I have used Dr. Harmon for several years now and I have bought my frames and brought them in to have my prescription lenses put in them for the last few years. This year, I brought back the same frames that they put lenses in last year and I was told “Our lab told us that we can not accept frames that patients bring in.” These were the exact same frames from the year prior. Regardless, I ended up getting some frames that I did not even like and they did not fit my face once they came back from the lab. I took my prescription and the frames that I wanted to use to Dr. Hyde and they agreed to help me out by putting the prescription lenses in the frames I wanted. I don’t like change but I have decided that Dr. Hyde will now get my services when it comes to my eye care because they are willing to accommodate me.

Love Dr. Harmon. Staff is wonderful too. I would just like to see a nicer office setting. Most of the windows are covered. Plants are dying. There seems to be a lot of clutter. I think that some housekeeping would really make the difference. 😀

Everyone at Dr. Harmon's is kind, friendly, upbeat & professional! They use the latest tech to communicate quickly and easily, to move patients around the various places in the office. The restroom is always clean! I especially love all the Scripture verses on the walls, that let people know about God's love and care as the Great Physician. Dr. Harmon obviously enjoys his job and is very sociable, while business-like. God bless you all!

I had used Dr.Hyde for years it always took at least 2 hrs which I though was to long so I decided to try Dr. Harmon to see if they was faster. For the same tests plus ordering glasses took only 1 hr. so i have been going to Dr. Harmon for about 3 yrs. now and the ladies that work there are very good at their job and always make sure you have everything you need before you leave.

The exam covered what I needed I was told there was other tests I needed I would have to come back for & I would have to pay a deductible. I was also told my glasses would be almost $500 my insurance only covered $250. What no one ever told me was how my eyes were were glasses I needed stringer than before etc.

I love how the assistants there made my children completely understand their eye problems. (9 and 6 year old). Dr. Harmon was great communicating with them aa well. Dedra Thomas, was just the best, she just had to look at the glasses one time on my daughters face and how they didn't fit her, excused herself for less than 5 mins and was right back with glass frames that fit snug right to her face. She also knew within mins what to hand your children to try on, and both my kids loved her opinions each time. Saved us alot of time cuz love their little hearts but my children are so indecisive ..lol... I WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE BACK WITH MY FAMILY. THANK YOU TOTHE ASSISTANTS, ESPECIALLY DEDRA AND DR. HARMON.

The front desk and the lady who took my blood pressure was so knowledgeable and polite. The Dr was completely caring about the Heath of my eyes. He talked nutrition and vitamins. Also, actually read my family history and discussed options to move forward for prevention. I have never felt like a Dr has cared for his job as I seen and witnessed from him. I even got a deal to where my eyeglasses was super cheap with my contact exam. I love this eye Dr.

dr. harmon is a wonderful man and doctor. the staff is kind, friendly and helpful. dr. harmon also treats my daughter, Lauryn Patterson. he is the one who helped us discover she had Chiari one and pseudotumor cerebi. other medical doctors had not been able to determine why she was having headaches. I have had a terrible eye infection for the past 2 1/2 months. I’ve been to other doctors numerous times and spent so much money on drops. I came to Dr. Harmon and he did an exam, asked questions, actually made a diagnosis. I had a follow up today and although my aren’t completely healed, they are healing under his care. They look better, they feel better and this company has done more for me than any other vision center I’ve been too. The receptionist on his floor is super helpful and kind. The black haired nurse who assisted me was super sweet and helpful. Even if my infection had not started improving,(again, it is on its way!) the above mentioned people and the doc were all excellent to me and that is greatly appreciated.

Dr. Harmon's practice is top quality. It is a surprise to new patients that in this "older" (not modern) building, he has the most up to date technology to examine and diagnose your vision. His staff is friendly and very competent. I experienced an eye emergency a few years ago, and Dr. Harmon quickly diagnosed it, sent me to a retina surgeon, and I had surgery within 24 hours.

So I called Dr. Harmon’s office and he was able to see me. After examining me he assured me that it was going to be ok. Their office is very efficient as they are able to talk with him even if he is with a patient via his headphones ! Also they have all kinds of machines to test every aspect of your ONE set of eyes ❣️ His staff is also very friendly and they make you feel right at home ❣️

Very short wait. All testing was explained. Dr Harmon examined my eyes and also gave me dietary and lifestyle tips for eye health. My glasses were ready the next day! Excellent visit.

I had a great doctors visit, but my daughter said the lady working with her at the machine that blows air in your eyes got impatient with her because my daughter has a think with anything or anyone being that close to her eyeball blowing air in it and asked another nurse to take over because she got frustrated about it.. that to me is not cool and unprofessional.. I think she needs to send my daughter and apology for not being a professional about her job and helping her through it instead of getting upset with the patient and passing her off to someone else.

Dr. Harmon has been my eye doctor for many years - and is now my son's eye doctor, too. I trust my child's care to few individuals, but I know with Dr. Harmon, he is getting the best of care. I appreciate that Dr. Harmon takes time to keep my son at ease and answer his questions. The support staff is also very friendly, and they worked hard to prevent long wait times. I was truly impressed with how quickly my appointment passed by. Of several routine appointments - this is the ONLY one I look forward to each year.
