Excellent Eye Care Service. I have been a patient of Dr. Steven Wigdor for about 20 years now. The entire team is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Dr. Wigdor takes the time to explain everything and never makes you feel rushed. I can highly recommend Dr. Wigdor and his entire staff.

Everything was great as usual,me and my kids have been coming to this office for a while everyone is nice the only thing I would complain about is the person making the order for the glasses needs to speed up the process because not all of us have the time to chat for a long period of time some of us work and need to go back to work in between appointments other than that I enjoy coming to Rosin Eyecare,Thanks!

Its always a quick and easy experience when I come here. I get a couple sheets of paper to fill out with just the important questions, a quick x-ray and the eye exam gets you in and out. Dr Wigdor makes sure to give you all the information you need to make the best decision for any bext steps you need to make. The ladies are all sweet and energetic.

I love the doctor and the entire staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They can’t at you ahead of your appointment for confirmation and always great you with a smile when you walk. The rooms are very clean and your wait time is very short. My daughters eye swelled up and I needed them to squeeze her in. They were happy to do so and they saw her during the lunch hour.

I look forward to my annual visit every year. Dr Wigdor has been my Optician since I landed in Florida in 1981, and although his office is now in Aventura, I don’t mind the drive. It’s a pleasure to come to that office. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. Keep up the good work guys!

I go now to get my yearly check ups for some time now. Dr, Wigdor do s the pictures of the back of the eye. He saw I have a stain , which I wouldn’t have ever known . Se he compares it each year to see if it’s the same . So I feel very comfortable with his knowledge and he explains very well . He has gentle , super nice personality.

I always enjoy a positive visit when scheduled with Dr. Wigdor. All the staff are very nice and receptive of all people, as I have noticed. I am greeted with smiles and offered help upon arrival in the office. I can always count on Dr. Wigdor to provide competent, informative and the most up to date counsel, regarding my eye examination. He is very understanding and thorough explaining the details of my eye status - so important to me. Also, the newest staff technician who provided my initial services was very professional, understanding and made it easy to follow her instructions. She is very kind and patient, especially guiding me around the equipment used for x-rays. In addition, when it was time to select my new frames, the person that helped me, made my experience very comfortable; and her sense of humor and professional knowledge about the products, made it easy for me to make my selection. For these reasons, I concluded my office visit, totally satisfied and happy! I hope Dr. Wigdor remains at his present location, as he is a fine and one of the top optometrist that I know! I have been going to this office for over 20 years. From the always friendly staff to the knowledge base of Dr. Wigdor, I would not trust my eyes to anyone else. In fact, Dr. Wigdor saved my eye. I knew something was going on with my vision. I called the office and they saw me right away. Dr. Wigdor discovered I had a detached Retina that required immediate surgery in order to save my eye. They are like family.

I made an appointment to see Dr. Wigdor… I was not informed that other Doctors work in the office. I was NOT seen by Dr.Wigdor. When scheduling the appointment they stated they did not have my files as it had been too long since I had been there and therefore I was a new patient, which was fine. However when I got there they had my entire file and my previous prescriptions. The doctor I did see was confused by the previous paperwork/ prescription written in my file. The front office was a mess scheduling my appointment, transferring me from person to person. I would not recommend this doctors office nor will I be returning.

I have been coming Dr. Wigdor since 1991, when I moved to FL. I have terrible eyesight and he has helped keep me corrected to 20/25 for most of my life. His care and knowledge are above and beyond the norm for a South FL doc. He doesn’t use those automated “look in here boxes” to let a machine calculate your vision, he actually does the tests by hand. It is invaluable to have a doc who actually knows what he’s doing, rather than doing things by rote. My friend went to an eyelab...and there is no excuse for the incompetence I saw going in there. It was scary to me that anyone would trust their eyecare to someplace like that. Dr. Wigdor is incredibly personable. As i mentioned, I’ve been seeing him for years. And so had my mom. He asked after her, (she passed last year), and remembered every detail about her. That made me feel really good. If you are looking for a doc who actually knows what he is doing, who takes the time to know you, and actually cares about you, this is the place to come!

The whole experience of going to see Dr. Wigdor was very pleasant. First of all I loved the convenience of the parking. Then the staff were all very kind, smiley, efficient, and most of all knowledgeable. Dr. Wigdor was very cordial, great sense of humor, and extremely competent at what he does. Then Astry had all the patience to show me all the types of benefits from my insurance, gave me the pros and cons, and showed me their large collection of frames!! She helped me find the ones that looked best on me, again giving me the pros and cons of the brand. Jonathan was also very cordial, funny, and put me at ease when I was worried about how bad my prescription was. Both of them, Astry and Jonathan were very knowledgeable and made me feel I was in good hands. Finally, Natalie received me with a smile, and answered all of my questions. In general the whole staff was amazing. I will definitely go back... only next time I am bringing my husband and my mother.

Was not taken on time as usual. Was glad to see Dr. Wigdor remembered my request to close examining room door completely so that the light from the hallway did not interfere with my examination. Always am impressed with the office with their reminder system when it comes time to see the doctor a year later and the follow up reminder via internet to confirm your set appointment. Something weird happened this time. I got the reminder and before I had a chance to call and make the appointment I received an e mail telling me the time and date of the appointment. I just figured this was something new with the office and showed up at the time I was directed to be there. When I arrived I was told I did not have an appointment and the doctor was not in. A big waste of time and gas for me. Next year I will confirm before arriving.

Walked in and stood at the counter about 6 mins before anyone greeted me. The lady looked at me and looked away as if she had no interest in speaking to me. Appointment was set for 530 got there 511 pm wasn't seen til 613 pm very unprofessional when I ask when will I be seen the lady said does it look like the doctor is available.. seems as if the weren't happy to see an African American there I asked was there a problem and they just stared at me no next appointment was set no greeting no nothing very unprofessional and I regret taking me kids here but besides that the eye doctor was great

Dr. Wigdor and his team were soo great with my daughter. She really dislikes going to dr's, dentists and any kind of medical appointments; she gets so nervous that following simple directions is a hassle, so usually appointments are a nightmare for both of us. Dr.Wigdor communication with my daughter from the beginning made her feel at ease. After a couple of his jokes, she was following directions and actually answering questions. The ladies were so helpful with the selection of glasses making LeAna actually feel stylish!

I've wanted to let you know that the Systane ULTRA has been just amazing! It seems to almost immediately relieve my dry eye problem, more so than anything I have tried before. I've been going to Dr. Steven's office since 2009 and I've always receive excellent service there. The staff is friendly and nice and Dr. Steven is an awesome doctor! In 2009 I was in high school when I selected where I would get my eye exam from my insurance network and I've stayed there since having changed insurance companies three times. I found Dr. Wigdor through the eyemed.com website as one of its providers. After carefully searching a couple days i was impressed to find so many happy patients reviews for his services. At the point, I figured this would be an execellent choice. The appointment process was incredibly smooth. I literally waited only 5 mins to be seen. This was after i was late by about 10 mins for my appointment. SORRY GUYS. As I stated before, i live far from this office.Either way the desk girl greeted me with a smile and promptly assisted me. Once I met Dr. Wigdor I got the impression that he takes his work extremely serious. After performing several tests he seemed genuinely concerned in making sure all my questions were answered and that I left satisfied with his services. I have visited alot of other eye doctors but compared to Dr. Widgor's knowledge and down to earth personality exists none better. This was my first visit to Dr. Wigdor after having just moved to the area. I could not be more pleased with having made that choice. He is very professional, as is his staff and it appears he has all state of the art equipment. I was also impressed that, although they sell frames and lenses, not once was anything pushed on me. In fact, when I asked about changing the prescription, he insisted I wait until I corrected a newly discovered situation first. I would highly recommend Dr. Wigdor and already have.

Having never submitted an online review, as well being an Attorney, I have an aversion to those who post anything anonymously, therefore I won't do this; Nor do I in anyway wish to degrade the wonderful medical attention I received from the intelligent and thoughtful Russian Dr., however what I do wish to vehemently complain about is being "stolen" from right under my nose! I have sadly, just recently been diagnosed with a terminal illness, and among other changes in my day to day life, my insurance company (with whom I have a ZERO co-pay) having recently assigned me a personal case manager is who actually scheduled this appointment beforehand. Two days prior to my scheduled appointment, I contacted the office to request a login or email in order to obtain any new patient documentation to prepare prior to arrival, thus further assisting the office in unnecessary use of lobby. Once arriving at my appointment, I provided my ID, Insurance Card and the completed paperwork; upon completion

In addition, my appointment confirmation was sent to me automatically via text which was also appreciated. In summary, I found Dr. Wigdor to be very knowledgeable and professional as was his staff. The office was very clean and well organized with all the modern tools and equipment necessary to do a great job. The office is centrally locateded within minutes of North Miami, Aventura, Sunny Isles, Bal Harbor and Surfside areas with ample free parking. What's not to like!!! :-)

Because of my eye condition Dr. Windsor has always suggested that I not wear contacts. Two years ago I went to Walmart to have my eye exam because I wanted colored contacts. What I didn't know at the time was that I had a torn retina that the "optometrist" there did not notice. That decision almost cost me my eye. With my new prescription two months later my vision worsened to the point that I couldn't read a traffic sign even with my new glasses. I rushed to Dr. Wigdor's office where his look of panic let me know that I had a serious situation going on. No payment for the service was discussed only, who can we call to drive you to the emergency retina center now.

Service was excellent. Staff was courteous and amiable, very easy to get along with and portray positive demeanors. I would not change a single thing about my visit. Dr. Wigdor was very easy going and professional. He answered all my questions and explained the process of each procedure. I am beyond satisfied with my visit and would reccomend any and all persons to have Dr. Wigdor as their eye doctor.
