I love Cardinal Family Eye Care. Yes, it is located in the small town of Thorp, but the expertise, service and facility is top notch! The Cardinal Staff and Dr. Vergin were highly informative and professional. My reason for an 8 rather than a 10 is a cost effective issue. My supplemental insurance supplied me with a discount card for Eye Care but your business does not take part in that program. While I would highly recommend your business, I would also suggest looking for offices that accept supplemental discount programs for retired individuals. If there is an alternate Senior discount plan that your business accepts, I am not aware of it.

Because of our ages, we find the automated calls hard to understand. I have always had great service at Cardinal Family Eye Care in Thorp. Dr. Belonge and his staff are very knowledgeable. I needed a stronger contact prescription this year and it has helped so much being able to see small print at work! This is our first year not having vision insurance through my husband's work and I appreciated being told there would be a discount if services were paid the day of my appointment.

I always feel like my eyes are well-cared for and my situation well-explained by Ryan. I have great confidence in his abilities and appreciate not only his expertise, but also his friendly, easy-going manner. The rest of the members of your optical team are also all friendly, pleasant, and professional. The only aspect of your organization that I'm not wild about is your automated calling system to remind patients of upcoming appointments; in my opinion, it is way too impersonal as well as difficult for older people (especially my 92 and 96-year-old parents) to understand.
