The dentists are competent and friendly. The assistants are not generally friendly. They never bother to at least introduce themselves. The dental hygienist are friendly and thorough. The front desk staff seem to believe their only job is to collect money and they can be very callous about their function.

Dr. Bowden is the best dentist I've had, period. All the staff at the office are beyond welcoming and friendly, and everyone does their best to give you accurate information about the options and pricing for whatever you need to get done. I've never been so happy with a dental office.

It’s very rare to hear anyone say they love their dentist office. As a matter of fact in all my years of dentist visits, I’ve never felt inspired to say so. Chatham Dental Gallery has changed that!! Well I generally they gave me mouth wash after the polishing so when I left I had grit all in my teeth from the polish that was horrible I wasnt sure if they were not giving mouth wash due to cut backs .Then I noticed a pic at the front entrance it's a beautiful pic but I have an impressionable son that goes there and I was uncomfortable with the man with the crown and lipstick.We know and love some gay people but plastered on the wall made me think of the lil boys comin there ? Then when I got in the car my gums were really sore not sure if that's a good thing or bad ?

Chatham Dental Gallery is the only dental location I’ve gone to where my concerns are always address. Even things such as a popped bracket smh. I really do feel like you all care about me and make sure that I’m treated with the care you would give to your grandmother :)

My experience at Chatham Dental Gallery was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced from any other dental office. I honestly felt like family and as though my health and dental needs mattered. I was constantly asked about what my concerns were and what I would like to see. Thereafter, I was given options that were best suited for my current situation. Additionally, when I tell you Iris provided the best teeth cleaning I’ve ever had...only the Lord knows my previous struggle. She did such a phenomenal job and I feel the results days later. I love how my next appointment isn’t scheduled for months from now, but soon. I’m excited to be a client of this particular office!

Prior to my visit, I already know that any detail problem that I might have will be resolved correctly without ongoing unanticipated visits! Any dental work that I've received has been perfect! My first appointment went very well. The receptionist was just as pleasant in person as she was on the phone. The dental hygienist made me feel very comfortable and informed. She patiently explained every step of my exam and answered all my questions. Since I work for UIC I was glad to hear she was a graduate of the school. And finally the Dr. Dr. Bowden was very knowledgeable of the work I needed and he also answered all my concerns and I left feeling comfortable about his team. I will write a review following my March 22 appointment.

On my very 1st visit I was greeted by name when I walked in the door. The reception area was clean anscomfortable, with very nice art worked on the walls, big screen tv and plenty of magazines to read! The dental assistant saw me within 15 minutes of my arrival take take arrays and asked about any concerns or problems. New technology afforded dental images of my teeth immediately which allowed the dentist to come in the very pleasant procedure room and discuss all findings and plan of action.

I was very impressed with the level of knowledge and professionalism offered to me by this dental office. I felt that no attribute was left uncovered.It all began with the phone call to set up the appointment. The receptionist was very polite and welcoming. From that moment on, everything was to my liking. The ambiance, the cleanliness of the facility, and the actual service was pain-free. I am very satisfied and I plan on having a lifelong relationship with this facility.

Every item received my highest rating. However, the work done only lasted less than 1 hour. The affixed tooth came out with my first bite on a piece of my tuna sandwich. I will bring my upper denture and fallen tooth in Tuesday, June 27, 2017 to be sent out as Dr. Blaney mentioned Saturday, if the repair work didn't work. Sincerely, Mary A. McElroy

I'm very happy with the care and facilities at Chatham Dental. It sets a gold standard of performance for any healthcare facility. The dentist, hygienist and front office staff are professional and polite. My appointments are always on time. The office is clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. I love the technology upgrades like online and text reminders. However I'm unhappy with the current practice of balance billing above contracted insurance rate for Cigna in-network . My bills are higher than what the insurance company says I owe, resulting in the only negative interaction I've had with staff. I've referred many friends and family to Chatham Dental but now this billing issue makes me hesitant. I will have to decide if my family and I will stay, and until then I'll refrain from referring people.

My visit to the office was great and could absolutely not have been any better from the second I walked in the door to the second I left. When I left I asked for some of Dr. Bowden's business cards so I could share them with friends and relatives letting them know that the best dental services in the area are right here in the neighborhood and I have already started passing them out recommending this office as the best dental services they could possibly desire.

I've been coming here for almost 10 years and I appreciate the timeliness, professionalism, kindness and concern shown by the entire staff. On my last visit, i was experiencing some pain during my cleaning due to some gum recession that I have to get taken care of. The hygienist was very gentle and made sure that I was in as less pain as possible. Dr. Blaney is always amazing. His concern and care for his patients is something i rarely see and it is much appreciated.
