I was very impressed by everyone at Dallas Street Dental. I came in early and was not stuck waiting for long. They were gentle and accurate in my procedure. I left with a smile. :)

AMAZING!!! The office is beautiful very calm & relaxing the hygenist was beyond helpful & kind and although I didn't spend much time with Dr. Ligon as I was only there for a limited exam totally impressed...I asked if I could make him my dentist and he was very gracious...so glad I called everyone I dealt with at Dallas Street Dental went above & beyond...very happy!!!

I was waited on quickly, got in to see Dr. Buso and was out in no time. I'm not even a current patient, having moved to Kansas 3 years ago, but I was given the utmost attention and help. I surely do miss DSD, each and every one of you!!!

Thanks for your help with my problem. I only wish I had asked the doctor for a scrip for oxycodone, which is what I am usually prescribed for breakthrough pain of this type.

I was looking for a new dentist for my 16 year old son. This office is in a very convenient location so I stopped by after work one day to make an appointment. From that very beginning point when I walked in the door, we had nothing but exceptional service and an amazing experience. We were able to get an appointment promptly, that fit his school schedule. Everyone we encountered throughout our visit was pleasant, friendly, very professional and knowledgeable. My son loved the ladies in the office, as well as Dr. Ligon. He said they all put him at ease and that Dr. Ligon was great!

The office was beautiful, the staff was wonderful. It is extremely kid friendly. The assistants will actually play with your children to make them feel safer and have a better experience. They did and X-ray on me which want painful, and it only took around 20 seconds to complete. They make sure you are comfortable and well cared for. Unfortunately my problem was beyond their help, but they immediately referred me to a surgeon that would be able to help me. The wait time is quick, and enjoyable. I would recommend this dentist to everyone I can. This is five stars. The only way it could get better is if they gave you money.

I had the same dentist in Tulsa for 15 years. After every cleaning, he would come in and check the work making sure everything was completed to his satisfaction. Yesterday I was there for my cleaning. I was surprised the dentist did not do a follow-up, especially since I told the hygienst I was concerned about a tooth not feeling right.

This office not only has an elegant atmosphere but also has an awesome staff that is friendly and helpful. They answer any questions you may have and the doctors there all explain as they go with you. Plus you can watch tv while they work on your mouth. How great is that!!!! Love this dentist.

I paid to have full-service Zoom & was told that my teeth would be 8-9 shades whiter after the procedure. When the procedure was over the tech handed me my purse and said "you're all done" I was not given a chance to look at my teeth at all. When I got out to my car I looked at was less than pleased. They were extremely streaky and I had a big white spot on my front tooth! Luckily after a few days the streaks went away but the big white spot still remains (which is the only thing that actually got whitened) and I was left with the same shade of teeth that I started with. It just wasn't worth my money. I almost feel that they knew it didn't look well that is why I was not given a mirror afterwards.

Since I have Arkansas medicaid, I was told I had to wait for them to approve the extractions and dentures needed. They told me the average wait for that is 6-12 weeks. I feel it would make a great deal of difference in that rather long waiting period if your office manager (or someone else on your staff) were required to make the calls, faxes or contacts required to get that approved in a more timely manner. I am pregnant and will be having my baby in about 12 weeks so it'd be a wonderful advantage if I could get all my dental needs taken care of prior to labor & delivery instead of having to try to work in all the dental appointments I'm going to need while having to find childcare AND make all the postpartum checkups and appointments for my newborn. Other than that, I can't think of a single thing that could be changed to improve service.

Felt like it didn't matter if I came or not. When doctor came and asked how I was,I said "Really hurting." His response was, "Let's get you out of here so you can go somewhere else and hurt." Really? Perhaps he was trying to be funny, but at the time, it didn't feel funny.

I've always hated going to the dentist, but every time I have any work done at Dallas Street Dental Dr. Ligon and his staff make it pretty pain free. The hygienist that did my deep cleaning at my last appointment did an amazing job; she was gentle, kind, and very informative. She gave me tips on flossing better and explained everything very well.

The receptionist tried to hassle me for money(payment) at first until I proceeded to show her that I recieved a statement in the mail showing that I was caught up as of current. Then when she checked the computer again, she told me I "actually" had a credit. I have no problem making payment for the service provided but hassling for money when there is a credit and we are waiting for insurance to kick-in, is another thing. The dentist that fills-in for Dr. Ligon and her assistant the day of my visit, did not seem to sure of themselves while they were working on me. They were really rough with the instruments they were using causing a great deal of discomfort. Alot of uncertainty with the procedure, just made me feel very uneasy and made an overall unpleasant experience.

i was unclear of the steps required next in getting my dentures having already waited for 6 months for medicaid approval for extractions and another 2 months for healing when i came in for my next appointment, I was surprisred when I was told that I would be called when I need to come in for yet another impression?Will I recieve dentures at some point? do I have any options on the size of the teeth in the dentures? I think I need to know!!!!

Whether I have a problem or not, I've always been treated with respect by Dr. Ligon. What I appreciate the most is that he doesn't pressure me to have the most expensive procedure as the "only option" and works with me to consider all options.

I'm haveing a hard time understanding why you just coundnt pull the tooth that is really bad. I know I'm having to wait for the approval to get them all done but if it was just one or two you would have pulled it already. Plus I'm scared to have that many done at once.
