This was my 1st time at this office. It was disappointing that I had to wait over an hour to see the dentist. Especially with a super annoying woman in the waiting room that kept shouting at her (adult) son and picking things out of his hair using a flashlight. Everything after that was tip-top. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. The facility was spotless and I was treated with care.

I showed up 1/2 hr. Before my appointment and waited over 2 hrs, while patients came in afterwards and were taken care of, and after waiting for over 2 hours, when I inquired what was the problem that everybody came in and were attended to, I was informed that the doctor was not in and I will have to be re-scheduled to another day. I should have been informed at the time I came in and given the option of er- scheduling the appointment. Very disappointed in the way the office personnel neglected their patients by ignoring my needs and waiting until I asked what was the problem for them to inform me of the situation.

An hour before my appointment I got a text saying it was an hour later than originally scheduled. Left work to get there on time only to wait the entire hour. While in the waiting room multiple people came in gave a little head nod to someone in the back and were allowed in before others waiting. I told the woman who was doing my X-ray bottom left. She set it up for the top left. Then when i corrected her she went to change slide and dropped it on the ground. Left came back out with a new slide on for X-ray. Then I saw the doctor for less than five minutes for him to look in my mouth say I need two root canals and an extraction then left saying “see you Thursday” X-ray girl was back and she said I just need to take care of your prescription (the was no prescription) then I went and spoke with the woman about making an appointment and informed me that the total for the work would be approximately 1,500. She never mentioned Thursday at all. I told her there was no way I’d be able to pay for it all at one time so I asked if I could get the extraction done and she said that she’d have to ask the doctor and she swore she’d call me the next day for either a referral or to set the extraction appointment. I left never received the call and never plan on going back there. I’ll find another dentist office that will actually take a second and not blatantly disregard it’s new patients. Thanks.

Arrogant dentist wouldn't listen to a word I said. Made appointment for a procedure but was told they didn't have enough time. 1 of the lady's who answers the phone is INCREDIBLY rude!.... only good thing was my hygienist.

I found that the service was provided in a more than prompt and professional manner, The office staff were pleasant, without attitude and appeared to be to be occupied with assigned tasks at all times, The one failing I observed involved the doctor's technical assistant. There is no doubt that she needs much practice with her set shot, having missed the waste paper basket THREE times. I don't think a larger target (waste paper basket} will help. Her being associated with the US Air Force may explain this level of performance- BUT not everyone can be a MARINE

I informed Dental Care that I was in a lot of dental pain, and they were able to schedule me for the next morning. I was evaluated promptly and given options, and not pressured to have to take one or the other. I was also given an RX for an antibiotic which took away my pain

Aside from being so nice he listens & gives good advice. He is careful to prevent any pain. Your teeth r super squeaky clean when he is finished. He is a great asset to the Dental Practice.

The fact that I had to wait an hour in a car without air conditioning on a sweltering day was eclipsed by the time and patience the staff took in making my dentures fit properly. They didn't give up and say "That's good enough" or "Come back another day" because all the time they took with me must have thrown the schedule off. I would recommend this practice.

I have only the highest praises for this dental practice. Due to an ongoing immune system illness, I have a lot of dental problems. I recently had a sinus infection that spread to my teeth. Unfortunately I had to have 4 molars removed due to them becoming abscessed. The pain was maddening! The very first minute the doctor started to work I almost fell asleep in his chair! They aren't TRULY THE BEST! They're prices are so low they will shock you. The most talented, friendly, professional, and cost effective dentists, technicians and administrative staff in the business. I can not say enough good things about them. Every time I call they say "come right in". I never have to wait. And when I come in, the waiting room wait is never long...10-15 mins. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this practice. I have 12 years experience as a medical professional...trust me, this practice is top notch.

I love this dentist office. I never felt uncomfortable there and everyone is so nice and understanding. I'm grateful that they were willing to work on my smile and now I can finally say that by the end of the month I will be able to smile for the first time ever.

The staff was very friendly. I had a cleaning and an exam that was painless. I appreciate how all my questions are answered about my dental health. I did notice the water pick cleaning was not used at this appointment. I will ask for it next time.

Dental Care of Vineland is wonerful! My children started going here July 2015 when we needed a last-minute appointment, had no problem scheduling. After going to this office about 5 times I realized how honest the office staff are regarding insurance and billing with their patients and how compassionate most of the dentists and hygienists are that I decided I would go too. I have had many issues with other dental offices with high quotes, wrong quotes or just bad bedside manner from the dentists but all around dental care of Vineland has it all. Especially Dr. Brown, I highly recommend him! I also have never had a problem canceling or rescheduling an appointment, however, I did cancel by the requested 48 hour period.

What goes on with the billing department patients should not be at fault for their mistakes. I will be going to my follow up appointment in 3 weeks than thereafter count me out with other procedures that aren't cleaning. Dentists nowadays just like to charge insurances for every little thing they think needs to be done.

The woman who cleaned my teeth was fantastic. Very nice, pleasant and informative. Most of the time I feel like I'm being judged because of my teeth but the woman I met with made me feel comfortable and explained better ways to take care of my teeth without being rude.

Micheal is the best hygienist there in my opinion. He does an excellent job. Wait time for fillings or any other dental work can be longer than expected. I come too far to have to wait and not be notified if the dentist is running behind.

I was seen for an emergency appointment. The staff was super friendly and very helpful and compassionate. This has been the BEST dental experience by far due to the awesome services provided by the doctor. I had 3 extractions and never felt any of it! That's right...nothing. The doctor and his assistant me feel very comfortable due to their high level of knowlede and experience. They made me feel like I was the only patient in the office that day. They were very friendly and very down to earth. I actually felt speacial to them. I can't thank them enough.
