I like Dr. Valle and the service he provides. But I have concerns regarding recent changes on how billing is handled. It use to be you paid for services when rendered. For example, if you had a cavity filled, you paid the day the work was done. Now you go for a cleaning, find out you need additiinal work done, and they expect you to pay for that additional work that day, before they even schedule you to have the work done. I've gone to Dr. VALLE for 30 years, and this is really causing me to consider a dentist change.

Everyone is professional and warmly personal. You feel known in that old school doctor/patient relationship way, but with modern dentistry. They are conscientious, knowledgeable, and keep up-to-date on new practices, products, and technology. They set aside sufficient time. Appointments never feel rushed, there is time to converse, and time to discuss dental issues and concerns. I've never felt pain during a procedure. They have some early appointment times, which is helpful for those with inflexible work schedules. The office is meticulously clean and decor well appointed.

I am one of those people that have major anxiety of going to the dentist. Nothing has ever occurred during my life for me to feel this way and simply is a mind over matter problem I have. I am so impressed with how well-run this practice is, and I have worked as a practice consultant up until recently! I wish I had taken Dr Valle’s advice years ago to get Invisalign but I always had an excuse. Seriously asked him why he didn’t just slap me when I kept offering lame reasons! They have been so easy to wear and my husband hasn’t even noticed them. My teeth are already straightening out and my bite has realigned so I am not self-conscious in all my virtual meetings when I used to see my jaw sliding around when I talked. If he recommends a treatment, listen to him!

Dr. Valle and his entire staff are seriously the best. I was sad when my dental insurance changed years ago and I had to change to a different dentist but now Im back and they are even better then I remember. The entire staff take time to talk to you, try to understand any dental issues you are having and then explain in detail why this is happening, and a plan on how he will fix the problems.I am terrified of going to the dentist because of a bad experience with another dentist but Dr.Valle was very gentle and calmed any fears I had.

Thank you for demonstrating how to make patients feel comfortable and solve their dental issues. I found the office welcoming and the staff very competent. I am a new patient and going to the dentist formerly made me uptight. I had a tricky molar "root" problem which Dr. Valle identified and showed me on Xray. To the untrained eye, and probably for many dental professionals, this may have been missed until pain & more pain made the problem evident. Thanks again. You are now MY dentist!

The search for a new dentist upon relocation was a challenge. DR Valle was a recomendation. I mad the inquiry call and to my surprise had an appt 3 days later. Made was extremely responsive and made contact with previous provider for my records. I desperately needed a cleaning and when I arrived a spot opened for a consul and cleaning. The office staff and Dr Valle greeted me. Beautiful and clean office.The hygienist, Brenna was very professional, thorough and personable. Dr Valle is a listener as well as provides treatment recommendations without pressure. My follow up are scheduled and I even left with goodies...Close to home and highly recommend. Michele 😁

After taking some time to actually interview dentists - I've had several bad experiences and have moved around a lot, so in addition to reading reviews I actually schedule time to interview prospective new dentists - I decided to go to Dr. Valle. He was generous with his time, answered all my questions about his treatment philosophy, let me see the office and meet the staff as much as possible with COVID protocols in place, and was helpful in discussing insurance and fees. I had my first visit the other day and couldn't be more pleased. He uses a team approach where each member has a role in your treatment plan, uses modern technology and techniques and he convinced me he has a "patient first" viewpoint. Looking forward to my follow on treatment, and would confidently recommend him after one, very comprehensive, visit.

I would highly recommend Dr Valle - he is very caring, takes his time, and consistently makes sure that you are comfortable during the procedure. I had not been to Dr Valle in 5 years because he was out-of network but came to realize quality care was more important than being with someone in-network. Dr. Brian Valle and his team are without question the absolute top notch at what they do. They go above and beyond to not only be professional, but to also be kind compassionate and courteous. I got lucky many years ago by moving to that area, and stumbled upon their office. Recently being very disappointed with the dental care from area dentist where I relocated to over the years. I have recently moved from NC to MD and had no dentist. I was having pain with a loose implant. I called Dr. Valle's office on a thursday morning after finding he had great reviews on Healthgrades.com. I spoke to Madge, one of the receptionists and she asked if I could come to the office right away. When I went there the office staff and Dr. Valle were warm, friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Valle and even though he couldn't help me he referred me to an Oral Surgeon and Madge was able to get me an appointment that afternoon. I can't say enough about how wonderful this office is. My husband and I are making new patient appointments with Dr. Valle's office and as a prior dental assistant I am so happy we have found a dentist we like in Maryland because I am picky.

I always try to be on time. My hygiene appointment was scheduled at 3 pm. Normally it wouldn’t be a problem for me to leave work in DC and make it in time. Not yesterday though. I swear traffic was moving in reverse. I called 15 mins prior to my appointment and told Madge I was stuck on 95. She said drive safely and keep us posted. Long story short, I was 16 mins late and the staff smiled as I walked in, seated me in the chair and completed my cleaning and DR check by 4 pm. I've never gone to any other dentist, and even though I have different insurance now I'm willing to pay out of pocket to keep coming here. Everyone is so patient and friendly, I feel no anxiety about coming to Dr. Valle's office at all. I think everyone there goes the extra mile to help you feel relaxed. I never feel like I'm being rushed. It's really important to me to have health care providers I feel I can trust and don't contribute to what can already be a stressful visit.

Dr Valle and his staff are always very friendly and helpful in every way, and the level of professional service provided in his office is the best it could possibly be. There may be other dental offices that are as good as this one, but I am sure that there is not one better.

I had terrible experiences in the past with Dentists so naturally I was very scared when I walked in Dr. Valle's office. The ladies at the desk made me feel welcome though, so kind and caring. They understood how I was feeling and kept reassuring me everything was going to be okay. I saw the hygienist, Dana, and she exceptionally lovely!!! I was very comfortable with her and she is the most gentle lady in the world. After seeing her I saw Dr. Valle and boy was I wrong about dentist. He was so calm and sweet to me. I told him what happened in the past and he couldn't believe it. He took good care me!!! I would go back, I am going back and I recommend Dr. Valle's office to everyone!!! I can't forget about the rest of the staff though they were also exceptional! I felt right at home!!.
