Dissapointment, frustration, unprofessional, are some of the words I can use to describe Choice One Dental, Mr. Foster and his staff.... They are horrible.

The worse place ever . I did my initial X-rays At this location but I was unable to schedule my cleaning since I moved. They were very rude and unprofessional about forwarding my X-rays to my new dentist. I will not recommend this dentist to anyone.

One complaint : when I arrived for my appointment the desk people who were sitting there were not very polite. Dr. Foster happens to be one of the most professional among dentist that ii have experienced. He really cares about the patient and personally monitors how you feel during your visit. My experience was very bad. What I was told when I first called was not even close to what I experienced. I was told that an extraction would only cost $69.00 which was not correct. Had I not had the opportunity to see my file while I was waiting, I would have gotten quite a shock when I went to check out and found out that I owed $150.00 - $300.00 more than I had.

My dental hygienist, Jenna, did an excellent job of explaining my benefits and my co-pay. Then she went on to clean my teeth and proactively addressed several issues around gum disease and how to prevent gum disease. I felt she was thorough in measuring for pockets and cleaning my teeth. Dr. Foster came in and quickly identified that I had cracked two teeth and advised that I needed crowns. He also scheduled me to come in right away for a follow-up visit. The office manager reviewed my bill and co-pays wthl me and offered me a 12 month interest free payment plan. Everyone was professional and friendly. I couldn't ask for better service.

I must say that being that this was my first dental visit in a number of years, on top of being in a completely unfamiliar environment, Choice One Dental Care was very accommodating to my needs and their attitude in regard to my situation was a very compassionate, especially the Dentist himself along with the receptionists. I will most definitely consider returning to the facility should I need more assistance in the future!

Dr. Foster has an excellent disposition and makes his patients feel immediately at ease. He takes his time to explain complicated issues clearly. In my most recent visit I discovered that I had a lot of serious issues with multiple potential treatments , and each had pros and cons. Dr. Foster patiently helped me understand those options and, as he noticed me anguish about what to do and the cost, he genuinely seemed to care as much as I did! He could have just said "do what I say" and been indifferent about my choice, but instead he referred me to an orthodontists for a second opinion. He wasn't solely interested in my money or getting me out of the chair, he was interested in helping me solve my problem and feel good about doing it. Three cheers to Dr. Foster! His support staff was excellent, too. I highly recommend Dr. Foster and his office.

The doctor and office manager did an excellent job explaining my options so I could make an informed decision. I have already recommended this office to two of my friends.

Dr. Foster and his staff are truly amazing !! I was so glad that they were able to fit me in, due to an unexpected emergency. I was greeted and treated as if I were their number one patient, even though I only started seeing them two months ago. I'm so impressed with their professionalism. They made my dental appointment so relaxing. I've been in Georgia now eight years and this is the third dental office that I've tried, as the previous were a disgrace. Once I was done with my appt and service, they told me in order to receive the kit that I had to do All my recommended services first than I'll get my kit :-(

This was my first visit. As my wife and daughter already had their first visit. They said they liked it. They were happy people and it was a very calm place. The dentist was a pleasure to talk to. I am typically a bad patient when it comes to visiting the dentist. I have had a lot of bad experiences in the past so I tend to wait till I can put up with my problem any longer any more before I make an appointment. When I am in the dentist chair as soon as the work starts I stiffen up and the only parts of me that is touching the chair are my heels and the back of my head. Choice One is a friendly and professionally run office where the dentist works fast and does a good job. I will not hesitate to make my next appointment when the need arises.

I drove two and a half hours on a friends recommendation. I was feed up with the lack of care from the military dentist. Showed up at Choice One Dental alittle late (traffic was bad), and the people were very considerate. The work done was excellent with no pain at all! I was amazed at the quality of work and how pleasant the staff was. Thank you Choice One Dental.
