East End Dental is a very professional dental office. I like they pay attention to small details. With cleanings, having relaxing music on. Vaseline to hydrate lips. They try to make it a personalized experience. It’s like a spa day for my teeth, Dr. Kim is courteous and knowledgeable.

I am Dr. Han and am a practicing dentist in MA. Recently, my old filling broke off and I had to have it restored. As I was looking for a reputable dentist, I visited the East End Dental Wellness on Sep 18, 2023. The receptionist Tanya greeted me with full of smiles. And then a dental assistant Jareliz brought me into the room right on time. She politely asked some questions related to my visit and brought Dr. Kim into the treatment room. It was my first time meeting Dr. Kim and I was impressed with how professional, thorough and friendly he was. On that day Dr. Kim and his staff stayed late for me and ended up doing two composite restorations on my teeth. And ever since then my teeth could not feel any better!! I respect Dr. Kim and his team for their excellency and highly recommend his office to anyone who is looking for quality work and a great environment with friendly professionals!!

At all times I have found him and his staff to be the most professionally courteous and competent of any dental team I have ever encountered. Whatever the tasks the need be accomplished Dr. Yoon and his assistants patiently explain all options, procedures and what to expect and as well insure convenient payment plans. This latter included Doctor Yoon and his admin staff helping me process my Tricare dental plan, and during the Covid lockdown his secretaries identifying the quickest and most convenient locations to obtain vaccination. This is a self-disciplined and caring team that always displays initiative and provides service that exceeds requirements. Appointments feel more like visits with faithful friends and, though I never thought I would say this about a dental appointment, I truly look forward to them. Additionally, my wife, despite suffering with Alzheimer fully always enjoyed her appointments with Dr. Yoon and his staff. Dr Kim is the best dentist I have ever had. He’s not only very technically proficient but he also is very kind and compassionate with excellent clinical judgment. His assistants are also very highly skilled as well; I had Janella most recently who was extremely professional and a pleasure! By far, the best dentist’s office that I’ve ever been to. From the accommodating nature of the entire staff, to the cleanliness of the establishment, and the amazing care you receive from the moment you call to make your appointment up until you’re walking out. I’ve never felt more calm and relaxed at the dentist. And that says a lot! The entire staff is absolutely incredible. 10 stars out of 5!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Kim for many years now and he is an amazing guy and dentist. I recently moved almost 3 hours away from his practice and was considering a new dentist for geographical convenience. After a small dental emergency necessitated more prompt care I realized the best course of action was to drive back to Dr. Kim. He fixed my issue quickly and smoothly without any problems at all. I will be continuing my care with Dr. Kim despite living further away now because there truly isn’t a dentist as good and as kind as him. Thank you!

I’ve been coming to this office for as long as I can remember. Dr Kim and EVERY one of his staff members are amazing, very helpful, very friendly, very informative, and so easy to talk to. I’ve never had an issue with anything from scheduling, billing, even waiting. Dr Kim and hygienists provide the utmost care and attention to correct and/or prevent dental issues. Location is great, close to highway, parking lot with ample spaces. Highly recommended.

I visited East End Dental Wellness, yesterday, to have my teeth cleaned and polished. 03/08/22. Laura, the dental hygienist that worked on me, did a very good, very thorough, cleaning and polishing of my teeth. Normally, I used to hate to go to any dentist, because when I was a child a dentist scared me so bad that I got up out of the chair when he went out of the room and I ran away. Dr. Yoon J. Kim, has been my dentist for many months now. He is the best dentist that I have ever had work on my teeth. Dr. Yoon is careful, accurate, cheerful and informative when I sit in his chair have my teeth repaired or filled or extracted or replaced. Dr. Yoon, and all of his staff, from the receptionists to the excellent dental hygienists, make my life so much easier, now that I'm over 80 years old. I always knew East End Dental was great but it was solidified after talking to my fiancé about my experience versus his when going in for regular cleanings. He goes to a different dentists office & mentioned he is usually in & out of his cleanings in 25 minutes with really no extra service provided besides the cleaning. I told him that my appointments are usually a little longer because Laura (my hygienist) actually talks to me about my tooth/mouth health and Dr. Kim also checks in on every single cleaning. I've developed a great relationship with them over the years & they are always so personable & helpful.

He is a great dentist he helped me with issues caused by another dentist that I had been with for 10 years, so many problems they caused me and money and no results. I've been going here for years even though it's about 35-45 minutes out of my way!

Always a great experience! Had an appointment with Kelly for my regular 6 month cleaning which was great. Kelly is the best and takes her time to get the work completed and provides clinical advice on how to keep things clean. I had a chipped tooth that I'd broke and needed to get that fixed. I was able to see Dr. Kim right after my cleaning appointment same day. The tooth was filled and fixed perfectly! They always seem to schedule things conveniently for you. Great job! I have been a patient since ~ 2016; Dr. Kim is outstanding! Not only does he have great technical skill, but he has an excellent bedside manner, kind and patient, always explaining his findings and recommendations in a thorough understandable way. All of the hygienists are very good but Laura is exceptional! Very personable, thorough but gentle with cleanings, and very informative. I have recommended this practice to many friends and family members and feel very fortunate to be in it (I am a healthcare provider myself and have pretty high expectations from my providers!)

To whom it concerns. I am very happy with my dental work at East End Dental. From the comfortable sitting room to the happy receptionist and quick check-in yesterday, I was made comfortable in a nice reclining chair. My teeth cleaning was expertly done by Erin. She was professional and attentive and did not hurt me. After cleaning my teeth, she polished my teeth to a gleaming white. Then, Dr. Kim came and looked at my teeth and inspected my mouth; he told me what work was needed. Dr. Kim was educational, patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was not comfortable with the hygenist who wore only a single mask whereas others in the practice wore double masks which would have been for me, more protective. She also took one glove off a couple of times and turned it inside out and I thought that was strange. She left the room.and I asked her why she didn't change gloves. I asked her why she hadn't changed gloves when she returned and she said, "I haven't touched anything". In contrast, Dr. Kim and his asst. were both properly covered with proper PPEs and i felt more protected in his room.

I am a regular client of East End Dental. I visit them four times a year for routine cleanings and checkups. I also had them put a crown for my implant. I am a happy customer. Front office staff Tanya and Jeanne are always friendly and helpful with appointments and insurance matters. My hygienist Laura is super caring, utmost professional, and pleasant to work with. Dr. Kim always takes time to explain things thoroughly. They really make a complete service team of high quality and professionalism. All in all, they make each of my visits a great experience.

I was a little apprehensive about returning for treatment during this uncertain time. I have been reading journals and taking classes to keep my license in dental hygiene current as a self- contractor/ temp. By, the end of my appointment, all my concerns were put to rest , because Dr. Kim’s team has instituted a streamlined system of protocols to insure everyone’s safety. My teeth needed to be cleaned and checked for problems. From the moment I arrived at East End Dental Wellness office I was made welcome. The office was neat, clean, and stocked with my favorite magazines in case I had to wait. I did not have to wait very long to be called. Erin, a very friendly and competent dental technician and her equally proficient colleagues took x-rays and charted all of my teeth. Dr.Yoon J. Kim, DMD, made a decision that was pleasing to me and the outcome for my teeth. Erin cleaned all of my teeth carefully, without pain and, when she finished the cleaning, she polished all of my teeth. I left the office feeling that I had found a competent dental place to have my teeth taken care of.

I and my family travel from Wellesley to Easton for our dental care. When I first moved to Wellesley, I went to a dentist who was not truly interested in dentist and his patients. I went in for some jaw pain I am experiencing and the staff was very pleasant and informative. The Dentist was veg thorough, didn’t make me feel rushed, and explained to me, in detail, the situation I had and ran through all my options with me. I already called my old dentist to get my records transferred and scheduled a cleaning. I’m very happy with my experience. The establishment is also very clean and nice inside with location being very easy to get to and find.

I’ve been struggling with finding a trustworthy dentist since my long time dentist had retired a couple of years ago. Until someone mentioned East End. I did some more research, asked some more questions and one by one moved my family members to this clinic. Not disappointed so far! My son likes it there better than previous 2 clinics and so far it looks like the clinic is there not to push in their own agenda to make more profit, but to make sure their patients have healthy smiles.

I cannot comment on your online presence. I had a bad experience with a Wellesley dentist and called Tufts to ask for a reference to another dentist. I told them I would be willing to travel beyond my local area. I was referred to East End Dental Wellness. Both Dr Nash and Dr Kim have been outstanding It takes me about 40 minutes to get to the office. It is well worth the travel for excellent dental care.

Dr Kim is a very nice personable dentist who treats patients the right way, on Wednesday March 21st I lost a filling and some of my tooth broke off. I called Dr Kim’s cell phone and left him a message telling him what happened and asking if he could see me Thursday, Dr Kim called me back within 5 minutes and had his staff call me Thursday morning to get me in to see him. Before Dr Kim did the work I was notified that my insurance wouldn’t cover the work because they only cover on filling every 2 years on the same tooth and this one was done a little over a year ago, Dr Kim knows that I have a little daughter that I pay child support and money is tight and he did the work for me for 50% off. Dr Kim Is not only a great dentist he is also a great person.

I get a great cleaning, she is thorough and pleasant and does a great job. She answers questions too. Dr, Kim is a very pleasant gentleman and seems to do a good job. I think I have been more uncomfortable when he works on me than I was with Dr. Nash. That could be because most of the work has been done in the back of my mouth and there seems to be an awful lot of stuff in my mouth.

While I pretend I like going to East End Dental Wellness for Dr. Kim (who is great), my real reason for going is because hygienist Kelly Bento is so awesome both as a person and hygienist. I very rarely have issues with my teeth because she is so good at preventative measures which are called "cleanings" but are more like a 3 month check up.

I clenched my teeth,made an appointment and I did go to my appointment. My experience at East End Dental Wellness was lovely from start to finish; the receptionist was friendly and Dr. Kim was very personable, highly informative and somehow succeeded at making me feel comfortable(despite the fact that I was sitting in a dentist's chair)!

East End Dental Wellness is one of the best practices I've visited. Dr. Yoon Kim is professional, friendly, listens to your concerns and makes sure you're informed and comfortable during the entire experience. His assistants and staff is great, very knowledgable, friendly and caring. The office is comfortable and clean. I've visited twice and had no wait time or issues. I'd highly recommend East End Dental Wellness.
