I got an appointment for checking my eyes. I got a new prescription for my glasses. the staff told me that if I was goin to check my eyes for contacts in 3 weeks the price of the appointment was $ 80 something dollars I try to get and appointment during that time frame to check the prescription that I got and to get the contacts and now because they didn't have any appointment available they don't respect the price that they told me.

I have gone to Dr. Joshi & Associates a few times now and each time the staff has always been friendly courteous and very helpful and knowledgeable. This time during the COVID19 they were especially concerned with the safety of everyone and made sure to check temps prior to entry and kept the door locked except for appts. The optometrist was very excellent at his job. He was very patient and answered all my questions even tho I had a few of them. He took his time and did not rush thru them like some other doctors might tend to do. I will go to them again for my next eye appt and I would highly recommend them as well. Their pricing isnt that bad if there is no insurance compared to other places too.

The 2 young front desk girls were making mockery of me because I had called another Walmart earlier & booked and was told eye exam was $45. I missed the address and ended up in airport freeway Walmart instead of a nearby one in Irving where I live. I told them about my phone call and appointment. They said no it’s not the right price. I agreed and happily brought out $100 bill. As soon as I turned around to go call my husband., they started giggling and laughing. I felt embarrassed. All thru my exam, I was treated like a 3rd class patient of lower status. I’m sure I got the wrong prescription for my glasses because I wasn’t even concentrating. I need my full refund because I’m going for a second eye exam in another location

I have been coming here for a few years out of convenience. No need to make an appt. Walk ins accepted. The new staff is way friendlier than the old staff. The receptionist a couple years ago was very rude and arrogant but other than that, service has been excellent and they take time to listen to my concerns.

Dr Joshi was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about how to fit me for a pair of contact lenses. She spent very good quality time with me and provided me with a set of lenses for trial. Her staff was also very helpful.

The lady at the front desk, was awesome. Very nice, supportive, and instructional. Then the doctors assistant did the same thing. Then the doctor his self was of the same caliber of great care and thought toward myself. That is why I say they were awesome. I found a place to go. Yea for me.

Upset that no one would give my pupilary distance. I PAID good money for that information and it wasnt given to me and was down-right refused. I will not go for further appointments based on this alone.
