imperfections. First off i was so surprised with the polite and friendly help i RECIEVED...even though i was 30 mins late. They answered all my questions before i had to ask the question . I couldn't be more comfortable with all the information and concerns they asdeessed and im not even sure my ins. will cover this . They still gave me direct information positive negitive possibilites ANYWAYS what im sayinf is it was a great exsperince and i have a more indepth appointment in a few days and im really looking forward to it..you can ask them anything and they will know or find out the answer for you.. I gave been waiting a long time to check this option out and now even if im not a good canadate for implants im completely sure i wont be told the wrong information. Thank you so much.

I was very impressed with my appointment. Dealing with the embarrassment and fear of the health of my mouth has been challenging for me personally. From the first call I made to the end of my initial appointment the entire team eased those fears and made me feel welcomed and confident in their services. The appointment was thorough and I decided at the end this is the right fit. Their high level of expertise made me trust them with my dental rebuild. Highly recommend and look forward to my apportionment next week.

The entire staff was extremely courteous and helpful. I am type 1 Diabetic and they even provided snacks for me when I realized that I had missed a meal before my visit and my blood sugar started to go down. Great place, friendly staff! I am looking forward to my next visit.

My son loved the great ambiance of the office setting. The experience of all staff members was highly exceptional. He was not scared nor worried about his exams. He would usually be frightened and would cry about it at another office. Now, he can’t wait to revisit the office. The doctor was comprehensive and explained everything to my son and me. We've been seeing Dr. Kalinian for a few years since we moved to Fresno. Dr. Kalinian has a great bedside manner, very sweet with children along with the dental assistants and front desk. It's always a pleasure to interact with all of the staff. The dental assistants a very sweet and knowledgeable. They explain procedures to children in a very soothing manner a child can understand. My daughter had her first dental treatments done on our last visit, which included a few fillings and sealants. The dental assistant was so amazing with my child, everywhere from explaining things to assisting in the procedures. My daughter was so relaxed throughout the whole process and it had everything to do with the dental assistant and Dr. Kalinian. Thank you so much to both of you for helping Emma be so at ease with everything to the extent of her saying it was a fun experience!

Hygiemist Adriana Gonzalez was awesome! She was very professional and knowledgeable. I could feel her gently yet thoroughly clean every surface of my teeth; would highly recommend. Prosthodontist Dr. Fay is also highly recommended, he is very skilled in his specialty and has a professional and kind chairside manner.

My dentist worked extra hard to get the crowns placed properly for my implants. Having a small mouth didn't make it easy for him but he persevered until it was right. I'm sorry the dental group won't be taking the insurance I have anymore as I was pleased with the service I had with my dentist.

Ramona is such a sweat person with great customer service. Every time I go there or receive a call from her it's always with a smile and great attitude. A big mix up on a prescription I was supposed to receive. Pharmacy never called me to pick up. I called and they never received the orders. Called office the next morning and seemed that prescriptions are not called in, hard copies are given. Apparently someone does not know the protocol. I'm still waiting for the call back :(

Own her than a lengthy wait, the visit was great. It had been 18 months since my last visit. After vaccinations I felt confident to return bracing for a huge cleaning experience. My hygienist was terrific, it was my first visit with him, he is five stars! Plus he was using new equipment that made the plaque buildup removal the easiest I have ever experienced.

I always am really impressed by Bullard Dental workers. Ramona always greets me with a smile when she opens door and greets patients taking temperatures and directing patients where to go. I also love the way the technicians have created me, especially the nurse helping with my new denture. Dr. Johnson has also been wonderful. I really appreciate how Ramona has gone above and beyond.

Bullard Dental has really helped me with my mouth and the dental problems I had. My other doctor said there was nothing they could do for me and I was discouraged. Bullard dental has taken care of most of my dental problems and restored a smile on my face. The girls in the front are so friendly and they listen to what you have to say. The doctors are well versed on all dental procedures. You never have to wait to be called to the back. I would recommend Bullard Dental to all my family and friends.

Bullard Dental is a great Dentist office. They consult with you, then they have a plan to get your teeth in the best possible shape. They answer any and all questions you may have. Ramona and Jackie go over anything on your bill that needs explaining. They are friendly and very courteous. They follow CDC guidelines. I highly recommend there office.

My visits are always pleasant and the staff is always friendly and professional. On my last visit the original Dr. I was scheduled with had to cancel and Ramona (front desk staff) went out of her way to have another doctor come in early so I could still keep my appointment instead of them having to cancel and reschedule it. Clean and modern facilities and they get you seen in a timely manner. I'm a grateful and happy customer of Bullard Dental.

The hygienist was great but seemed after awhile she was getting frustrated I’m very hypertension when it comes to the dentist I try my best but can’t help what makes me hypertension. I have an abscess on my gum, the dentist was worried more about getting a specialist who isn’t contracted with any insurance to take a look at the tooth. This is dangerous and serious, you would think he’d be concerned with dealing with abscess.

I was called two days before the appointment to see if we could arrive 20 mins early. I said we could so we got there at 3:40 (original appt was at 4). There was no available parking, no place to sit in the waiting room, and we waited an hour before we got called back for the check up. Seemed to have totally over booked everybody. People left without having been seen at all because of the long wait. To me that is beyond in unacceptable.

Our appointment was at 3:30 pm. Although we arrived more than 30 minutes early, the appointment, without our permission, was switched to 4:20. When I received the text notification, I asked the receptionist and she said to disregard it. However, it was correct and the appointment was moved. My son did not get his x-rays or exam completed as we already had a scheduled appointment elsewhere.

I am about 30 years old and haven’t been to the dentist since I was about 10. I was very nervous to schedule an appointment for an exam. I called and was given an appointment in just two days! After my exam it was explained to me that I needed a cleaning and 9 fillings. My fillings were spread into 4 visits. I was able to get all my exam, cleaning, and all fillings done I’m just two weeks! With a total of 6 visits. I could not believe how fast and easy it all was. The staff was VERY kind and accommodating. The dentist and dental assistants talked to me through y’all the procedures and made sure I was comfortable. The front desk staff was very helpful and extremely informative. They promised to go over any and all costs before doing any work so I would not be surprised with any fee. They also printed me a copy of my treatment plan which detailed all work that needed to be done which was a great help. As work was done I was able to follow along and check it off on my list. I would recommend this place to family, friends, coworkers, anyone that needs a great dentist. You will be treated with respect and taken care of. I only wish I knew about this place sooner. 10/10

My personal experiences at this office have always been positive however, I witnessed another parent and child treated with such ignorance and disrespect by the office staff that I cannot allow my family to return to this office. A mother and her child were obviously struggling and the staff was rude and inconsiderate of her situation. Office staff asked a mother and her child to wait outside. I assume the child had some sort of autism or disability and would scream for 3 seconds every 4 minutes or so. I listened to staff talk about the mother and child to each other as if she was not in hearing distance. The mother struggled to gather up her belongings and the staff stood nearby apologizing to the other customers who never once complained about the situation. I watched as the mother tear up and waited outside. The staff needs to be better trained on how to handle situations like this with dignity and respect.

I showed up early for my appointment and I still had to way 15+ minutes after my appointment time to be seen. There was no warning from the front office that they were a little behind schedule. If you’re going to emails me 4 times, text me 3 times, and still call me to remind me about my appointment and get a confirmation, the least you can do is actually communicate in person.

I expect a better cleaning done. this is the third visit with ("Roberta" I think is her name) and I feel like the lady I had before does a better job cleaning. I don't get to review the cleaning in front of the lady cleaning my teeth until I get to my car and check. I still have black residue on my teeth after my cleaning. the lady before, she cleaned all of it. this was my third or fourth visit with this lady and I am disappointed in the cleaning, I expect a better job. if anyone can, please change my next appointment with some one else. thanks, Ger

I need regular cleanings so I have experienced both very good and very poor dental cleanings. My teeth and gums require regular cleanings, up to four times per year. Quality is very important. The exam and cleaning I received was excellent and thorough. We discussed my present home care and made a treatment plan for future visits. In addition I am now on a Medicare plan and needed a program that offers high quality and accepts the plan. The Bullard Dental Group does. My first and second visits were a terrific experience.

It took a long time to get seen and there seemed to be a lack of communication among staff, as i was called back to an exam chair and then asked to go back to the waiting room because I hadnt yet had my xrays. I came in for an abcess and the dentist was unable to tell me, or even locate, the cause of the abcess. They said id need to take more xrays and wait a month for a follow up call. So im home now with an abcess and no solution to my problem. Im concerned my condition is going to worsen in the month i have to wait. It is also very difficult for me to take time to come into the dentist as it is, because I have 3 children and I work. This is the first unsatisfactory visit ive had with your office. I came in last year for a cleaning and i had a very pleasant visit.

This was my introductory visit for a consult. What I look for in an office is a professional and courteous staff. How are patients greeted, how is the interaction at the desk, how are patients called back for treatment. The soft skills are very indicative of the office. Also the cleanliness of the waiting area is important. It was clean and the area was up to date. I noticed that the wait area was not overcrowded, wait times were reasonable meaning that the office is sensitive to patient time. My interaction with staff was very positive,

Your staff needs to be trained better on how to treat small children as patients. It is obvious by my granddaughter Allison's lip that was cut open during a filling/root canal by an frustrated, anxious and inpatient staff this past Friday. I will never recommend this office to anyone.

Everything was awesome. Front desk ladies really polite, fast check in. Nothing complicated. They called my son fast. Were out pretty quick. My work schedule changes every week and I loved how they worked with that because my kids health is very important. It would've been a 5 star but the only struggle was parking. That is really wild. As a 1st time visit I loved it. Just not the parking lot.

First visit did not go well. The dentist and dentist assistants were great but the receptionist, specifically one by the name of Candy and another one which I don't recall her name, lack professional customer service. Won't give the whole spill but I could state that the receptionist went as far as removing my wife from the system and when wanted to schedule a visit we were informed that we had informed them that we no longer wished to receive their service. That was a lie and she did that without our consent. The manager, Alex, took care of the situation in a professional manner. It was an inconvenience but I stool with place because the dentists are great.

Had a concern that I had a cracked filling, and was in pain. Bullard Dental got me in right away and I got x-rays and saw the Dentist who advised me it WASN'T a crack in my filling, but regular tooth sensitivity. I was advised as to what to do and what to use and was latterly saved money and already experienced relief. Thanks to all at Bullard Dental.

I made the mistake of booking a 320 appointment, when the office was very busy with school kids. I don't mind kids at all, but other than the hygienist, other disciplines were over-booked. I had to wait 40 minutes for my X-rays, as they were not ordered properly and one of the devices was being sterilized. I also did not get to see the doctor, as he/she was busy. I also did not get X-rays or an exam by the doctor on my previous visit, as everything was booked up. My next appointment is at 200, and I'm hoping it goes more smoothly. My hygienist was great however!

I like staff and service we have received as new patients. However, I was disappointed when I called 5 to 6 weeks before Jaydons cleaning, asking if I should make an apt asap as he lost a filling. I was told it could wait the 5 or 6 weeks. Now it is another 2 weeks and very possible will involve a child root canal. If we would have been seen sooner he may not be facing the root canal.

I love taking my 3 yrs old here. They are so friendly and patient. I like that their service is quick. They have like 2/3 people working in the front counter and when there's more than 2 patient trying to check in to their appointment, the other counter lady offer to help the next patient. That great team work. I think i will bring my other 2 older kids here for their next check up. The 1 we usually go to, takes up to 4 hours just waiting and another 2 hrs to be done. Its like, might as will call my kids' school and tell them they will be absent, which is not what i want. The only down side is when they are busy, there's not a lot of parking lot.

Very poor bedside manner. Rude. The Dr. insulted my son. The way God created him and he has no control over. What he has been bullied in school for since kindergarten. What we've spent his entire childhood trying to compliment and encourage to help him w/ his poor self-esteem. Keep your negative opinions on my son's physical appearance to yourself, Dentist! The assistant never once said a word or even introduced himself to us and denied him a "goodie bag". My son was also not seen until 45 minutes after his scheduled time! It is apparent we were not real people to them, just a set of teeth. Awful experience!

The front desk staff is not the same girls as when I first started coming there, and that is almost hard to deal with. They aren't as nice or personable. Sorry. But as always, the wonderful dentist, or he might be a specialist, either way- Augie is great! I just love him. He fixed my problem immediately and I always feel comfortable with him. He is amazing at his job, and I love that I can walk around and smile after not being able to for like 6 years!

My whole family goes here. My sister has three kids, 7,4, and 2; they all love Dr. Johnson. I had some major work done in the last two months, four extractions, two bone graft and three crowns. The crowns are on my front top teeth and they look great Dr. Fay is my dentist. They were willing to work with me on payments and I haven't had any troubles with my insurance.

My wisdom tooth started hurting for about a week, intermittently, when I decided enough was enough. I called Bullard Dental and they made room for me that day in their very busy schedule. I was able to get x-rayed, see Dr. Johnson and get his advise on what to do next. I got an appointment within a week to have both bottom wisdom teeth out as they are now eroding from my gums. Dr. Johnson, who's a real hoot, said I could wait till I was 400 years old and they would "fall out" naturally. Got to love him!!!

The last 3 visit's seems the whole staff at the desk has changed. They are not properly trained and do not seem to care who you are. The room I was sent to was so dirty I was afraid for anyone to put something in my mouth. My husband and I have been coming there for along time and have never seen such confusion and the office so dirty.

Had to wait in the waiting room For almost an hour to be called back. I have a 13 month old and a 4 year old. This was extremely difficult. Then after my 4 years old's teeth cleaning, she couldn't even see a dentist because they were all busy, and we had already waited so long that my kids were tired, restless and hungry, so we left. I'm very torn because although our doctor is great some of the front office staff is cold, and talking about office relationships in front of patients which I do not agree with & find very uncomfortable to be around. I also know with the length of time we've been patients there has been a large turnover which also is difficult especially when your children are attached to an RDA. The young lady that took my X-Ray's and took me back to the exam room ... I believe her name was Ashley was very nice and tried very hard to make me as comfortable as possible considering there was only one pillow to be found. I needed one for my neck and low back. So I asked for a towel I could roll for my neck and she could only find one wash cloth. But she tried her best! I would recommend you invest in more pillows please.

After becomming insured by Medi-Cal, I called Denti-Cal, informed them of my situation (broken crown, pain) & they got me an appt. at your office the very next day. I received full mouth X-rays, an exam & was informed of the procedures/costs. I am very grateful for the exam, the thoroughness, attentiveness & patience of the staff. During the exam the Dentist asked if I was experiencing any pain & I explained that I was having periodic headaches due to the broken tooth. I also noted this on the checklist form I was asked to fill out prior to my exam. While I am very pleased with my initial exam & the helpfullness/knowledge/communication of the staff, my headaches are getting severe & more frequent. They effect the entire left side of my head & my left eye swells & turns red. I'm worried & I wish I didn't have to suffer another month of this pain until my 2nd appt. on Nov. 24th. The receptionist did offer to call me if there is a cancellation (I'm hoping there will be)

Once a patient is placed in a room to be seen by the dentist, there is a long wait before the dentist completes treating the patient. On occasions longer than 3 hours. It appears that they treat more than one patient at a time and thereby the patients may have to endure long waiting periods before the dentist completes the treatment.

Had a Very Bad experience with a lady Dr. She put my daughter ti sleep to work on her but She was to much in the sleep and was having a hard time waking up. The receptionist was so busy that she could not help me out compete rely. I know you are trying to make money but you have forgotten about the customer that pays your living expenses. Your always overbooked and making me wait over 30 min when even making an appointment. It's frustrating I had to leave last time and reschedule twice. Just like everyone else in the world we also like fast friendly service and that the person at the other end doesn't think we don't deserve the same courtsey as you. We have extra things to do as well and we work around schedules to meet with you . I am sorry to say I will no longer be attending your practice bc it seems squeezing as much money per min is more important then the client.

My son and I have been with Bullard Dental for a few years now and have had good experiences. However, this most recent visit was not so good. My son had two fillings done and the visit was so traumatizing I don't think I would take him back. He had the same work done a year ago and everything was fine with little to no pain. This visit was the complete opposite, I had to actually hold him down because he was in so much pain during the shots. I don't feel the dentist numbed him enough at all. I continually asked the dentist why this time was so different but she could not give a reasonable explanation. I was so upset with the overall visit.

This time we had to wait for the doctor to come in about half an hour after my daughters teeth were cleaned by the hygienist. I understand she is busy, but my child was antsy and impatient and starting to get anxious. Other than that, everyone was fabulous as always.

My daughter is 4 years old and the wait time after her cleaning before she saw the doctor was approximately 20 minutes which only increased her anxiety and made it impossible for the doctor to look at her teeth.

your entire staff is amazing!!!! My only problem was the wait time. I was told that Wednesday appt would provide me with the quickest service and yet, I was in your office for 2 1/2 hours, excluding my early 15 minute arrival.

I called after hours and was very happy to be able to speak directly to Dr Fay. My only suggestion is to have the dental office call in my son's prescription. He was so groggy afterwards, the last thing I wanted to do was to wait for a prescription. Also, the pain meds strongly suggest not to take on an empty stomach, which after getting 4 teeth pulled eating is not top priority.

I felt I received a compete exam. Dr Johnson was excellent in explaining my needs and caring for my gums and teeth. Able cleaned my teeth and did a superb job. I'm very pleased to have found Bullard Dental and will share my good care with friends.

The insurance rep (Alex?) is very helpful and professional. 2. I am always greeted by name as soon as I walk in the door by one of the reception, by the way who are always professionally dress and attractive (simply put they care very Professional and polite), nice touch :-) I have confidence in both my dentist Dr Faye & Dr Johnson (their just good, simple as that). Most importantly the price so far has been affordable and the service from the other staff has been just as supportive. A professional Dentist is easy to fine but one that has a team behind them that is as compitant and professional as your team is rare. Thank you for your service.

Dr. Fay was great. I was very nervous going in. And all though for some reason my name was not listed under the appointaments list, I was still seen fairly fast and treated nicely by the reception staff. One thing I would feel need improvement is the post care instructions. I was vaguely explained what NOT to do and was unable to really ask any questions on when I could eat or change my gauze because I was already under sedation. This also could have been because my nurse was changed halfways threw the procedure. I also had to remind the nurse to give me the instructions because she forgot to hand them to me. She did however clean me up before taking me out and that was very nice. During the procedure I was very well taken care of. For that I am also very thankful and happy. Thank you all. The experience overall was good!

Wait was over 20 minutes. Receptionist did not tell me the tech was running late. Too many reminders for appointment time sent to phone and email. If four reminders could be sent out to email and text for appointment time, couldn't a notice for appointment running late also be sent out?

Yes where the kids movies . Ypur staff needs to be more personable it doesnt feel like a welcome atmosphere when everyone was there before people where smiling. Your dictor was k. Where your treasure chest my daughter didnt get offered anything whete the kids movies while we waited

The entire staff did a wonderful job taking care of me. I felt valued and important. The doctor and the dentist that took care of me did great altogether. The front desk ladies were genuine and thanked me for coming in.

I'm not sure of the name of the woman who cleaned my teeth, but she took forever to begin (constantly forgetting things from across the room) and once she actually began she did great with the first part (scraping my teeth and using the water), but when she went to polish them with the toothpaste stuff, she told me to smile and that's how she did it. Normally the staff gets in on every tooth and takes their time really getting each tooth clean. She didn't. Then I had to wait for the dentist to come and once he came, she directed him to the woman next to me (who got there when I began waiting for the dentist), and he never came back for me. So I got up and left. Not impressed with that visit at all. My teeth don't feel any cleaner.

My appointment was at 4:00 and I wasn't called back to see the doctor until 5:05. I then waited an additional 15 minutes before speaking to the doctor, which only took 5 minutes. After seeing the doctor I was asked to take a seat in the lobby again so I could get an appointment for a procedure and there I waited 10 minutes before someone realized I was waiting. The wait was extreme for just a consultation in my opinion.

I wish I knew her name but unfortunately I don't. The girl who took me back and did the X-rays was so nice and friendly and very efficient. I was planning on telling the dentist about her and I completely forgot. She had a ponytail, dark on top and blonde on the bottom. I know that she recently had a baby too. She made the visit very pleasant.

Front office staff need to be more cordial, and very rude to speak in English then Spanish especially if not helping a customer. Also front staff has always been rude, guess its just depends on the color of your skin.

I had an excellent experience. Dr. Fay was great! I was really nervous about getting 4 teeth extracted and he made sure I was okay the whole time. He also let me know what's going on and I was allowed to listen to music so that helped a lot too. The process of extracting my 4 teeth literally took 30 minutes. The receptionists and assistants are also very helpful with the whole procedure making sure all faxes were received and everything moved along smoothly.

I hate a lot of personal chit chat during my teeth cleaning. I just got off of work, don't bother me. My gums is sore. I was told during my confirmation of my visit that someone else was going to clean my teeth than last time but the same person did as last time. Teeth hurt; will not go back.

I met with Augie, he was great. So far it has been the best office I have gone to. I am always terrified do to the numbing medicine having an adverse affect on me and I end up feeling the work being done and I have been assured this will not be the case and everyone just seems like they care.
